Aqualife WATER.IO Smart Water Bottle User manual

Water.io User Guide
Congratulations for purchasing the Water.io Smart Water Bottle! We are
excited to embark on this new journey with you to a more hydrated body
and healthier lifestyle.
Most of us don’t realize how important it is to drink enough water. Water
speeds up your metabolism, gets toxins out of your body, improves your
brain activity, polishes your skin and much more! Considering that 60-70%
of your body is water, it only makes sense, right?
As an added benefit, reusable water bottles contribute to the
environment. In fact, using a reusable water bottle can save 150 single-
use plastic bottles a year.
Let’s toast to a healthier, eco-friendly future full of fresh water!

The bottle
Measurements
•
Everything you drink through the bottle is measured and
documented.
•
The bottle performs measurements after every time that you
open and close the cap and place it on a stable surface. Once a
measurement is performed, the cap LED lights will blink once as
an indication.
When you are behind your daily goal the bottle will periodically
remind you to drink water by blinking lights in the color of your
choice and a vibration.
Hydration status
Tilt your bottle to check your status.
If the light turns green, you are on the right track!
Orange means you’re behind your goal and need to drink
more water.
Only when you reach your daily goal will the rainbow lights
start celebrating.

Cleaning and operation
•
The best way to clean your bottle is with a cleaning brush and
some soap and water. Do not wash you smart bottle in the
dishwasher
•
Do not leave the bottle in extreme temperature
conditions for long periods of time. (Such as your car)
Things you should know
Charging
•
When the battery is low the cap will blink in weak red light
as illustrated below and you will receive a notification to your
smartphone.
•
Use the charging cable that is provided to charge your smart
bottle. Plug the USB cable to a power supplier and to the cap,
the cap will light up when it starts charging.
•
It takes up to 1 hour to fully charge the smart bottle. Battery life
is about 3-7 days of use, depending on how much you use the
different features. You can always follow the battery level through
the mobile app.

Tips for professionals
•
You can add an indication so that every time the cap is opened and closed, the LED lights will light up gradually
in the right direction. This way you can be sure that the bottle was opened, closed, and is now measuring.
•
If the vibration bothers you, you can turn it off through the settings menu (under bottle settings).
•
To make sure that the bottle doesn’t wake you up during hours in which you are not active, you can edit the
activity hours through the settings menu (under bottle settings)
•
If you feel a need for some extra encouragement, enable the app notifications.
•
The app notifications are time -based and are not in sync with the bottle reminders that work according to your
hydration progress. Who cares? The important thing is that you drink more water!
