PLACEMENT
•CAUTION: keep out of reach of children and animals.
•Place the unit on a level surface that is dry making sure it is NOT directly pointed
at a person or object.
•Do not place on carpet or cloth as it may block air inlet.
•Place the product away from any other electronic device.
•Always keep the spout unobstructed.
•Do not use the product without the spout.
•Do not place humidifier on wooden surfaces as it may be damaged by water.
•Do not place this product in direct sunlight or adjacent to a heat source such as
a stove, heater or radiator.
WATER TANK
•Do not pour water in the spout and do not submerge the humidifier.
•Do not put anything in the tank other than water.
•Do not use the product if the water tank is damaged in any way.
•Do not drink water from the water tank or inhale the mist released from the unit.
•Do not fill the tank with hot water.
•Do not use water additives (e.g. essential oils etc.) or chemicals as they will
damage the unit and will void the manufacturer warranty.
•Use distilled/clean water in the tank as using hard water will require more frequent
cleaning.
•When removing leftover water, empty water from drain side.
•During operation, do not touch the water tank.
•Only remove the water tank and fill water when the unit is off.
•Do not leave water in the tank when the unit is not in use for an extended period
of time.

SAFEGURADS
•Once plugged in and operational, do not move / tilt / adjust the unit.
•Do not use if the plug is damaged.
•Do not use the plug with wet hands.
•Always keep the power cord/plug away from water and do not use near a sink.
•Unplug the unit when it is not in use or when no one is home.
•Do not place cord over objects.
•Do not extensively bend / twist / damage the power cord to avoid harm.
GENERAL
•Do not use for an excessively long time.
•Hold the humidifier securely when unplugging from outlet.
•Do not disassemble, repair and/or remodel the product. This will void the
manufacturer warranty and may result in injury.

KNOW YOUR PRODUCT
SETUP
Place the humidifier on a flat, hard, water-resistant surface, around 5 cm away from
any wall or object. Do not place unit directly on carpet, cloth or absorbent surfaces.
1. Separate the base and tank of the unit.
2. Open the tank lid by unscrewing it.
3. Pour clean water into the tank filling at least ¾ths of the tank.
4. Firmly screw the lid back on and attach the tank to the base
of the unit.

NOTE: Upon attaching, the water level in the tank will change
as the water settles into the base for the steam generation. This
is normal.
5. Make sure that there is no water anywhere near the unit before
turning the unit on.
•If the water in the tank is running low, then the refill indicator light will change
to red from blue and the unit will stop.
•To resume, add more water.
•The direction of the mist can be adjusted by turning the spout.
•To clean the unit, use the small brush provided with the humidifier.
The nightlight can be turned on by selecting the right mode (see table) using the
power button in the front of the humidifier.
The unit will automatically shut down when the water tank is removed from the base
of the unit.
CLEANING
•Unplug the unit before cleaning the humidifier.
•Inside the unit base: Pour excess water out, wash the unit using fresh water and
a cleaning brush. Do not allow water to enter the dry air exhaust port of the unit.
•Water tank: Lift the tank, pour out excess water, and clean the mist tube with
fresh water and brush
•Exterior: Wipe the unit surface with a soft cloth, if you see an accumulation of
water with usage and reduce humidity level.
ULTRASONIC DISK
1. Unplug, separate the base from the tank and empty all water
from the unit.
2. Locate the ultrasonic disk on the centre of the base unit.
3. Using only the provided cleaning brush, gently remove any
build-up from the disk and do not scrape the disk.

DESCALING
•Depending on the frequency of use, the unit will have to be descaled to optimise
performance of the humidifier.
•In areas with hard water, it is recommended to use distilled water for your
humidifier as it will stop build-up of scale
•If it becomes difficult to remove with just a brush:
1. Fill the base with a mixture of 1 tsp white vinegar and 1 tsp water, leaving it
for 5 minutes.
2. Clean the surface with the vinegar using a brush to remove any scale.
3. Rinse out the base to remove the scale/vinegar solution.
To store at the end of season:
•Clean the unit as per the instructions provided prior to storing at the end of the
season.
•Empty the unit of water entirely and make sure it is completely dry before storing.
•Pack into original packaging and store in cool and dry location.
TROUBLESHOOTING
•Water vapour / humidity is not being produced:
Turn off the unit, unplug, plug in and restart.
When the power returns, restart and try again.
Make sure the tank is correctly attached.
Clean ultrasonic disk.
•Air is flowing but not water vapour:
Remove a certain amount of water from the tank.
Empty all the water in the tank and refill it.
Clean the ultrasonic disk.
If you are in an area with hard water, try using soft water/distilled water.
•Humidity level low:
Clean ultrasonic disk.
Replace water with cool, but not cold water.
•The humidity is pungent/smells bad:
Clean the product entirely, and fill it with clean, cool water.
•White dust is forming on nearby furniture:
Use distilled water.
Clean the unit entirely and fill it with clean, cool water.
•Unit stopped working:
The tank is running low. Therefore, unplug the unit and refill the tank.
•Water is accumulating on the exterior and/or surrounding area:
Unplug and place on level surface (ensure that the unit is at least 2 feet off
the floor).
Lower mist control setting. Wipe down the unit using a dry cloth.

Point the spout away from objects.

Wipe down the tank and drain a certain amount of water.

•The noise level has increased:
Ensure the unit is not placed on a soft and/or absorbent surface and that the
surface is level and flat.
•There is a red light:
Unplug and refill tank with cool, clean water.
