transportingand installingtheunitcaremustbe takentoensurethatnoneofthe
refrigerationcircuitcomponentsbecomedamaged.Intheeventofdamageavoid
nakedflamesorignitionsourcesand ventilatetheroomin whichthe unitisplaced
forafewminutes.

•Fixthe accessoriesin thefridgeduring transportation to prevent damageto
accessories.
•Theapplianceisnotintended forusebypeople(includingchildren)withreduced
physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities,orlackofexperienceandknowledge,unless
theyhavebeengivensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseoftheapplianceby

InstallingandOperatingyourFridge
•Beforemakingtheconnectiontothepowersupply,ensurethatthe voltageonthe
nameplatecorrespondstothevoltage ofelectricalsystematyourhome.
•Operating voltage foryourfridgeis220-240 V at50Hz.
•Mainscordof yourfridgehasagroundedplug.Thisplugshouldbeusedwitha
grounded receptaclethathasa16amperfuseminimum.Ifyoudon’thavea
receptacleconfirming with this,pleasehaveitdonebyaqualifiedelectirician.
•Wedonot taketheresponsibilityof thedamagesthat occurdue
toungroundedusage.
•Placeyourfridgeinaplacethatitwould notbeexposed todirect
sunlight.
•Yourapplianceshould beatleast50 cmawayfromstoves,ovens
andheatercores,and should beat least5cm awayfrom
electricalovens.
•Itshould neverbeusedoutdoorsorleftundertherain.
•Fittheplasticwallspacerstothecondenseratthebackofthe
refrigeratorin orderto prevent cleaning to the wall forgood
performance.
•When yourfridge isplaced next toa deep freezer, thereshould
beatleast2cm between themtoprevent humidityon theouter
surface.Donotplaceanythingon yourfridge,andinstall your
fridge inasuitableplacesothatatleast15cmisavailableon
theupperside.
•Ifyouwillplaceyourfridgenexttoyourkitchencabinets,leavea
spaceof2cmbetweenthem.
•Installthedistanceadjustmentplastic(thepartwithblackvanes
attherear) byturningit90°topreventthecondenserfrom
touchingthewall.
•Theadjustable front legsshouldstabilizedinanappropriate heighttoallowyour
fridge operateinastableandproperway.Youcanadjustthelegsbyturning them
clockwise(orin theoppositedirection). Thisshouldbedonebeforeplacingfoodin
the fridge.
•Beforeusingyourfridge, wipeallpartswithwarmwater added witha teaspoonfulof
sodiumbicarbonate,andthenrinsewith cleanwateranddry.Placeallpartsafter
cleaning.
BeforeUsingyourFridge
•When itisoperatedforthefirsttimeoraftertransportation, keep
yourfridge inthe uprightpositionfor3hoursandplugitonto
allowefficient operation.Otherwise, you maydamage the
compressor.
•Yourfridgemayhaveasmellwhenitisoperatedforthe firsttime; the smell will fade
awaywhenyour fridgestartstocool.

ThermostatSetting
• Thermostatautomaticallyregulatestheinside temperatureof the refrigerator
compartment andfreezercompartment.Byrotatingtheknobfromposition1to5,
coldertemperaturescan beobtained.«0»positionshowsthermostatisclosedand
nocoolingwillbeavaible.
•Forshort-termstorageoffoodinthefreezercompartment,youcansetthe knob
between1and 3position.
•Forlong-termstorageof food inthe freezercompartment,you can setknop3-4
position.
Notethat; theambianttemperature,temperatureofthefreshly storedfoodand howoften
the dooris opened, affectsthe temperaturein the refrigeratorcompartment.If
required,changethetemperaturesetting.
Icetray
•Fill theicetraywithwaterand placeinfreezer compartment.
•Afterthe watercompletely turnedintoice,youcantwistthetrayasshownbelowto
gettheicecube.

