Apek TouchSpace Series User manual

Read all instructions in this manual carefully
before beginning the installation. If you have any
questions, please contact technical support.
» The stand and its parts are designed to be
mounted with Apek monitors. Apek does not
cover damage installed with other monitors.
» Do not install monitors with a larger weight than
recommended.
» Do not repair the product yourself. Contact
technical service for verification and repair.
» Use the package to store components and
spare parts.
» Do not force the loosen parts when assembling,
the parts are designed to fit perfectly.
» Install the product in a flat and stable location.
» Periodically wipe the stand with a clean, slightly
damp cloth (it is not advisable to use chemicals).
» Do not place or support cleaning products
and/or substances on the support which may leak
or damage the material.
» Be careful when handling the monitor. Install
with at least 2 people.
» When supporting the monitor with the screen

Apek warrants to the customer the product,
support and parts replacement for a period of 12
(twelve) months, counted from the date of
issuance of the invoice of purchase, provided that
it has been installed according to the guidelines
described in the manual installation that
accompanies the product and only in the national
territory.
» Apek guarantees the product of its manufacture
against any defect of material or manufacturing
process, provided that at the discretion of its
authorized technicians, it is found defective under
normal conditions of use.
Apek is a company that cares about the
environment. We seek to develop products with
the maximum of recyclable materials and with the
least environmental impact. Dispose of materials
properly.
Packaging materials such as cardboard boxes,
bubble wrap, papers, EPS (expanded
polystyrene), EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) and
bags, are recyclable. Check the type of material
for proper disposal in specialized recyclers.

» The replacement of defective parts and
performance of the services resulting from this
warranty, will be provided directly at the factory or
in technical assistance accredited by Apek.
» On-site service, may be hired additionally. This
service is not included in the factory warranty.
Warranty limitations
Warranty against manufacturing defects does not
cover the following items:
» Installation or use of the product in
disagreement with the recommendations in the
installation manual.
» Damage caused by:
• Bad use;
• Accident and fall;
• Agents of nature;
• Chemical agents;
• Inappropriate applications, changes,
modification or repair performed by persons or
entities not authorized by Apek;
• Removal and/or modification of serial
number or product identification;
» Use of the product with load (wight) above its
capacity;

product are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
» Apek assumes no responsibility or liability for the

» Apek reserves the right to change the general,
technical and aesthetic characteristics of its
products without prior notice.
» The warranty is valid only upon presentation of
the invoice for the purchase of this product.

1st Step
Assemble the 4 swivel legs on the main column using
button head PHS M6x15 screws, 4 units for each leg.
At the bottom of the central column it is possible to
screw the two upper screws through the side opening,
the lower ones, use the opening at the end of the
column.
Tighten the bolts completely to support and lock
the assembly.

1º Screw the upper column cover to the main column
using 2 M4x8 flat head screw.
2º Position the back cover bar under the center
column arm.
3º Position the front cover bar in the upper column
cover attachment already attached.
4º Place the lower column cover to the main column
by attaching the ends of the front and back covers
bars to the indicated highlights. Screw it using 4x
M6x15 button head screws.

3rd Step
Assembly the accessory base in the center of the
column using 4 flat head M4X8 screws.
Assemble the stand with a monitor laying
down.
Support the monitor with the screen facing a suitable
surface so that it does not damage it and screw the
stand by aligning the drilling of the two arms with the
drilling located in the central part of the vertical bars.
With the stand upright, secure the back cover holder
using 4 flat head M4x8 screws.
The back cover holds serves to organize cables and
finish for the stand.

Make sure the screws are ssafely holding the
monitor.
Lock the casters so they do not spin.
With two people lift the monitor with the
stand by resting it on its wheels.
