IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Your Sous vide machine cooks with electricity. When using the Sous vide circulator, basic safety
precautions should always be followed.
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Counter tops such as marble and corian cannot withstand the heat generated by the circulator.
Place cooking container different surface to prevent damage.
2. Do not use extension cords. Never operate with a damaged cord or plug. Use proper grounded
electrical outlets only.
3. Do not immerse system the water below the MIN marks or above the Max marks on the stainless
steel column. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
4. Burn Hazard - the cooking container, the stainless steel portion of circulator, and food pouches all
get hot when used. Use oven mitts or tongs when handling. Allow system to cool before emptying
the water bath.
5. This system is an indoor appliance. Do not use outdoors. Do not disassemble. Observe all warning
labels. Do not remove warning labels.

6. Firmly lock the product by clamping it on the side of your container. Place the container on
an even surface to prevent spills and tipping over. Do not place unit on a stove, or in an
oven.
7. Do not use demonized water (DI water).
8.Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of
the appliance. Do not use this appliance on any electrical system other than voltage:
120V/60HZ.
9. Don’t let children use and play with this appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children.
10. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Get it to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
12. Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surface

13. Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts which move in use.
14. When the appliances work under an abnormal mains disturbance it may lose performance and
maybe it is needed to be unplugged to recover the normal operation.
15. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near
children.
16. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motel and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.

17. Remember circulated water can be very hot. Use a trivet to protect your countertop from any
container being used with appliance. Use tongs to reach anything inside the water bath. Extreme
caution must be used when moving containers of hot water.
Sous Vide circulators are designed to be used only with water.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS-prep
Step1. Use the Holder to clip the product securely inside any deep heat-proof
container without touching the bottom of water tank.
Step2.Fill the pot/container with water. Make sure water level meets or exceeds the minimum
line and falls below the maximum line on the Stainless steel column.
Step3. Make sure your cooker is plugged into an electrical outlet for power.

Note:
*The water level will rise up when immerse the food sealed in bag into the container or
pot. So please do not to fill it up too high.
*As the water temperature increases, the water will begin to evaporate.
*The circulator is equipped with an alarm which indicateslow water level. If the water le
vel goes below the min mark, the circulator will stop operating. Filling enough water into
container the product continue to work normally.
*Water level between max and min, but the Max is the most suitable level to work.

1. After plugged,all lights in display will be on for 3 seconds.The “ ” icon and working
lamp will be on in Red and it will enter the standby mode. You will hear a sound of beep
for every pressing.
Press and hold the “ ” icon for 3 seconds to switch to℃.
The system default is ℉. The setting will be memorized.
2. Temperature Setting: Press the” + “or “– “adjust button to set
the temperature. The upper screen shows the current
temperature.And the lower screen shows the previous setting
temperature (131°F or 55°C if it is the first time use).
3.Timer Setting: Press the “ ” icon to set the time. You can find
the timer blinks.First press the + or – adjust button to set hour,
then press “ ” again to set the minute,and then press “ ”,
It will be beeping 3 sounds to start preheat your water.

4. Once the water has finished preheating and reached the desired cooking temperature, it will be
beeping 3 sounds again, meanwhile, the timer will countdown. Place your sealed food in the water.
Make sure all of the food in the bag is submerged (use tongs if water is hot).
5. If you want to change the setting, press and hold the“ ” icon, and then repeat the setting as
above.
6. If no timer is set, it will be beeping 3 sounds and continue to work to keep the desired temperature
setting. If thers is timer setting, after the water has reached the desired cooking temperature, it will
continue to work until it runs out of time and automatically stop working.
At anytime you can Press and hold the “ ” icon to stop.

Rust removal should be carried out every month if the circulator is frequently used.
Cleaning should be performed more frequently in areas where hard water is used.
1.Put the appliance in a pot and fill the pot with water to the "Max" level indicated on appliance.
2. Set the appliance temperature to 158 °F (70℃).
3. Add 5g of citric acid powder (Food grade) per liter of water used.
4. Allow the water to circulate for 20 minutes after 158 °F (70℃) is reached.
5. Turn off and unplug the appliance.
6. When appliance is cool, rinse the bottom in the cold water and dry before storage.
NOTE:
•Always turn off and unplug the unit.
•Internal service work must be performed by certified personnel only.
•Make sure system is at room temperature.
•Check for signs of damage including pulled cord or physical damage to system or heaters. If any
signs of physical damage are found, please contact customer service and Repair Centre.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. The product will not turn on.
Make sure that the appliance is properly plugged into a grounded outlet
Check the power cord for tears and frays. Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged.
Make sure the power button is on. The display screen is showing information.
2. The LCD display screen reads error code:
E001: NO water or water in tank is lower than MIN mark, or the product is taken out of water.
Solution: Fill more water in tank to make sure water capacity is between the MIN and MAX level
as require; or just put back the product into water. And the product will resume working as
previously set.
