AquaBrew’s ProSeries™ PS-1024 and PS-1018
brewers are designed with the coffee purist in mind.
The ProSeries consistent 200° F brewing temperature
ensures perfect extraction of your coffee’s complex
flavors to bring you a perfect pot of coffee, brew
after brew. The convenient size allows you to place
this reliable brewer almost anywhere.

What does this mean?
The SCAA program, which uses
the CQI laboratory for its testing,
is designed to evaluate various
brewers and promote those that
meet or exceed the standards of
the program. These standards
are based on four underlying
requirements:

1. Brewer must deliver water over the bed of
coffee at a temperature range of 92°C to 96°C
for at least 90% of the brew cycle.
2. Brewer must complete its brew cycle, includ-
ing dwell time, in 2 to 8 minutes.
3. Brew basket must be of sufficient capacity
to allow for swelling of coffee grounds
during brewing.
4. Brewer must extract the water-soluble
coffee material uniformly from the entire
bed of coffee in the brew basket.
If you are not using a ProSeries™
Brewing System you are not getting
the most from your coffee.
