INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing a “D.W. Boogity GrillTM” by Ameritrax. It is the purpose of Ameritrax corporation to provide our
customers with the highest quality products possible. Prior to using your D.W. Boogity Grill, please take the time to
thoroughly read the entire Owner’s Manual and follow all DANGER, WARNING and CAUTION statements. This Owner’s
Manual contains essential information regarding the safe use of the D.W. Boogity Grill. Please follow all assembly and
disassembly instructions. Please retain this Owner’s Manual for future reference. If you ever give your D.W. Boogity Grill
to any person, please make sure that they receive, review and follow all of the Owner’s Manual instructions before they
use the Grill.
Please fill in the enclosed Product Registration Warranty Card and mail it to our Customer Service center within 14 days
of purchase date. Please retain your original purchase receipt from place of purchase. If you have any questions
regarding the use of your Grill, or if your D.W. Boogity Grill has any missing or damaged parts, please call our Customer
Service Center toll free number 1-866-888-3088,or write us at Ameritrax Corporation,P.O. Box 894 Carefree, AZ
85377 U.S.A.. Do not return your grill to the retailer where purchased. Your retailer does not stock any replacement
parts. If you have any damaged or missing parts Ameritrax will replace them at no charge. When requesting parts please
supply us with the following information: Place of purchase, Date of purchase, Grill model number, Grill color and Grill part
number. Please retain all original packaging materials.
WARRANTY
Ameritrax Corporation hereby warrants to the original purchaser of this Ameritrax “D.W. Boogity GrillTM” that it will be free of material and
manufacture defects for the period of three years from the original date of purchase. The three year warranty does not apply to the
“Burner Bar”. The “Burner Bar” shall be limited too a one year warranty. Owner operator of this grill agrees to assemble and operate
this grill in strict accordance with this Owner’s Manual.
This Three Year Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts, which, upon Ameritrax inspection and
verification are determined to be defective under normal use and service.
Ameritrax will, at its option, repair or replace any product or part found to be defective during the warranty period. Ameritrax may require
you to return the part(s) claimed to be defective, for its inspection, freight or postage prepaid. If Ameritrax confirms the defect and
approves the claim, Ameritrax will elect to repair or replace such part(s) without charge. Before returning any parts to Ameritrax, please
contact our Customer Service Center, toll free at: 1-866-888-3088. Ameritrax requires proof of purchase and we request that you retain
your original sales receipt. Ameritrax requires the return of the Warranty Registration Card within 14 days of original purchase date.
This warranty does not include the cost of any inconvenience or property damage due to failure of the Grill and does not cover damage
due to misuse, abuse, accident, damage arising out of transportation of the Grill, or damage incurred through commercial use of the
Grill.
This express warranty is the sole warranty given by Ameritrax and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Ameritrax dealers nor the retail establishment selling this
product has any authority to make any warranties or promise remedies in addition to or inconsistent with those stated herein. Ameritrax
maximum liability, in any event, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the original consumer-purchaser. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages. So the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you. To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state or municipal law and cannot be preempted,
it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives the owner specific legal rights and the owner may have other rights, which may vary from
state to state. This warranty is effective in Australia, Canada, Western Europe and the United States of America.

NEVER operate this Grill within ten feet of any combustible materials or electrical appliances.
NEVER use a cigarette lighter, or a short match to ignite your Grill.
NEVER use gasoline, alcohol or any other highly volatile fluids to ignite charcoal, or this Grill.
Only use charcoal lighter fluid.
NEVER use an excessive amount of charcoal lighter fluid when igniting the grill.
NEVER handle or move an operational or hot grill.
NEVER operate Grill on any combustible or slippery surface.
NEVER leave an operational or hot grill unattended.
NEVER wear loose fitting clothing while lighting or operating this Grill.
NEVER operate Grill if there is a Gas leak present.
NEVER use Natural Gas with this Grill. It is designed for Propane Gas only.

or when Burner Bar is installed.
NEVER attempt to move the Fuel Tray while hot or in use.

