Laboratories, Inc. (UL). Arrow International, Inc. is the only bingo
equipment manufacturer that has earnedthe UL approval certification.
Look for the UL seal of approval on all our Capitol Bingo Equipment.

TheArrow IntelligentAdapter(AlA) isageneralpurposeadapterthat
allowsnon-compatiblebingoconsolesandflashboardstoworkwith each
other.Nowyouareabletoupgrademostsystemssimplybykeeping
existingflashboardsin placeandupgradingtoamoreadvancedsystem
simplybychangingyour bingoconsolewith theArrow Intelligent
Adapter.
Thismanualwill guideyouthroughinstallationoftheAlA. In several
occasions,aflashboardprintedcircuitboardmustbemodifiedtowork
with Capitolconsoles.PaycarefulattentiontosectionI entitled"Configu-
ration."WhenusingaBKflashboard,someoldercircuitboardsmayneed

Plug the flashboard cableinto the SenatorIL V3 Output connector
on theAlA.. .
Plug the power cord into a 120VAC grounded wall outlet.

circuit board requires modification. (SeesectionII-A)
Thereareno operating controls for theAIA after its hook-up. Simply'
useyour bingo systemasyou normally would. If you areusing a
combination of systemsthat offer fewer display features(i.e.,Presi-
dential to Senator),the SenatorfIashboard will not display the game
oattern asit would if vou had aPresidential flashboard.
With aSenatorconsoleto Presidential flashboard interface,the
Presidential flashboard will display the number of balls called without
the gamepattern d.isplay.Honly oneball is called,the numeriCal
display will flash a (1).This is anormal condition-the display will
function normally from 2thru 75balls called.
