and use of the microphone, camera, light and USB 3.0 Hub.

STEP 1a - Loosen Allen Set Screw on lower pole using 2mm Allen Wrench Key
STEP 1b - Thread upper and lower poles together and firmly tighten
STEP 1c - Replace Allen Set Screw and tighten with 2mm Allen Wrench Key

IMPORTANT NOTE: The ALLCAST Multi-Functional Monitor Stand includes three mounting options that will
accomodate most types of desk, tabletops and workstation. The mounting options are CLAMP MOUNT
(STEP 2), GROMMET MOUNT (STEP 3) and WEIGHTED BASE (STEP 4). No matter which mounting
method you choose, make certain that your desk, tabletop or workstation is in proper working order and will
adequately support the stand with attached devises. Once you decide on a mount and location, confirm that
the microphone extension arm will have clearance to extend and retract. Remember to save all unused
parts for future use.
STEP 2a -Install CLAMP "L" BRACKET to pole with (3) M5x14 screws. Tighten with 3mm Allen Wrench Key
STEP 3a -Install & tighten GROMMET BASE
to pole with (3) M5x14 pole screws. Tighten with 3mm
Allen Wrench Key
STEP 3b - Disassemble CLAMP MOUNT - remove
phillips head screw from CLAMP PLATE and
unscrew and remove THREAD KNOB
STEP 3c - Place THREAD KNOB with washers and
BOTTOM PLATE through desktop, fasten to pole with
GROMMET PLATE
STEP 2b -Adjust CLAMP MOUNT
for thickness of desk/tabletop
STEP 2c -Attach L BRACKET to the
SCREW CLAMP with (2) M8x10 screws. Tighten
with 5mm Allen Wrench Key
STEP 2d -Secure CLAMP MOUNT to
desk, tabletop or workstation

STEP 4a -Install WEIGHTED BASE to pole
with (3) M5x14 bolts. Use Allen Wrench
Key to tighten.
Carefully slide Integrated Microphone Extension Arm down pole until almost at the base. Leave 2-3 inches for clearance when adjusting extension arm. Secure pole clamp
with 6mm Allen Wrench Key. Once the arm is in position, attach the MICROPHONE CRADLE and secure by fastening with THUMB BOLT (hand tighten only). The pivoting
plate should move with some resistance and then stay in place, adjust the tension screw if necessary.
STEP 4b - OPTIONAL FOR PERMANENT MOUNT - once a
location is chosen, measure and drill 3/8" hole in tabletop.
Secure with THREADED KNOB (STEP 3b) and BOTTOM PLATE

STEP 6a SINGLE MONITOR- Place monitor arm onto pole and
secure by tightening arm support bolt with Allen Wrench Key.
STEP 6a DUAL MONITOR- Place DUAL MONITOR ARM onto pole
and secure by tightening arm support bolt with 6mm Allen Wrench Key.
STEP 6b -Select Monitor bolts and spacers
STEP 6e -Hang monitor(s) to the stand and secure with Thumb Bolt
STEP 6c - Attach the VESA PLATE to monitor
STEP 6e -Tighten TENSION SCREW with 3mm Allen Wrench Key so
the monitor angle can be easily adjusted by hand, but enough
pressure to stay in place.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The ALLCAST Multi-Functional Monitor Stand can be used with either a single or dual
flat screen monitors. This stand will not support three monitors.

under use a 4mm bolt for attaching
the VESA Plate.
Bolt length: Verify adequate threat engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We
recommend thread engagement of at least 5 full turns. Too short and bolts will not safely hold
the monitor. Using bolts too long may damage the monitor.

Attach Microphone & Light Controller
STEP 7a - Assemble MONITOR ARM onto the pole as shown and
secure by tightening arm support bolt with 6mm Allen Wrench Key.
STEP 7c - Place WEBCAM BRACKET on RING
LIGHT PLATE
STEP 8a - Place microphone in cradle and fasten
threaded knobs. Hand tighten only. (run USB-C cable
into mic and run cable along arm to USB-3.0 hub)
STEP 8b - Place rubber controller
holder and grip onto mic cradle
STEP 8c - (Run RING LIGHT & MIC USB cables
from base of stand to front of mic arm, use
rectangle clips to secure wire). Insert light
controller into rubber boot.
STEP 7b - Attach RING LIGHT/WEB CAM PLATE to
monitor arm. Fasten with thumb knob.
STEP 7d - Attach 6" RING LIGHT to base of RING LIGHT PLATE and thread
with 1/4"-20x0.40 thumbscrew. Attach HD WEBCAM to upper base of
WEBCAM BRACKET, fasten with 1/4"- 20 x 0.25 thumb screw (run Webcam
and light cable down back of stand to base, use round clips to secure).

STEP 9 Mount USB and Connect System
STEP 9a - Fasten HUB CLAMP to back of microphone arm with the
M4X18mm threaded screw. Extend the CLAMPS spring-loaded arm
and place USB HUB in mount. Release arm to secure USB HUB.
STEP 9b - Connect MICROPHONE, RING LIGHT and HD WEBCAM
USB Cables to USB 3.0 HUB. Plug the 6 foot USB extension
cable into the USB 3.0 HUB pigtail and connect to computer.