ALWAYS store fuel tanks in a well-ventilated area away from a hot Grill.
ALWAYS discard used LP gas tanks in a safe place.
NEVER puncture or burn LP gas tanks.
NEVER attempt to disconnect the Regulator Valve, Burner Bar, LP Gas Tank or any LP gas fitting while the Grill
is in operation.
NEVER touch Grill, or fuel source, with bare skin too see if they are hot.
NEVER use your fingers to remove items from this Grill.
ALWAYS allow charcoal or wood to be completely extinguished before disposing of ash.
NEVER place aluminum foil or pan liner on the Fuel Tray.
NEVER obstruct Grill vent holes.
NEVER use this Grill in Restricted Fire Hazard Areas.
NEVER use this Grill in windy conditions.
NEVER place excessive weight on the Grill. Excessive weight will cause a structural failure. A structural failure
while in use may cause serious bodily harm or death and may cause a fire. This Grill is designed to hold a
maximum weight of 12 pounds, (5.34 Kilos).

C A U T I O N
ALWAYS use proper grilling utensils.
ALWAYS place charcoal, wood or canned gel fuel on Fuel Tray only.
NEVER place charcoal, wood or other fuels on the Bottom Tray.
NEVER use electric coal starters with this Grill.
NEVER use water to extinguish coals or to retard flames. Use of water will cause warping and damage to this Grill.
NEVER overload Fuel Tray with charcoal or wood. Overloading will cause overheating and structural failure.
NEVER store or place any items on top of Grill or Storage Bag during transportation or while in storage.
ALWAYS utilize Grill as a Stove or Barbecue only. Grill is not intended for any other use.
NEVER alter or modify any part of this Grill.
NEVER drop Grill.
NEVER use damaged or defective grill parts. Should any part of your D.W. Boogity Grill become damaged
or in need of repair, please contact Ameritrax Customer Service Center, toll free at 1-866-888-3088 for
replacement parts.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1.
BOTTOM TRAY SET UP:
Unfold wire Legs mounted on the
BOTTOM TRAY to the open position and
place on a level non-flammable surface.
Step 2.
BODY INSTALLATION:
Unfold Hinged GRILL BODY. With the vent
holes in the down position, fit GRILL BODY into
the BOTTOM TRAY, placing notches over Wire Legs.
If necessary, adjust Wire Legs to accommodate
notches on GRILL BODY. Make sure that there
is a level secure fit.
FOR USE AS A CHARCOAL OR WOOD BARBECUE
Step 3.
FUEL TRAY RACK INSTALLATION:
Hold FUEL TRAY RACK in upright position.
Insert FUEL TRAY RACK into Body at a 45-degree
angle, through the LOWEST level of the END WALL
slot so that the FUEL TRAY RACK rests securely
on the edge of the END WALL. Lower the opposite
end of the FUEL TRAY RACK and slide it into place
over the opposing LOWEST level END WALL slot.
Make sure the FUEL TRAY RACK fit is secure.
Step 4.
FUEL TRAY PLATE INSTALLATION:
With the vent flaps placed in the upward position.
Insert the FUEL TRAY PLATE on top of the FUEL TRAY RACK.
Press down gently to insure a snug fit.
Step 5.
CHARCOAL INSTALLATION:
Place charcoal briquettes on FUEL TRAY. Use only enough charcoal to cover FUEL TRAY one layer thick, at
maximum. Overloading the FUEL TRAY may cause damage to entire Grill. (For further information see Lighting
Instructions).
Step 6.
COOKING GRATE:
Install COOKING GRATE.

FOR USE AS A CANNED GEL FUEL STOVE
FOLLOW STEPS 1,2,3, & 4.
Step 5.
CANNED GEL FUEL INSTALLATION:
Place Canned Gel Fuel on top of the installed Fuel Tray. Ignite and install COOKING GRATE.
WARNING - NEVER install BURNER BAR when using Charcoal, Wood or Canned Gel Fuel.
WARNING - NEVER use Charcoal, Wood or LP Gas while using Canned Gel Fuel.
FOR USE AS AN LP GAS BARBECUE
WARNING - NEVER use Charcoal, Wood, or Canned Gel Fuel while using Grill as an LP Gas Barbecue.
WARNING - NEVER barbecue or grill foods with BURNER BAR placed in the top level position
ALWAYS install the Fuel Tray above the Burner Bar when using Grill as LP Gas Barbecue.
WARNING - Grilling over a direct flame from the BURNER BAR will cause a fire.
FOLLOW STEPS 1 & 2.
Step 3.
BURNER BAR INSTALLATION:
Hold BURNER BAR at a 45-degree angle with
the gas vent holes and the Valve nozzle end
in down position. From inside the Grill, slide
the Valve nozzle end through the MIDDLE or
BOTTOM level END WALL slot past the END
WALL edge. Lower the opposite end of the
BURNER BAR and slide it into position on the
opposing MIDDLE or BOTTOM level END WALL
edge. Make sure that the BURNER BAR fit is secure
with each end resting firmly on the END WALL edges.
Step 4.
FUEL TRAY RACK INSTALLATION:
Hold FUEL TRAY RACK in upright position.
Insert FUEL TRAY RACK into Body at a 45-degree
Angle (into the END WALL slot directly above the
BURNER BAR) through the TOP or MIDDLE level of
the END WALL slot so that the FUEL TRAY RACK rests
securely on the edge of the END WALL. Lower the opposite
end of the FUEL TRAY RACK and slide it into place
over the opposing TOP or MIDDLE level END WALL slot.
Make sure the FUEL TRAY RACK fit is secure.
Step 5.
FUEL TRAY PLATE INSTALLATION:
With the vent hole flaps placed in the upward position.
Insert the FUEL TRAY PLATE on top of the FUEL TRAY RACK.
Press down gently to insure a snug fit.
Step 6.
COOKING GRATE:
Install COOKING GRATE.

