Placing a Call:
Lift handset and dial 9 + number. For handsfree access, press SPK,
listen for dial tone and dial 9 + number.
To Intercom Call a Co-Worker:
1. Press Speaker, pick up the handset or press your headset key.
2. Press the DSS Ext key for the user or dial the user’s extension.
The user’s phone will ring.
If you wish to intercom directly to a users speaker phone.
Note when using this feature the call is live immediately and
anything in the user’s office will be heard.
1. Press Speaker, pick up the handset or press your headset key.
2. Press the DSS Ext key for the user or dial the user’s extension
+ 1. The user’s phone will beep and the call is now live call
through the user’s speaker.
To Place a Caller on Hold:
Press the red HOLD key. If it is an outside called the Cap Key will
flash red. If it is an internal User the ICM Key will flash red
To Retrieve a Caller on Hold:
Press flashing Cap Key or ICM Key.
To Answer a Call:
Lift handset OR press SPK key.
Group Listen:
While speaking to your caller press speaker button twice, this puts
your outside caller on speakerphone but you are talking on the
handset. Co-workers can hear the caller, caller does not know they
are being listened to.
To Program Extension Keys:
Press SPK key dial 751 + press key to program + 01 + extension
number, press hold, hear 3 beep confirmation tone.
To Program a Speed Dial Key:
Press SPK, dial “751”, press available function key, enter 01 + 9 +
number, press hold, then press next function key, repeat process,
press SPK to hang-up. To use, simply touch the programmed key
To log into your mailbox from your phone:
On your phone, press key under Vmsg in the display and enter your
security code.
To log into your mailbox from outside the office:
This must be done from the auto attendant or main company greeting. If
you do not have a back door number or your calls are live answered have
the person answering the call press the transfer key the enter 3999.
1. When you hear the main company greeting press # plus your
extension number. Example for 101, I would press #101. Do not
pause between the # and the extension number.
2. You will then be prompted for your security code (see note)
**Note** If you have not set up your security code you will
not be prompted and will not be able to access your
voicemail box from outside the office)
Recording Voice Mail Greeting
1. Enter your mailbox
2. Press the button under Greet in your display or press 4.
3. Press the button under Gr1, Gr2 or Gr3 in your display or press the
greeting number 1, 2 or 3 you wish to record. Typically 1 is you in
office greeting, 2 is your out of office greeting and 3 is a misc
greeting.
4. Press the button under Rec in your display or press 7 to record your
greeting. When you are finished press the key under Done in your
display or press #
Recording your name (Important this gets done in order to
be properly listed in the company dial by name directory)
1. Enter your mailbox
2. Press the key under More in your display and then under RcNam or
press 76 then 7 and record at the tone.
3. Press # and hang-up.
Set up a security code:
1. Enter your mailbox
2. Press the key under More in your display and then under Setup and
then under Code in your display or Press 67 for Options Menu, 7 for
Security Code.
3. Enter your 4 digit code, then press 7 to always require your code to be
entered or 6 for only outside the office.
To record and send a message to a co-worker:
From your mailbox: Press 7,7 and record at the tone, press #, dial
extension number, press # and hang-up.

CALL FORWARDING:
Call Forward From Station Without Call Forward Keys:
Procedure is the same for all Call Forward types. Press Speaker
key, dial SERVICE CODE, dial 1; dial extension number where calls
are to be forwarded to.
To Cancel Call Forwarding:
Press Speaker, dial service code, dial 0.
Call Forward Immediate:
Dial Service Code 741 + 1 + ext. number, Voicemail Pilot Number
or outside number (must dial a 9 before the number) and hang up.
Call Forward Unanswered:
Dial Service Code 744 + 1 + ext number, Voicemail Pilot Number
or outside number (must dial a 9 before the number) and hang up.
***If you are call forwarding to the same number on a
regular basis you can request a call forward key be
programmed on your phone for easy on and off call
forwarding.***
Please note any phones that are forwarded to an outside
number will utilize two phone lines for the entire length of
the call.
Your Voicemail Pilot number is 3999 unless notified
otherwise.
Transferring a Call:
Press the extension DSS key, or press hold, dial ext. number, announce
call when party responds, press Transfer key or key under TRF in the dis-
play and hang up.
If the called party does not answer, press the flashing Cap Key to return to
caller.
Transferring a Call to Voicemail:
Press red HOLD key, press the key under VMsg soft in the display,
press extension DSS key or dial extension number, hang up.
To Park a Call:
Press an available Park Key. Page where call is parked, party can press the
Park key to retrieve the call.
To Page:
All Phone Internally
Lift handset. Press Page key or press the key under InPg in the display,
press 1 and make announcement after the beep. Note anyone on the
phone at the time of the page will not hear the page.
Amplified External Paging System
Lift handset. Press Page key or press the key under ExPg in the display,
press 1 and make announcement after the beep.
Caller ID Redial:
Caller ID Redial allows the user to call back previous incoming calls
without having to dial the entire number.
1. Press the programmed soft touch List key.
2. Press the CID (caller id) soft touch key.
3. Use up and down arrow keys to scroll through previous incoming calls.
4. Once the user locates the desired CID, lift the handset and the system
will automatically dial the selected CID number.

Last Number Redial:
1. Pick up handset.
2. Press redial on left arrow.
3. Arrow up or down to the number you wish to call back
4. Press # to call the number
To Establish a Conference Call:
Establish first call. Press (CONF) in disp. Dial second number. Press
(Add) in Disp. Repeat the previous step to add more parties
and Press (Begin) to connect all parties.
Using your Headset:
Press the headset key to make or answer a call and press the
headset key again to hang up. If you are using a wireless headset
with a lifter a headset key is not required.
To change the display name for an extension:
Press SPKR, dial 700, enter extension number, spell out name on
the KEY PAD. When complete, press HOLD, you will hear two con-
firmation beeps, press SPK to save.
Station Speed Dial (Up to 10 Numbers for each phone)
1. Press Speaker and dial 755
2. Dial the speed dial location number 0-9, 0 being the last
3. Dial 9 plus the number as you would normally dial it.
4. Press Hold
5. Enter the name (see table on the next page)
6. Press Hold
To use a station speed dial
1, Press the key under the Dir in your display
2. Press the key under Sta in your display
3. Press the up or down arrow to find the number you wish to dial
4. Press speaker or pick up the handset.
Or
1. Press Speaker and Dial #7
2. Dial desired bin# for the number you wish to call (bin 0-9).
Using your Mic Key:
If your Mic key is not lit and someone calls you, you will be muted
to the caller. Press your Mic key to enable (Lit red) or disable/
mute (unlit)
To Program and Use the System Speed Dial Directory:
1. Press SPKR dial 753 dial BIN # (000-9999)
2. Enter the phone number to be stored, press Hold.
3. Using Key Pad spell name (see table below), press Hold to store
the number. (If using another letter on same key, press # twice
for space).
To use
1. Press key below DIR in the display.
2. Press the key below ABB in the display.
3. Start scrolling or press the letter on key pad then scroll it will
take you to the proper directory,
4. Press the key under Dial in the display to place the call.
Or
1. Press Speaker and dial #2
2. Dial the desired bin number (000-9999)
