Fountain and pump installation:
ATTENTION! Prior to plugging the device into the power supply system, make sure that your electrical system is equipped
with 30mA safety cut-off switch!!!
Fountain:
1. Prepare a platform for installation of the pump under water (a few bricks, as in g. 2).
2. Determine necessary submergence depth (not less than 26 cm under the water surface). Optimum submergence depth
is 50 cm, as shown in g.2.
3. Install the fountain nozzle (9) onto the thinner end of telescope pipe (8). Connect the telescope pipe with the T-connec-
tion (7). This set should then be assembled by installing the T-connection (7) on the outlet (12) of the pump body (2). After
setting the pump on the mounting platform, adjust the pipe (8) height by extending the telescope. Fountain nozzle should
be projected over the water surface, as shown in gure yyy. Make sure that the T-connection distributor regulator knob (13)
is oriented in the proper direction in case of fountain, turn it counter-clockwise all the way, until the arrow on the knob (13)
indicates T-connection distributor „A” outlet (7).
4. Turn the pump on.
5. Adjust the water ow, according to your needs, by using the T-connection distributor regulator knob (13).
Cascade:
1. Prepare a platform for installation of the pump under water (a few bricks, as in g.2).
2. Determine necessary submergence depth (not less than 26 cm under the water surface). Optimum submergence depth
is 50 cm, as shown in g.2.
3. Install the assembled set of pipes on water outlet (12) of the pump body (2) or on outlet „B” of the pipe reducer (6). For
waterfall or cascade water supply, it is recommended to apply outlet „B” with the pipe reducer Ř32/25, and PVC pipes of
appropriate diameter. This will allow to reduce hydraulic resistance and obtain maximum capacity of water.
4. Mount the pump on previously prepared platform.
5. Turn the pump on.
6. Adjust the water ow, according to your needs, by using the T-connection distributor regulator knob (13). Maximum ca-
pacity for the cascade will be obtained by turning the distributor knob clockwise, until the arrow on the knob (13) indicates
T-connection distributor „B” outlet.
Control check-up and maintenance:
In case of trouble in engine operation (for instance engine hard running), clear the rotor and its chamber, and in order the
keep high efciency and ensure pump trouble-free operation, it is recommended to regularly repeat this action.
Cleaning of the rotor and its chamber:
1. Turn the pump off by unplugging it from the power supply.
2. Remover the pump.
3. Take the inlet basket off.
4. Turn the pump rotor cover counter-clockwise and remove it.
ATTENTION: Pump rotor is a powerful device! In order to protect your hands, put on protection gloves!!!
5. Remove the rotor from the chamber and thoroughly rinse it under running water, remove the sediment. Inspect the rotor
for any possible cracks on the ceramic axle or any damage on the surface of the magnet. If during removing the rotor from
its chamber, any element (axle or axle socket) remains in the chamber, take it away and assemble the rotor again.
6. Assemble the pump in the inversed order.
In case of pump leaking during its operation outside water, check the condition of the seal (5) on the round-shaped ele-
ment of the rotor cover (4). If you notice any damage, replace the seal.
Remember the regularly clean all of the elements of the system (regulator, nozzle, ttings, pipes, cables, etc.).
Dismantling and withdrawal from use:
„Waste producer”, that is user of the pump, at the moment of pump withdrawal from use or exchange of used elements,
should undertake the following actions:
- elements, which might be re- used, should be regenerated or properly stored,
- metallic waste should be delivered to scrap-heap purchasing centre,
- elements made of plastics, rubber, etc. should be delivered to recycling centres,

Arbeitssicherheitsbedingungen:
Die Springbrunnenpumpe KASKADA 7000 entspricht allen gültigen Sicherheitsnormen.
ACHTUNG: in verschiedenen Ländern können für Pumpen in Gartenteichen, Fischzuchtteichen, Springbrunnen und
Schwimmbecken unterschiedliche Sondervorschriften gelten.
Die Pumpe ans Netz ausschließlich über eine Steckdose anschließen, die mit einem Schutzkontakt versehen ist.
Den Stecker in die Steckdose nur an einer trockenen Stelle stecken.
Das Stromversorgungsnetz muß mit einem Stromdiffernzialschalter mit Kriechstrom von 30 mA ausgerüstet sein.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme die Pumpe und das Netzkabel überprüfen!
Die Pumpe darf beim Feststellen einer Beschädigung des Netzkabels bzw. eines Gehäusebruchs unter keinen Umständen
weiter betrieben werden! Lebensgefahr!
Beim Reinigen und Warten der Pumpe sowie bei anderen Arbeiten in dem Wasserbecken das Gerät unbedingt durch das
Herausziehen des Steckers vom Netz trennen.
Die Pumpe darf in Schwimmbecken nur betrieben werden, wenn sich niemand in Wasser bendet.
Es ist verboten, Reparaturen durchzuführen, den Netzstecker oder das Netzkabel auszutauschen sowie irgendwelche
Schalter oder Zusatzanschlüsse zu installieren.
Bei einer Beschädigung des Netzkabels muß das Gerät ersetzt oder verschrottet werden.
Das Gerät ist für den Betrieb im Wasser mit einer Temperatur bis zu 35oC ausgelegt.
Es dürfen keine leicht entammbare Stoffe oder Lebensmittel umgewälzt werden.
Der Springbrunnen darf ohne Wasser nicht betrieben werden!!! Gefahr einer Motorbeschädigung. Die Abb. 2 zeigt die
Mindesttauchtiefe.