FOR USE AS AN LP GAS STOVE
DANGER -NEVER use Charcoal, Wood or Canned Gel Fuel while using Grill as an LP Gas Stove.
FOLLOW STEPS 1 & 2.
Step 3.
FUEL TRAY RACK INSTALLATION:
Hold FUEL TRAY RACK in upright position.
Insert FUEL TRAY RACK into Body at a 45-degree
angle, through the MIDDLE level of the END WALL
slot so that the FUEL TRAY RACK rests securely
on the edge of the END WALL. Lower the opposite end
of the FUEL TRAY RACK and slide it into place
over the opposing MIDDLE level END WALL slot.
Make sure the FUEL TRAY RACK fit is secure.
Step 4.
FUEL TRAY PLATE INSTALLATION:
With the vent hole flaps placed in the upward position.
Insert the FUEL TRAY PLATE on top of the FUEL TRAY RACK.
Press down gently to insure a snug fit.
Step 5.
BURNER BAR INSTALLATION:
Hold BURNER BAR at a 45-degree angle with
the gas vent holes and the Valve nozzle end
in down position. From inside the Grill, slide
the Valve nozzle end through the TOP level
END WALL slot past the END WALL edge. Lower
the opposite end of the BURNER BAR and slide
it into position on the opposing TOP level
END WALL edge. Make sure that the
BURNER BAR fit is secure with each end
resting firmly on the END WALL edges.
Step 6.
COOKING GRATE:
Install COOKING GRATE.

REGULATOR VALVE & LP GAS BOTTLE INSTALLATION
WARNING - Prior to assembly and leak test, inspect Regulator Valve and LP Gas bottle for
damage, dirt or debris accumulation. Clean out if present. Replace if damaged.
WARNING - NEVER depress dial control on the Regulator Valve during installation.
CAUTION -Make sure Regulator Valve is in the OFF position prior to installation of LP Gas bottle.
Step 1.
REGULATOR VALVE TO LP GAS TANK INSTALLATION.
Remove cap from end of LP Gas bottle.
While holding Regulator Valve in one hand, and the
LP Gas bottle in the other, insert threaded end of
the LP Gas bottle into the Regulator Valve. Apply
gentle pressure while inserting threaded end of LP
Gas bottle and turn clockwise into the Regulator Valve.
Hand tighten only until a snug fit is achieved.
Step 2.
REGULATOR VALVE TO BURNER BAR INSTALLATION.
With one hand, firmly grasp installed Burner Bar.
With other hand, firmly grasp LP Gas bottle with
Regulator Valve dial control pointed downward.
Line up the notch in Regulator Valve with the
detent located inside the nozzle end of the Burner Bar
and insert Regulator Valve into Burner Bar nozzle.
When Regulator Valve has completely engaged the
Burner Bar, gently rotate the Regulator Valve until
LP GAS bottle rests securely on level surface.
Regulator Valve will lock into place.
ATTENTION -Notch in Regulator Valve MUST engage detent in the nozzle end of the
Burner Bar.
WARNING - NEVER hang LP Gas bottle off the edge of a table surface. Rest the base of the LP
Gas Bottle at an angle to the surface on which the Grill is resting.
WARNING -FOR YOUR SAFETY. We recommend the use of one pound LP Gas Tank bottles.
NEVER hook-up gas line hoses or LP Gas tanks larger then one pound.
DANGER - NEVER use Natural Gas with this Grill. Grill is designed for Propane Gas only.
WARNING - NEVER use tools to tighten Gas Bottle to Regulator Valve. Over-tightening will
cause damage to threads on Regulator Valve, which may result in gas leakage.

