audio devices having a Line-In Input jack.

To daisy chain multiple systems (make sure the power is OFF before making any connections), plug one end
of the speaker cable into the LIN OUT of the primary (MAST R) speaker and plug the other end of the cable into the
LIN IN of the secondary (SLAV ) speaker. Adjust the MAST R VOLUM CONTROL and LIN -IN INPUT control to the
MAXIMUM setting on ALL secondary (SLAV ) speakers so the primary (MAST R) speaker has full volume control over
the entire system. It is best to power on the primary (SLAV ) speaker first, followed by the secondary (SLAV ) speak-
ers in sequence order . To power off, reverse the sequence so the primary (MAST R) speaker will be turned off last.

Voice Amp SpeakEASY QUICK USE GUIDE
1. Getting Started:
The Voice Amp SpeakEASY can operate on either AC or battery power. To use
AC power, plug the inclu e ARG-AC-PS4 switching power supply/battery charger to
the power supply/charging jack “DC 18V/3A” locate on the back of the speaker. Plug
the other en into a 110-125 VAC outlet an push the Master Power ON button.
When battery operation is nee e , you will nee to fully charge the installe
lithium battery pack before using. To charge, plug the inclu e ARG-AC-PS4 switching
power supply/battery charger to the power supply/charging jack “DC 18V/3A” locate
on the back of the speaker, plug the other en into a 110-125 VAC outlet. The charg-
ing cycle will take approximately 4-5 hours. The (yellow) LED on the front panel will
illuminate uring the charge cycle, once the battery is fully charge the (yellow)
charge LED in icator will shut off. The speaker can operate for 10+ hours on a fully
charge battery. When battery capacity is low, the (re ) low battery level LED locate
on the front panel will illuminate, there will be about 1 hour of operation time before
the system shuts own.
Note:
Battery remo al must be done by a factory trained professional.

Battery life is directly related to the olume le el; the louder the le el,
the higher the current consumption resulting in less operation time.

If the optional ARG-RX900MOD recei er is installed, it also has a
battery le el indicator icon located on the LCD display.
Note:
The battery charging cycle will not acti ate if the Master Power
Button is in the “ON” position; the Master Power Button must be set to the “OFF”
position to charge the lithium battery pack.
2. Correct System Set-Up:
a. For the best possible coverage an to pro uce balance au io for the entire au i-
ence, face the speaker towar the center of the crow , an elevate above au ience
using a speaker stan
(ARG-TP1 or ARG-TP2).
Note:
If possible , place speaker a minimum of 3’ abo e the floor and at least three feet
away from walls or metal objects.
b. To re uce the risk of fee back, position the speaker between the crow an pre-
senter.
c. The presenter shoul always be positione behin the speaker an as far away from
the speaker as possible while maintaining signal strength.
. Line-of-site in between the transmitter an speaker is best; remove all obstructions if
possible.
e. Never point the microphone irectly towar the speaker.
f. If you encounter interference, change the soun system to a ifferent channel.
g. Avoi placing the speaker near large metal objects; neon an florescent lighting;
electric motors; or other electronic equipment if possible.

a. Insert USB flash rive into USB port.
b. Push ˃II button to start play.
c. Slowly rotate the “ON/OFF Volume Control” clockwise to a just the level
of the au io.
. Push the “mo e” button to choose between six selectable presets for
customize listening mo e, inclu ing Normal, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Classic
an R&B.
e. Push the ˃II button to pause playing.
f. Push the ˃ button to skip forwar .
g. Push the ˂ button to skip back.
6. otate the Master Volume Control clockwise to adjust overall volume level of all

3. Lock/Unlock: Press the “LOCK button” for three secon s until the lock icon isappears
from the isplay to enter into the programming mo e. Press it again for three secon s to
return to the lock mo e.
4. (-): Use to scroll own the 1-12 available channels. Note: transmitter must be in the unlock
mo e (3) for channel selection.
5. (+): Use to scroll up the 1-12 available channels while the transmitter is in the “unlock”

6. Battery Compartment: Hol s three AA isposable alkaline batteries
(ARG-BCAA).
7. Microphone Gain: To increase the gain, press the channel + (5) to choose between set-
ting 0-9 while the transmitter is in the “lock” mo e (3). The factory efault setting is 3,
therefore every time the ON/OFF (1) is cycle off, the gain will efault back to 3 when the
ON/OFF (1) is cycle on again.
8. Low Pass Filter: To ecrease unwante high-frequency signals which cause hissing an
backgroun noise, press the (-) while the transmitter is in the lock mo e to a just the
level of filtering from (1-8).
(
1 being the lowest filter setting and 8 being the highest filter setting).
The isplay
area will go blank once you scroll past 8, which in icates the filter is isable . The system
will automatically start at 1 once you scroll past the blank screen.
Note:
A low-pass filter is a filter that passes low-frequency signals but attenuates signals with
frequencies higher than the cutoff frequency. The purpose of adding this into design is to
block high pitches which cannot be efficiently broadcast.

1. Locate an unscrew the battery compartment cover (This is the bottom portion of the mi-
crophone housing).
2. Install (3) AA batteries by pressing them into place while observing the proper battery
polarity. The microphone will not work if the batteries are incorrectly installe .
Note:
Incorrect insertion may cause both mechanical and electrical damage not co ered by
the limited lifetime warranty.
Note:
Use only alkaline batteries. Do not use general purpose batteries. Do not mix new and
used batteries.
3. Turn the power switch to “ON” position, the LCD backlight will appear.
4. A just the Microphone Gain setting an the Low Pass Filter setting, if nee e .
5. A just the channel number to match the channel number on the receiver.
Note:
When using two transmitters simultaneously, the transmitters must be set to different
channels.
6. Replace the battery cover an han tighten.

Note:
The transmitter and speaker should be as close as possible to each another but no closer
than three feet.
8. When finishe using, sli e the “ON/OFF” switch to the “OFF” position.
Note:
Replace batteries when the battery le el gauge is empty. Repeat steps 1,2, and 4.

For extended periods of storage, remo e batteries to eliminate possible leakage.

1. The ARG-TX900BP has a lithium battery pack installe . Before initial use, you will nee
to charge the battery with the inclu e ARG-AC-PS1 battery charger. When fully
charge , the re charge LED in icator will shut off in icating the battery is charge
an rea y for use.
The charging cycle is approximately 3 ½ hours an the transmitter can operate for
up to 20 hours in between charging cycles. The battery level is isplaye on the bat-
tery level in icator locate on the LCD isplay.

Battery remo al must be done by a factory trained professional.
