Warnings
• Proper configuration of all passwords and other security settings is the responsibility of
the installer and/or end-user.
• In the use of the product you must be in strict compliance with the electrical safety
regulations of the nation and region. Please refer to technical specifications for detailed
information.
• In put voltage should meet both the SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) and the Limited
Power Source with 100~240 SC or 12 VDC according to the IEC60950-1 standard.
Please refer to technical specifications for detailed information.
• Do not connect several devices to one power adapter as adapter overload may cause
over-heating or a fire hazard.
• Please make sure that the plug is firmly connected to the power socket
• If smog odor or noise rise from the device, turn off the power at once and unplug the
power cable, and then please contact the service center.
Cautions
• Make sure the power supply voltage Is correct before using the camera.
• Do not drop the camera or subject it to physical shock,
• Do not touch senor modules with fingers. If cleaning Is necessary, use clean cloth with
a bit of ethanol and wipe it gently. If the camera will not be used for an extended period,
replace the lens cap to protect the sensor from d lit
• Do not aim the camera at the sun or extra bright places. Blooming or smearing may
occur otherwise (which Is not a malfunction), and affect the endurance of sensor at the
same time.
• The sensor may be burned out by a Laser beam, so when any Laser equipment is in
using, make sure that the surface of sensor will not be exposed to the laser beam.

• Do not place the camera In extremely hot, cold (the operating temperature shall be
-30°C to +60°C, or -40"C to +60*C if the camera model has an "H1 in its suffix), dusty or
damp Locations, and do not expose it to high electromagnetic radiation.
• To avoid heat accumulation, good ventilation is required for operating environment.
• Keep the camera away from liquid while In use.
• While in delivery, the camera shall be packed in its original packing, or packing of the
same texture.
1. Appearance Description
This series of cameras have two appearances shown as the figures below
Note: For cameras support power over Ethernet (PoE), the power is passed along with
data on Ethernet cabling. And a switch supports PoE function Is required.

2. Installation
• Make sure the device in the package is in good condition and all the assembly parts
are included.
• Hie standard power supply is PoE or12 VDC, please make sure your power supply
matches with your camera.
• Make sure all the related equipment is power-off during the installation.
• Check the specification of the products for the installation environment
• Make sure that the wall is strong enough to withstand four times the weight of the
camera and the bracket.
• Make sure that there is no reflective surface too close to the camera lens. The IR Light
from the camera may reflect back into the Lens causing reflection.
Only type I camera supports memory card installation, you can follow the steps to mount
and unmount the memory card.

2.1 Memory Card Installation

Steps:
1. Loosen the screws to remove the memory card slot cover.
2. Insert the memory card into the memory card slot.
3. (Optional)To unmount the memory card, push to get it ejected.
4. Screw the cover back to the camera.

2.2 Ceiling Mounting
Both wall mounting and ceiling mounting are suitable for the bullet camera. Ceiling
mounting will be taken as an example in this section. And you can take steps of ceiling
mounting as a reference for wall mounting.
Before you start:
Steps:
1. Paste the drill template (supplied) to the desired mounting position on the ceiling.
2. Drill the screw holes in the ceiling according to the supplied drill template.

Note: Drill the cable hole. If adopting ceiling outlet to route the cable.

3. Route the cables through the cable hole (optional), or the side opening.
4. Fix the camera on the ceiling with supplied screws.
Note:
• In the supplied screw package, both self-tapping screws, and expansion bolts are
contained.
• If the ceiling is cement expansion bolts are required to fix the camera. If the ceiling is
wooden, self-tapping screws are required.

5. Connect the corresponding power cord, and network cable.
6. Power on the camera, and set the network configuration (for details, refer to 3 Activate
and Access Network Camera) to check whether the Image Is gotten from the optimum
angle. If not, adjust the surveillance angle.
1) Loosen the No. 1 adjusting screw to adjust the rotation position [0* to 36。°ã].
2) Tighten the No.1 adjusting screw.
3) Loosen the No.2 adjusting screw to adjust the tilting position [-90* to 90"].
4) Tighten the No.2 adjusting screw.
5) Loosen the No.3 adjusting screw to adjust the pan position [0* to 3601.
6) Tighten the No.3 adjusting screw.
Note:
• For some camera models No.3 adjusting screw is replaced with fix ring. You can
loosen the fix ring to adjust the pan position.
• For some camera models, the tilting adjusting angle is 0°to 90°.
3-Axis Adjustment
• (Optional) Install the waterproof jacket Refer to 2.4 Install Network Cable Waterproof
Jacket for details.
2.3 Wall Mounting with Junction Box
• Both wall mounting and ceiling mounting are suitable forth© bullet camera. Wall
mounting will be taken as an example in this section. And you can take steps of wall
mounting as a reference for ceiling mounting.
• You need to purchase a junction box first.
Before you start:

Steps:
1. Paste the drill template (supplied) to the desired mounting position on the wall.
2. Drill the screw holes and the cable hole (optional) In the wall according to the drill
template.
Note: Drill the cable hole, if adopting ceiling outlet to route the cable.

3. Take apart the junction box and align the screw holes of this bullet camera with those
on the junction box's cover.
4. Fix the camera on this junction box's cover with three PM4 * 10 screws.

5. Secure the junction box's body with three supplied screws on the wall

6. Route the cables through the cable hole. Here we take bottom cable hole as the
example to describe the installation.
1) . Separate the water proof cover and the cable gland from the Junction box.
2) . Route the cable through the bottom cable hole and the cable gland.
3) . Screw the cable gland back on the bottom cable hole.
4) . Screw the water proof cover back on the side cable hole.
7. Combine the junction box cover with its body with three screws on the junction
box's cover.

