Please read this user manual before using the SEEKER R1 to ensure its safe and proper use.
• Description of the product and its settings are based on the device’s default settings.
• Modifying or installing unofficial software may result in the malfunction of the device,
data corruption and or data loss. This action will void your warranty with apeman.
• This device contains magnets. Please keep a safe distance between your device and
objects that may be affected by the magnets.
About the SEEKER ONE
The compact and powerful SEEKER ONE camera is all you need as your daily on-the-go
essential. Powered by the Ambarella H22 processor, the camera can shoot up to
4K/60FPS videos and photos, beautiful nightscapes and even underwater photography.

Remove the IO port cover, then install the sport protective frame followed by the
weatherproof rubber cover.
The camera can still be charged in the weatherproof rubber cover.

Product Installation
microSD Card and Battery Setup
1. Ensure that your SEEKER ONE has been turned off.
Press the release button, following the direction of the
arrows and the battery cover will open.
3. Insert the battery into the battery compartment as
indicated in the illustration. Ensure that the battery is
properly installed and is facing the right direction. Close
the battery cover and your SEEKER ONE is ready to be
used.
2. Insert the microSD Card into the card slot (as illustrated
in the photo on the left). To remove the microSD Card,
simply push on the microSD Card and it should eject
itself.

Getting Started
Power On
Press the Power/Mode button to turn on
your SEEKER ONE camera.

Press and hold the Power/ Mode button
for 2 seconds to turn the SEEKER ONE
camera off.

Front Screen
SEEKER ONE’s front screen features a live view from the lens. This makes it easy to capture
perfectly framed shots, when you want to take a selfie.

The front screen has two display options that be changed easily.
1. Swipe down on the rear screen to access the Dashboard.
2. Tap the to access the front screen settings.
3. Press the Power/Mode button to bring it back to the rear screen.

Your camera has three main capture modes: Video, Photo, Time Lapse
Capture Modes
The Shutter button is the fastest and the easiest way to turn on your SEEKER ONE and to
capture a snapshot.

1. While your camera is on sleep mode,
press the shutter button .
2. Press the shutter button again to
stop recording and to turn off your
camera.

Your SEEKER ONE has three photo presets - Photo, Burst and Night. Simply select your
preferred preset and press the shutter button to capture a shot. All photos are
captured at 12MP.
Photo Presets
Time Lapse has two presets - Time Lapse and Night Lapse.
Time Lapse Presets
The photo, video and timelapse presets have different default shortcuts, but you can
customize these shortcuts according to your needs.
1. Press and hold the shortcut that
you would like to add/change.
2. The icon will start to shake.

The Shooting Setting allows you to choose between manual or automatic mode.

Gallery view gives you quick access to all of the videos and photos stored on your SD card.
Using Gallery View
1. From the playback screen, tap .
2. Swipe up to scroll through your media.
3. Tap the photo/video that you would
like to view in fullscreen.
4. Tap to select files.
5. Tap to go back to the playback
screen.

2. Tap the files that you wish to delete. Tap it again to deselect the file.

Deleting Multiple Files Select USB mode
Connect your SEEKER ONE to your computer with a Type-C cable. You can then select
between the two modes displayed on the camera screen - BC (Battery Charge) or UMS
(USB Mass Storage). Select your desired mode via the touchscreen.
With your camera in landscape orientation, swipe down Main Touchscreen Display to
access the Dashboard.

Search and download the "Go APE" app on the Apple App Store or the Google Play
Store and install it on to your smartphone.
Download Go APE App
You can connect your camera to your smartphone wirelessly. You can view, control and
download the photos & videos that you have taken on the SEEKER ONE on to your
smartphone.
1. Turn the SEEKER ONE on and the Wi-Fi connection will be automatically enabled
(Ensure that you have enabled this option when pairing your smartphone and the camera).
2. Open the "Go APE" app and connect your camera to your smartphone.

Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung des IO-Anschlusses und bringen Sie danach den
schützenden Sportrahmen und anschließend die wetterfeste Gummiabdeckung an.

1. Drücken Sie den Batteriefachdeckelschalter in Pfeilrichtung
und der Batteriefachdeckel öffnet sich.
3. Legen Sie die Batterie in Richtung der Elektrode in das
Batteriefach ein und achten Sie darauf, dass der Batter-
iefachdeckel nach dem vollständigen Einsetzen der Batterie
geschlossen ist.
2. Bei aus geschalteter Kamera führen Sie die microSD-Karte
in den Kartenschlitz ein, wie auf dem Etikett der Batterie
angegeben. Sie können die Karte durch Drücken des
Schlitzes mit dem Fingernagel entfernen.

Der Frontbildschirm von SEEKER ONE bietet eine Live-Ansicht des Objektivs. Dies macht
es einfach, perfekt gerahmte Aufnahmen zu machen, wenn Sie ein Selfie machen möchten.
Displayoptionen
Der vordere Bildschirm beinhaltet zwei Displayoptionen, die einfach verändert werden können.
Einschalten
Drücken Sie die Power/Mode-Taste
um Ihren SEEKER ONE einzuschalten.
Ausschalten
Halten Sie die Power-/Modus-Taste gedrückt
für 2 Sekunden, um es auszuschalten.

3. Drücken Sie Hauptschalter/Modustaste, um wieder auf den hinteren Bildschirm zu

Ihr Kamera verfügt über drei Hauptaufnahmemodi.
Aufnahmemodi
Snap Shot ist der schnellste und einfachste Weg, um Ihren Sucher eins zu kräuseln und
den Schuss zu erhalten. Alles, was es braucht, ist der Push des Auslösers.

Unter Verwendung des hinteren
Berührungsbildschirms, wischen Sie nach
links oder rechts, um den gewünschten
Modus auszuwählen.
Bei eingeschalteter Kamera können Sie
können die Power / Mode-Taste drücken

1. Bei ausgeschaltetem Bereitschaftszustand
der Kamera, drücken Sie die Auslösetaste.