PART-3. ARRANGING FOODINTHE APPLIANCE
RefrigeratorCompartment
•Toreducehumidityandconsequentincreaseof frostneverplaceliquids in unsealed
containersintherefrigerator.Frost tendstoconcentratein thecoldestpartsof the
evaporatorandintimewillrequiremorefrequentdefrosting.
•Neverplace warmfood inthe refrigerator.Warmfood should be allowed to cool at
roomtemperatureand shouldbe arrangedto ensureadequate aircirculation in the
refrigeratorcompartment.
•Nothingshouldtouchonthe backwallas itwillcausefrostandthe packagescan
stickonthe backwall. Do notopentherefrigeratordoortoofrequently.
•Arrange the meat and cleaned fish(wrapped in packages or sheets ofplastic) which
youwill use in 1-2 days,in the bottomsection ofthe refrigeratorcompartment(that is
abovethecrisper) asthisisthe coldestsectionandwillensure thebeststoring
conditions.
•Youcan put thefruits andvegetables into crisper withoutpacking.
FreezerCompartment
•Theuseoffreezeris,storingof deep-frozenorfrozenfoodsfor longperiodsoftime
and making ice cubes.
•Tofreeze fresh food, ensurethatas much of thesurface aspossible offood tobe
frozen is in contact with thecoolingsurface.
•Donot putfreshfoodwithfrozenonside bysideasitcanthaw thefrozenfood.
•While freezing fresh foods(i.emeat,fishand mincemeat), divide them in partsyou
will useinone time.
•Oncethe unithas beendefrostedreplacethefoodsintofreezerand remember to
consumethem inasshort periodof time.
•Neverplacewarmfoodinthefreezercompartment.Asitwill disturbthe frozen foods.
•For storing the frozen foods;the instructions shownon frozen food packages should
always be followed carefullyandifno informationis provided foodshould not be
storedfor morethan 3months fromthe purchased date.
•When buying frozen foods ensure thatthese havebeen frozen at suitable
temperatures andthatthe packing is intact.
•Frozen foods should be transported inappopriate containersto maintain the quality
of thefoodandshouldbe returnedto thefreezingsurfacesoftheunitintheshortest
possibletime.
•Ifapackageoffrozen foodshows thesignofhumidityandabnormalswellingitis
probablethatithasbeenpreviously storedatanunsuitabletemperatureandthat
thecontentshavedeteriorated.
•Thestroragelife of froozenfoodsdependson theroom temperature, thermostat
setting, how oftenthedoorisopened,thetypeoffoodandthe lengthof time required
totransporttheproductfromtheshoptoyourhome.Alwaysfollow theinstruductions
printed onthe packageandneverexceedthe maximumstorage lifeindicated.
Notthat; ifyouwanttoopenagainimmediatelyafterclosingthefreezerdoor,itwillnotbe
opened easily.It’squite normal!Afterreaching equilibriumcondition,the doorwill be
opened easily.

PART-4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Youshouldcleanthecondenserwithbroomatleastonce
ayearinordertoprovideenergysavingandincrease
the productivity.
•Makesure tounplug thefridgebeforestarting to cleanit.
•Donotwash your fridge bypouringwater.
•Youcanwipetheinnerandoutersideswithasoftcloth
orasponge usingwarmandsoapywater.
•Removethepartsindividually andcleanwithsoapywater.
Donot washinwashingmachine.
•Neveruseflammable,explosiveorcorrosivematerial like
thinner,gas,acidforcleaning.
Makesurethatyourfridgeisunpluggedwhile cleaning.

Defrosting
RefrigeratorCompartment;
•Defrostingoccursautomatically in refrigeratorcompartmentduringoperation ;the
defrostwateris collectedbythe evaporatingtrayandevoparatesautomatically.
•The evaporatingtrayand the defrost waterdrain hole shouldbe cleanedperiodically
with defrostdrain plugto prevent the waterfromcollecting on thebottomofthe
refrigeratorinsteadofflowing out.
•Youcanalsopour1/2glassofthewatertodrainholetocleaninside.
FreezerCompartment;
Thefrost,accumulatedinthe freezercompartment,shouldberemovedperiodically.(Use
theplastic scraperprovided)The freezercompartment shouldbecleanedinthewayas
the refrigeratorcompartment, with the defrostoperationsof the compartment at least
twiceayear.
Forthis;
•Thedaybeforeyou defrost,setthethermostat dialto“5” position tofreezethe foods
completely.
•Duringdefrosting,frozenfoodsshouldbewrappedin several layersof paperand
keptinacoolplace. Theinevitable riseintemperaturewillshorten theirstorage life.
Rememberto usethesefoodswithinarelativelyshortperiodoftime.
•Setthermostat knobtoposition «0 »orunplugthe unit;leavethedooropenuntil
completely defrosted.
•Toaccelerate the defrostingprocess oneormorebasinsof warmwater canbe
placed inthefreezercompartment.
•Drytheinside oftheunitcarefully and setthe thermostatknobtoMAX position.

Replacing TheLightBulb
Toreplacethebulbinfreezerand fridgedepartments;
1- Unplugyourfridge.
2- Removethe coveroftheboxfromtheclawsusing ascrewdriver.
3- Replacewithabulbofmaximum15Watts.
4- Installthecover.
5- Waitfor5minutesbeforere-pluggingandbringthethermostattoitsoriginal position.
PART-5.
•Originalpackageandfoammaybekeptforre-transportation(optionally).
•Youshouldfastenyourfridge with thickpackage,bandsorstrongcordsandfollow
theinstructionsfortransportationon thepackageforre-transportation.
•Removemovable parts(shelves,accessories,vegetablebinsetc.)orfixtheminto
thefridgeagainstshocksusing bandsduring re-positioning andtransportation.
•Carryyourfridgeintheuprightpositio.

•Thereisnopower,
•Thegeneralswitchinyourhomeis disconnected,
•Thethermostatsettingison«0»position,
•Thesocketisnotsufficient. Tocheckthis,plug inanotherappliancethatyou know
whichisworking intothesamesocket.
Whattodoifyourrefrigeratorperformspoorly;
Check that ;
•Youhave notoverloaded theappliance,
•Thedoorsareclosedperfectly,
•Thereisnodustonthecondenser,

Ifthereisnoise;
The coolinggaswhichcirculatesintherefrigeratorcircuitmaymakeaslight
noise(bubblingsound)evenwhen the compressoris not running.Donotworrythisis
quitenormal.If thesesoundsaredifferentcheckthat;

•Nothingistouching therear.
