IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and/or injury to persons, including the following:
1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
2. Only plug the appliance into suitable, earthed main connections.
Make sure that the voltage of the power source is the same as specified on the
rating plate. The use of an incorrect connection voids the warranty.
3. Do not touch hot surfaces.
4. Do not put fingers under coffee outlet, It creates a scalding risk to vulnerable
people who use the appliance.
5. Scalding may occur if the lever is opened during the brewing cycles.
6. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance in
water or other liquids.
7. Press the switch located on the side of the unit to the position “O” and unplug
unit from electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
8. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
9. The use of accessory attachments not recommended for this appliance may
result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
10. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or countertop or touch hot surfaces.
11. Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a
heated oven.
12. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet.
To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
13. Do not use appliance for anything other than its intended use.
14. Use on a hard, flat level surface only, to avoid interruption of airflow
underneath the appliance.
15. Always be sure to install the water tank securely back in the unit with its lid
closed after filling with water at the minimum before turning appliance on.

16. Do not remove the water tank until unit has turned off.
17. To reduce the risk of injury, do not drape cord over the counter top or table top
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.

knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
19. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children,
or incapacitated individuals.
20. This appliance is intended to be used in household, staff kitchen areas in shops,
offices and other working environments such as farm houses, by clients in
hotels, motels and other residential type environments, bed and breakfast
type environments and similar applications.
21. This appliance has been designed for domestic use only. The manufacturer
accepts no responsibility and the warranty will not apply for any commercial
use, inappropriate use, or failure to comply with the instructions.

BEFORE FIRST USE
To achieve optimum performance from your ARISSTO machine, please follow this
procedure. SAFETY INSTRUCTION: Never lift the lever whilst the beverage is being
extracted. Water will be HOT. The ARISSTO machine must be flushed through with
water before the first use. Follow the instructions as if priming the appliance and
ensure that there is no capsule inside. The water tank must be washed clean, then
rinse and dried.

ATTACH DRIP TRAY
Ensure the drip tray is located
correctly, ensuring the nozzle is
pushed up.
TURN ON
Press the “ON” button and wait
approximately 60 seconds until
the 2 brew buttons illuminate
white and stop flashing.
READY
Once the machine beeps, the
machine is ready to use.
REPEAT
Press the brew button to extract
5 shots through the machine,
this will rinse the internal ready for
your first drink.
REMOVE AND FILL WATER TANK
Pull the water tank up and refill
with purified water.
Do not overfill or fill whilst attached
to the ARISSTO machine.
CONTAINER
Place a container or large cup
water under the nozzle.

PROGRAMMABLE DOSING MEMORY
Switch on the ARISSTO machine. Open the lever fully and insert a coffee capsule.
Close the lever fully and wait until 30 seconds of the brew buttons, stop flashing and
hear a beep.

PLACE CUP
Place a smallor large cup on
the cup platform
PRESSAND HOLD
Press and hold a brew button
until the desired amount of coffee
has been dispensed and then
release. Then you will hear a beep
indication sound.
COMPLETE
The brew buttons has now been
programmed to dispense your
chosen quantity of coffee.
Once you have completed this
process, simply press the button for
further cups.
Note: The maximum output for either Espresso or Lungo is 150 seconds.
SWITCH OFF
Switch off the machine,
close the lever fully.

RESETTING
The factory setting of the ARISSTO machine is programmed to 35 seconds for the Espresso
button and 60 seconds for the Lungo button. There is a minimum of extraction of 3 seconds.

PRESS AND HOLD
Keep pressing Lungo button and
hold.
SWITCH ON
In the mean time to switch on the
machine, release the Lungo button
until you hear a beep indication
sound. Then restart the machine. 9

DAILY USE
To achieve optimum performance from your ARISSTO machine, please follow this
procedure. SAFETY INSTRUCTION: Never lift the lever whilst the beverage is being
extracted. Water will be HOT.

COFFEE CAPSULES
Prepare coffee capsules.
EXIT STAND-BY
Exit stand-by mode by pressing
either the brew buttons or by
opening the lever. Your ARISSTO
machine is ready to use when the
brew buttons illuminate and stop
flashing.
SWITCH ON
If the ARISSTO machine is switched
off, press the ON button and
wait until 60 seconds, the brew
buttons illuminate and stop
flashing. The machine will beep
when ready.
ADJUST NOZZLE
Place a small or large cup on the
cup platform and adjust the nozzle
to the required height.
ATTACH DRIP TRAY & FILL TANK
Switch OFF the button.
Ensure the drip tray is located
correctly and then remove and
fill the water tank.
STAND-BY MODE
If the machine has been switched
“ON”, it will enter stand-by-mode
after 9 minutes of inactivity.