LEAK TESTING YOUR GRILL
CAUTION - ALWAYS check for Gas leaks every time LP Gas bottle is installed.
WARNING - NEVER leak test Grill in the presence of open Flame, Sparks, Electrical sources, or while
Smoking. Only perform leak test outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
WARNING - ONLY leak test the Grill when the Grill is completely assembled.
WARNING - NEVER Leak test the Regulator Valve, Burner Bar or LP Gas Tank independent of complete
Grill assembly.
LEAK TESTING PROCEDURE:
1. The Regulator Valve control dial must be in the OFF Position before you begin.
2. Prepare a solution of 50% liquid dish soap & 50% water and brush onto the connection between the LP Gas bottle
and the Regulator Valve.
3. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. If a leak is present, then re-tighten the connection and repeat step two.
CAUTION - If there is still a leak present, remove LP Gas Tank bottle from the Regulator Valve and check
for damaged threads, dirt or debris on the Regulator Valve and the LP Gas Tank bottle.
REPLACE LP Gas Tank bottle or Regulator Valve, if the threads are damaged.
LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS
DANGER - NEVER use a cigarette lighter, or a short match to ignite your Grill.
WARNING -USE extreme caution when igniting charcoal or wood. Lighter fluid could flare up.
WARNING - NEVER add charcoal lighter fluid onto burning coals.
CAUTION -NEVER use Lava Rocks or Cement Briquettes in this Grill.
NOTE - When using your Grill for the first time, prior to cooking foods, operate the Grill for ten minutes at high heat.
This procedure will heat-clean the Grill.
LIGHTING CHARCOAL:
1. Mound the charcoal or briquettes into a pyramid in the center of the Fuel Tray.
2. Place a maximum of one fluid ounce of lighter fluid, if necessary, onto coals.
Allow the lighter fluid to soak into the coals for two minutes.
3. Ignite coals with a long-handled stick match or long nosed utility lighter.
4. When coals begin to show a light coating of gray ash, spread coals in a safe manner evenly over Fuel Tray.
5. Install Cooking Grate.

LIGHTING LP GAS STOVE OR BARBECUE:
CAUTION - Make sure that the Grill is very stable and will not slip when depressing the dial on the
Regulator Valve while igniting the Grill.
1. Insert lighter end tip beneath the Burner Bar through the End Wall slot opposite of the Regulator Valve.
Place lighter end tip close to the Burner Bar and ignite utility lighter.
2. Hold flame in place, Depress the Control Dial knob on the Regulator Valve and turn counterclockwise to the high
position. Burner Bar will ignite.
3. To adjust flame, turn the Control Dial on the Regulator Valve to the desired setting for controlled heat.
WARNING - If you smell gas, or the Burner Bar does not ignite, or stay lit, turn the Control Dial on the
Regulator Valve to the OFF position. Wait five minutes for the Propane Gas fumes to dissipate.
Repeat lighting procedure steps 1, 2 and 3.
WHEN COOKING IS COMPLETE:
1. Turn the Control Dial on the Regulator Valve to the OFF position. The Control Knob will pop up in the OFF
position. Make sure that Regulator Valve is in the OFF position before disassembly.
2. Disconnect the LP Gas bottle from the Regulator Valve by turning the LP Gas bottle counterclockwise.
Replace the end cap onto the LP Gas bottle.
3. Reverse the assembly procedures to disassemble the D.W. Boogity Grill.
CLEANING AND CARE
To insure the longevity and usefulness of this product, we recommend that you thoroughly clean your D.W. Boogity
Grill after each use and return all components into the storage bag.
!DO NOT use scouring pads, brushes, solvents, abrasive cleansers or corrosive detergents on any part of your Grill.
! DO NOT store your grill in a damp or wet Storage Bag.
FOR FAST AND EASY CLEAN UP, WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING CLEANING PROCEDURE:
1. Use a warm water and mild soap solution with a soft sponge to clean all grill parts, (Excluding Regulator Valve).
Rinse off with clean water.
2. Completely pat dry all parts of your grill prior to returning to Storage Bag.
! We recommend the use of clean cotton cloth towels to dry your grill.
!We DO NOT recommend the use of paper towels to dry off any grill components. Paper towels will scratch the
chrome and the painted surfaces.
! Dishwasher use. Remove excess charcoal and debris from grill components before placing into dishwasher.
! DO NOT place LP Gas Regulator Valve or Burner Bar in dishwasher.
