This manual contains instructions and notes on the operation and
use of this device. For your safety and bene it, read this manual
carefully before using the device. Keep this manual in a handy place
for quick reference.
1. DO NOT place the product in hot, wet or dusty environment.
2. Avoid leaving this device in a hot car or other vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
3. Dropping, high impacts and shaking the device violently may cause damage or malfunctions.
4. To protect your device against online threats, it is highly recommended to use anti-virus software.
5. Only use the charger supplied in the package and ensure compatibility of 3rd party accessories before fitting.
6. DO NOT attempt to open the Tablet housing. Opening the Tablet housing may cause harm to people, or to the
equipment and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
7. Be sure to charge the device when the following situations occur.
- The battery icon shows the device is low on power or empty.
- The system automatically shuts down or turns OFF soon after a restart.
- Operation keys are slow to respond.
- The device shows an empty battery icon in the bottom right corner.
IMPORTANT: To optimise battery life, it is recommended to install a “ Task Killing APP” available from the Play Store.

1. Power On/Off
To turn the device on. Press and hold the Power button for 5 seconds, the device may
take a minute to boot.
To place the device in “Standby” mode. Press the power button for 1 second.
To turn off the device. Press and hold the Power button until the “power off" confirmation
message appears, touch OK to turn off the tablet.
2. Desktop
After turning on and unlocking the device (see step 3), the Home Screen will display
showing pre-loaded Apps, Settings and Shortcut icons down the right hand side.

3. Standby mode (Screen off mode) / Unlock the screen
When the device is powered on, the lock screen will appear. Touch and slide the “Padlock” icon
in order to unlock the screen. In “standby” mode, press the power button once to activate the
screen and then slide the padlock icon to access the Home Screen.
Quickly press the power button to put the device back into standby mode.

4. System settings
Method 1.On the desktop, touch the settings icon to go directly into the settings options.
Method 2, On the desktop, touch on the right hand top corner, slide up and select system
settings.

- Press “Wi-Fi” to turn ON/OFF.
The device will automatically search the available
Wi-Fi signals. Select the network you want to
connect to.
- To connect a Bluetooth device, turn ON the
Bluetooth setting by toggling the ON/OFF switch.

- Here you can view your current usage, or
monitor which applications use the most data.
By moving the white markers, you can select
specific timelines to review data usage during the
selected period.

- Adjust HDMI output resolution.
- Adjust Screen Zoom.

- Select deley time to capture the screen.
- Set the location of screenshot storage.
- Show the screenshot button in the statusbar.

8. Storage 9. Battery
- Select “Storage” to access the device memory
and MicroSD status.
- To safely remove external storage items such as
MicroSD (TF) Cards & external USB Flash Drives,
scroll down to “Unmount Storage” and press
“OK”.
To enable mass storage mode, connection to a
PC, press “USB Computer Connection” (fig 1) and
touch on “Mass Storage”.
- Touch the battery icon to check the battery usage
status.

10. Apps
To view and manage installed Applications, press
“Apps” to access options and then slide
between:
- “Downloads”
- “On SD card”
- “Running”
- “All”
Touch the application that you want to manage.
-Select the “Force Stop” button to stop an
application running in the background.
- Select the “Uninstall” button to remove unwanted
applications.

11. Location access
Google’s location service – enables Apps to use data from sources such as Wi-Fi and
Mobile Networks to determine your approximate location.

12. Security
Screen lock – Protect your device from unauthorized use by creating a personal screen
unlock pattern.
Make passwords visible – Show password as you type.
Unknown sources - If you want to allow installation of non-Market Applications, Press
Unknown sources and presses OK.

13. Language & input
Language – Choose your preferable on-screen language.
Spell Checker – Enable onboard spelling correction. Add “Personal Dictionary” words to
the onboard Dictionary.
Keyboard & Input Methods – Change Keyboard/ Keyboard settings. Turn Google “Voice
Typing” ON/ OFF.
Language & Input. To change the Keyboard language from English, under the sub-heading
“Keyboard & Input Methods” located on the right hand side of the screen, touch the
settings icon adjacent to “Android Keyboard (AOSP)”, select “Input Languages” and choose
your desired Keyboard Language.

14. Backup &Reset 15. +Add account
Create your account. After connecting to a Wi-Fi
network, add your GMAIL account or enter your
Exchange/ POP/ IMAP to install another email
account.
Once completed the emailing system synchronizes
your account with the device and emails are
automatically downloaded into the device.
Here you can back-up your data, or if required,
completely erase the device to clear all contents and
restore the device to the original factory default
settings.
Important note: Restoring factory settings
will completely wipe all data from the
devices internal storage memory.

16. Date & Time 17. Accessibility
Adjust the Date & Time according to your time
zone. Touch the “Tick” beside “Automatic Time
Zone” to un-tick/ un-lock and set the Time and
Region to your local settings. Once set, re-tick
“Automatic Date & Time” and then re-tick
“Automatic Time Zone” to lock in the new settings.
- Select the accessibility options to suit your needs.

How to enable USB storage mode/ connection with your Personal
Computer.
When connected via USB to your PC, on the Tablet Desktop (Home Page) touch the USB symbol
located in the top left hand corner of the screen.
To enable the USB storage mode, touch the “USB
Connected” option and select “Turn on USB storage”
this will connect your device to the PC. The device will
appear on your PC as a removable disk. You can now
use it as an external storage drive.
