Technologies S.A.C. (hereinafter "The Companies") or otherwise belonging to its respective suppliers,
which is related to the Anda Watch, including, but not limited to the accessories, parts or software
related to the same (the "Vigilints™system") is owned by The Companies and is protected under the
laws and regulations of international treaties. Intellectual property includes, among others, inventions
(which may or might not be patented), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, software, computer
programs, and related documentation and other works of authorship. It is prohibited to infringe or
contravene in any other way the rights obtained under intellectual property. In addition, you agree
not to modify, prepare derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try
to create source code from the software (or try the above). You are not transferred neither right nor
title of property on intellectual property. The Companies and their suppliers retain all rights applicable
to intellectual property.

1. Welcome to our Vigilints™Family
Vigilint Biosensors Inc. is a United States company that uses software, services and electronic devices to
promote good child development and closeness among members of a family.
Our Anda Watch is an ideal accomplice to achieve that goal: A smart watch for children and pre-teens that
will allow them to be in contact with their parents at all times through systems appropriate to their age.
The Anda Watch has features that children can take advantage of through direct use of the device. Also, to
help encourage and protect the child, most of its configurations and adjustments will be made by parents
and / or other caregivers from our mobile phone application called “Family Assistant application - under
the license of Anda”on the Android and iOS platforms (in the manuals Family Assistant for iOS and Family
Assistant for Android you will find all the necessary information about these applications).
With this manual you will know the detail our Anda Watch and how to use it effectively.
Anda Watch has a single multifunctional button. Only by pressing it, the child will be able to turn on the
screen, lock the screen and return to a previous menu. Also, if you press this same button for two seconds
you can turn the smart watch on or off. For more information about other features of this button, see the
"Alerts" section.

Important:
Your anda smartwatch has a telecommunications company SIM card (Nano) that is compatible with T-
Mobile frequency bands installed in the device. You do need to install any SIM or hardware to start using
your anda smartwatch. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE WATCH.

2. SETUP YOUR ANDA WATCH
2.1. Create a Family Assistant Account
Download the Anda Companion app, it is available in IOS and Android stores. You can also access the
application through vigilint.store/support/anda. You can create an account to go through your email,
linking to your Facebook account or to your Google account. This step is essential, without a registered
account you will not be able to handle your child's Anda Watch.

2.2. Link your Anda Watch
To link a anda Watch to your account go to the Main tab bar of our application and choose the
"Devices" option. There you can create an account for the child who will use the watch.
On the display of your Anda watch, select the "Link Watch" button to start linking.
Automatically, you will see a QR code on the watch screen which you will need to scan from the Anda
Companion application with your cell phone. You can also view the code in traditional format by
playing the QR code for your manual entry.

After this, a confirmation request will be displayed on the watch screen, which you must accept by
pressing the "OK" button. Wait for the "full log" screen to appear and touch to complete the link.
The watch will show you a welcome message with the name of the child assigned to you by this device
and take it to the main screen.
3. Contacts, Direct Numbers & Sharing

The Vigilints™Family Assistant system helps a parent tightly control who has access to your child’s anda
smartwatch and who your child can contact from the watch. Access to watch is managed by the anda
Companion app. The first user account to download the app and link to the watch is considered the admin
of all the subsequent accounts. Access can be provided via “Contacts” or “Direct Phone Numbers”.
Contacts can have rights to monitor the child’s location, receive alerts and control features (when
designated admin level by the first user account). Contacts are added to the app first and then are assigned
to a watch. Only active registered user accounts of the Vigilints Family Assistant services can be added to
the app.
To Add Contact to App. From the main screen of the app:
- user selects “Contacts” and a “+” to add.
- Type some portion of the name and search to see if person is registered
- If registered name will be visible, click to send an invitation
- After Contact agrees to invitation they will show in the app contact list
To Add Contact to a watch or device. From the main screen of the app:
- user selects “Devices”.
- Select “Contacts” and a “+” to add
- The list of Contacts who have been added to the app will be displayed
- Tap on one of these Contacts to add to the device
- Repeat for all devices you wish to any particular contact to have access
To add a person who will just have the ability to call to the watch and be called from the watch, you just
add a direct phone number.
To Add a direct number to a watch or device. From the main screen of the app:
- user selects “Devices”.
- Scroll and select “Settings”
- Tap on “Additional Numbers”
- Tap on “Others” and on icon
- Add Name and Phone numbers

4. Anda Watch Functions
Our smart watch has different functions that will promote a constant and simple communication with your
child. Being a device for children between 3 and 9 years, the control of most functions you can do it from
the Anda Companion application (see www.anda.pe/manuales To find more details). However, there are
also many functions available directly from the Anda Watch. This manual will teach you how to use each
of them. We recommend learning touse the watch next to your child. Guide you through the familiarization
process so that you get the most out of your new device.
The design of our Anda Watch tries to be as simple and clear as possible so that the children can handle it
without problems. After pairing, the main screen will appear on your watch.
4.1. Main Screen
In this screen you can find the main accesses: Information, menu and alerts. Let's look at the utility of each
one of them.

4.1.1. Information
Our Anda Watch serves as a means of identification for your child. From your Anda account, you can
enter the information youconsider relevant as: personal data, medical advice and emergency contacts.
In our manuals for the Anda Companion application you will find step by step how to make this record
under the information section.
On the Anda Watch, pressing the info button Get to read the relevant information recorded
about the child.
4.1.2. Menu
From the main screen of the Anda watch, select the button to access the functions that our
watch offers (messages, games, settings, make friends and calls).
4.1.2.1. Messages
Beyond our system of Alerts, our Anda Watch has four types of message tools: text, audio, Drawings,
emojis and stickers. Practice with your child how to send and respond to messages until he learns to
do it properly on his own.
To send a message from
your Anda Watch, after
you have pressed the

Our Anda Watch comes with four entertaining and easy-to-play games that speed up your child's
mental acuity.

In Andy says, you must Be Attentive and memorize the sequence of steps that follows Andy and then

In World Invasion, you are the leader of a spacecraft that must defeat the enemy ships to save the
world.
4.1.2.3. Setup
In this option you will be able to adjust some properties of your Anda Watch.
This is the list of properties that can be controlled by the watch:

- Airplane mode
Important:
Remember that an important function is the "safe zones", which allow you to register the
perimeter of the places your child visits frequently (school, home, Grandma's house) so that
they get alerts to their cell phone every time the child enters or leaves it. Secure zone logging
must be done from the application. You will find all the necessary information in the Anda
Companion manual under the title "Design Your Safe zones".
From your Anda Watch, in the Safe zones option, you can check the list of registered zones
for this device and confirm that you have configured them correctly from your account.
4.1.2.4. Make Friends
From the watch the children can send friendship requests and wait for the other child to accept. To do
this you only have to enter the "Make Friends" section in the menu. Keep in mind that children will
only be able to interact by means of the "messages" function when the two parents have approved
the friendship.

Once identified, on the screen of each child will leave the name of the watch to which you
want to add as contact:
You only need one of the children to touch the button To send a friendship request to the
other. In this example, Kevin will send a friendship request to Keri.