8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 of 2.2 Ceiling Mounting to complete the Installation.

2.4 Install Network Cable Waterproof Jacket
If the camera is installed outdoor, you should use the waterproof accessory to waterproof
the network cable. Otherwise the cable might get wet or a short circuit occurs.
Install Waterproof Jacket
1. Feed the network cable through ①Ù and ③Û In order.
2. Fix ②Ú on the network cable between ①Ù and ③Û.
3. Place ⑤Ý onto the end of ⑥Þ,and plug the RJ45 male connector Into RJ45 female
connector.
4. Screw ③Û to ⑥Þ clockwise
5. Push (D into®,
6. Secure ①Ù with the ③Û In clockwise direction.

Camera. Note that mobile data charges may apply if

4. Operate IP Cameras via IE Browser
You can configure the IP cameras In the LAN network via the IE browser.
1. Power on the camera with a DC 12 V adapter and connect it to the same router as your
computer with a network cable.
2. Install the SADP software and search the camera.

3. Check the box of the camera and then activate the camera by creating a login password.

4. Double click the camera's address or you can input the IP address on the IE browser to
enter the login page. The default account name is admin and the password is the one
you just set up.
5. Download and install the plug-in to view live video and manage the camera. Close the
browser when installing the plug-in.
6. Re-open the IE browser and log in the camera. Choose the channel you want to
access and set up the camera by clicking Configuration.

5. Remote Live Stream via Smart phones
You can view the IP camera remotely via your mobile phone with the GuardingVision App.
1. Power on the camera with a DC 12 V adapter and connect it to the same router as your
computer with a network cable. Make sure the router has connected to the Internet.
2. Download GuardingVision App from Google Play or Apple Store. Click Register to sign
up an account with your phone number or email address. Please click Login after you
have registered the account successfully.

Note: Please select the correct country/region (the same location as your device) when
you register an account. It cannot be changed once selected
3. Select Add Device , or click the icon"+" in the upper right corner to add a device.
Scan the camera's QR code on the device label. Click Next and create a password to
active the device if it has not been activated.

4. Click Read and Agree GuardingVision terms of service to enable GuardingVision
service before continuing to add the device. Create a verification code and finish the
adding process. After that, the device will be shown in the device list. Click the device
name to get live view.
Note: For your security, a serial number can only be added by one account, but an
account can be used on multiple mobile phones. You can share your device with others.
6. Operate IP Camera via Computer Software
1. Power on the camera and connect it to the same router as your computer with a
network cable.
2. Install the desktop software Guarding Vision/IVMS 4200 and search the camera.

3. Launch Guarding Vision/IVMS 4200 software. The control panel and live view interface
of Guarding Vision/IVMS 4200 are shown below.
4.Go to Control Panel-Device Management-Device. At the bottom of the screen and in
the Online Devices section, the screen will display all devices on the network. Create
a password to active the device if the device's status is inactive.
5. Click Add to Client. Input Nickname, User Name and Password (the password is the
same as your activated password instead of the verification code). Click Add to add the
device to the client software (as shown in the picture below).
Note: If you want to access the camera remotely via the desktop software
Guarding Vision, please choose Guarding Vision/IVMS 4200 Device and log in your
cloud account to view remote live stream.

6.Go to Control Panel-Main View.
If you have added the IP camera, you
can get a live view in the screen
(as shown in the picture below).

7. View Live Stream with Other Software thats Supports RTSP Protocol
The IP camera supports RTSP protocol. The camera can be accessed via the VLC player.
Blue Iris, tinyCam and other software that supports RTSP.
The correct description of RSTP is as below:
rtsp: //[username]: [password]®[ip]: [port]/[codec]/[channel]/[subtype]/av_stream
User name: admin (default)
Password: The password is the login password used to active your device.
IP: You can get the camera's IP address on the SADP software.
Port: 554
Codec: H264 (H.265)
Channel: ch1 (or the channel which you want to add, for example ch2)
Sub type: main (sub)
Fox example:
rtsp://admin:[email protected]:554/H264/ch1/main/av_stream

8. Connect IP Cameras to ANPVIZ NVRs
1. Please confirm that the resolution of the IP camera is not higher than the resolution that
the NVR supports.
For example, the maximum resolution that the NVR108-8P NVR supports is 8MP. You
can only connect the IP camera with up to 8MP resolution.
2. Make sure the NVR is activated and can be used normally.
3. Connect the IP camera to the NVR's PoE interface with a network cable.
4. Enter the NVR menu: Main Menu -> Camera Management -> Camera -> IP Camera.
5. Click the Refresh button. If the IP camera is not activated or the activation password of
the IP camera is the same as the NVR the NVR will automatically activate the IP camera
and add it to the NVR channel. The status display shows that the addition is successful.
If the activation password of the IP camera is different from the NVR it is advised to
modify the activation password of the IP camera and the NVR through SADP first,
and then connect the NVR.
9. Connect the IP Cameras to Other Brands' NVRs via ONVIF Protocol
1. Please confirm that the resolution of the IP camera is not higher than the highest
resolution that the NVR supports.
2. Power on the camera and connect it to the same router as your computer with a
network cable (instead of connecting the camera to the NVR's POE port).
3. Install the SADP software and then active the IP camera. Log in the camera via
the IE browser.