WARM CUPS
For best results, warm the cups
and flush before your first drink.
DISPENSE
The dispensing process is
automatically stopped.
EJECT CAPSULE
Lift the lever fully to eject the
capsule. Do not leave capsules in
the capsule holder.
EMPTY & RINSE
The capsule basket and drip tray
must be removed, emptied and
rinsed out regularly.
LIFT LEVER
Lift the lever fully and insert the
capsule.
Then close the lever fully.
PRESS
Press the chosen brew button for
the quantity of coffee you needed.

RINSE
Press the brew button to extract
2 shots water through the
machine.
CLEANING THE ARISSTO MACHINE
BEFORE CLEANING. MAKE SURE THE ARISSTO MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF, UNPLUG AND
ALLOWED TO COOL.
WARNING: Any traces of lime scale (naturally present in the water) may seriously
compromise correct operation of the machine.
Carefully read the instructions. Never use vinegar.

EMPTY DRIP TRAY
Empty the drip tray regularly.
EMPTY WATER TANK
Empty and rinse out after each
session.
WIPE DOWN
Wipe down the body of the
ARISSTO machine with a
clean cloth.
EMPTY INTO SINK
Empty any liquid into the sink
that may have collected in the
capsule basket.
EMPTY INTO BIN
Dispose of the used capsules left
in the capsule basket.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The ARISSTO
machine does
not turn on
The unit may not be
properly connected to the
power supply.
1. Check the plug is in the socket
and the switch is turned on.
2. Check the mains power cord is tight.
3. The machine may be in stand-by
mode. You can exit stand-by mode
by pressing any brew button or
opening the lever.
The ARISSTO
machine is not
dispensing
coffee
The brew buttons
illuminate without flashing,
but no coffee is
dispensed.
1. The nozzle could be blocked.
Follow the Cleaning instruction on
Page 11.
2. The inserted capsule could be faulty.
Wait a few moments before opening
the lever and then try again with
another capsule.
3. Ensure that the lever is properly closed
and the capsule basket is empty.
The ARISSTO
machine is making
a loud noise or
extraction has
stopped
You may have run out of
water (the machine is
making noise and the
brew buttons are
flashing.
Turn the machine off and remove the
water tank. Refill with purified water and
then place the water tank back onto
the machine.
The extraction
is slow
Our machine has infused
plus technology.
This is normal operation as the slow
extraction allows the coffee to infuse
for longer, resulting in a deeper and
fuller flavour.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The ARISSTO
machine is
leaking
There is water beneath
the capsule machine.
1. There will be a small amount of
condensation forming underneath
the ARISSTO machine after making
numerous beverages.
This is safe and does not mean the
machine is leaking.
2. Ensure that the water tank has been
correctly inserted. When refilling with
water, always switch off the ARISSTO
machine, then only remove and refill
the water tank. Otherwise, water
could leak from the appliance.
The drip tray is
filling up too
quickly
This may be due to the
soft close system which
relies on the water
pressure.
This is normal operation and does
not affect taste.
ARISSTO machine
is making a
whistling noise
There is a slight whistling
noise after coffee is
dispensed
This is not a fault. It is the sound of
normal lowering of the pressure in
the control valve.
No crema Little to no crema is
produced.
1. Each time coffee is dispensed,
essential oil is deposited in the nozzle.
Cleaning the ARISSTO machine and
follow instruction on Page 11.
2. Check your capsules are in date.
Stale coffee affects crema and taste.
The nozzle is
blocked
Water has stopped
flowing through the
nozzle.
Ensure that the water tank is filled
with water. Each time of coffee is
dispensed, essential oil is deposited
in the nozzle. Cleaning the machine
and follow instruction on Page 11.

Is the programmable
dosing memory deleted

No, the programming is not affected
by unplugging the appliance.
The brew buttons flash
for a long time. When is
the ARISSTO machine
ready to use?
It takes a little time for the ARISSTO
machine to achieve the optimum
water temperature
(approx. 30-60 seconds).
Once it does, the brew buttons
will illuminate, the machine will beep
and will be ready to dispense coffee.
Capsules The capsule does not
drop automatically into
the capsule basket
when lift the lever.
The capsule basket could be full.
Please empty it.
The capsule can’t be
inserted correctly.
The capsule basket could be full.
Please empty it.
