We thank you for having selected an Arzum brand 50 lt Double Glass
Oven. We wish this product to make life easier for you, as with all other
Arzum products offered to you.
In order to obtain utmost output from your appliance, please read
carefully this user’s manual and save it for further use.

home. Our company shall not be held liable for any failures owing to any
discrepancy and such failures shall not be covered by the guarantee.

• Nevertouchtheheatingcircuitsortheinternalpartoftheovenwall
• Oversizefoodsormetalutensilsmustnotbeusedintheovenasthey
may cause a fire or risk of electric shock.
• Donotheatorstoretheammablematerialsandchemicalsinsideor
neartotheoven.Theymaycauseredangerorexplosion.Thisovenis
designed for cooking exclusively. Do not use it for the industry works or
laboratory studies.
• Donotusetheabrasivecleaners,wirewools,roughwashingclothsor
and the abrasive chemicals such as sulfide chloride on or in any place of
your microwave oven.
• Whenusingcontainersotherthenglass,extremecautionshouldbe
exercised.
• Donotuseinsidetheovenforstoringmaterials.Neverstorepaper,
cardboard or plastic in the oven.
• Removethewirepackagingtiesinthepaperorplasticpackages
before placing the food packages into the oven.
• Donotobstructtherearairconditioningholeswithclothsorpaper.
• Useyourapplianceforitsintendedpurposesasrecommended.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE
• YoucanuseyourArzum Cookart Maxi 50 lt
Double Glass Oven for various purposes such
as cooking and grilling various foods.
• Beforestartingtouseyourappliance,rstly
read the Cleaning and Care” part and wash
the removable and washable parts (grilling
rack,trayetc.)withmildsoaptoclean.Youcan
clean the body of your appliance by means of
wiping with a damp
cloth.
• Werecommend
that you operate
your oven empty
10 minutes and its
glass cover should
be opened during
initialuse.Bythis
way, the initial smell and vapor caused by paint, production oil residuals
and insulating glass will be removed and they will not cover your food.
• Yourdeviceisforhouseholduseonly.Donotuseoutdoorsfor
commercial or industrial purposes. Otherwise, your appliance shall be
treated out of the coverage of guarantee.
• Yourdeviceisdesignedtobeusedonworkbench.Placetheunitona
atandxedsurface,tableorkitchenworkbench.
• Keeptheapplianceawayfromandoutofthereachofchildren.
• Whenyourapplianceisusedbythechildren,thepersonswith
insufficient experiences and knowledge, physically (audio, visual)
or mentally handicapped persons, they should be under the close
supervision of the person that is responsible for their safety. It should be
ensured that the appliance is not played as a toy by children.
• Donotplaceyourapplianceonorveryclosetothedirectheat
sources such as oven, furnace.
• Operateyourapplianceonlybyattachingtoagroundedoutlet.Our
company could not be kept responsible for the usage damages which
may appear in case of usage without grounding.
• Becarefulforthecordnottobehangeddownfromthesideofthe
table or workbench or to touch another appliance and hot surfaces in
any way.
• Donotremovetheplugofyourovenbygraspingbyitscord.Any
damage to the cord may result in serious electric shocks. If the mains
cord or plug is damaged, do not operate the oven. Do not let the electric
cord to touch the hot parts of the oven.
• Ifyourapplianceisdamagedbecauseofanyreason,neveroperate
your appliance. Do not attempt to repair on yourself. Consult Arzum
AuthorizedService.Makesuretouseonlytheoriginalpartsinyour
appliance.
• Afterusingyourappliance,disconnectitsplugandletitcooldown
and then move after cooled down.
• Whennotinuseandbeforecleaning,disconnectthemainsplugfrom
poweroutlet.Beforecleaningmakesurethattheplateshavecooled
down.
• NEVERimmersetheapplianceintowaterforcleaningoranyother
purposes; do not let any water / water steam leak into the unit.
• Afternishingthecookingprocess,useovenglovesorclothfor
avoiding burning your hand when touching the parts and tray inside the
oven.

CAUTION:
After finishing the cooking process, use oven gloves or cloth for avoiding
burning your hand when touching the parts and tray inside the oven.
Grill:
• Preheattheappliancefor10minbeforeplacingthefood.
• Putthefoodsonthegrillingrackandplacetherackintotheoven.
Place the removable tray into the shelf slut under the grilling rack.
NOTE:Alwaysuseremovabletrayundergrillingrackwhengrillingfood
like chicken wings or drumsticks with fat, as it can catch the drippings.
• Turnthefunctioncontrolbuttonto position and set the
temperaturecontrolbuttontoMAX.
• Setthetimer
to the proper time
according to the food
type.
• Thepower
indicator will
illuminate and it will
begin to work.
NOTE:Theredindicatorilluminationstandsforheating,whenthe
indicator turns off menas keeping warm.
• Whenonesideofthefoodiscookedwell,overturnitandaddthe
avorifnecessary.
• WhenthetimerhasreachedtoOFFposition,theovenwillcutoff
power automatically and a bell will be heard, the indicators will turn off.
CAUTION: Smoke may arise from your
appliancewhilegrilling.Thissmokeisformed
bythefatsofthefoods.Bycuttingthesefats
you can prevent the formation of the smoke.
WARNING: Take care to open door of oven
half when grilling.
• Themoisturecontainedinthefoodssometimesmaycausesteaming
onthefrontdoor’swindowduringthecookingprocess.Thisisanormal
situation.
• Donotopenthefrontdoorveryoftennottolosetheheat.
USAGE OF OVEN
Function Control Button
Distinguishes the working function according to the food type.
0 Off
Only the upper heater
Only the lower heater
Upper and lower heaters

Temperature Control Button
• Distinguishes the cooking temperature
according to the food type.
Timer
• Distinguishes the cooking time according to
the food type.
• Placetheovenonasmooth,dryandhard
surface.
• Beforestartingcooking,plugthecabletoa
grounded socket.
• Afterpreheatingtheappliancefor10min,
placing the food into the removable tray and
put it inside the oven.
• Setthepropertimerandtheproper
temperature depending on food type and
thickness.
• WhenthetimerhasreachedtoOFF
position, the oven will cut off power
automatically and a bell will be heard, the
indicators will turn off.
NOTE: If you want to end the baking before
the time you set, turn the timer to “OFF”
position.

Pop-Up Button
Youmaypushthepopupbuttonto
hide or reveal. Heating adjustment
can only be set while pop-up
button is out. When pop-up button
is pushed in, you may easily clean
your device and it is safer for homes
with babies.
Turbo Fan
• TooperatetheTurbofanfunction,turnthe
function control button to position.
Advantages of turbo
cooking
• Cakesandpatriesshallbehomogenouslyheatedandthereforeshall
be delicious.
• Duetoturbofan,2dishescanbecookedsimultaneouslyandthereby
energy and time shall be saved.
WARNING: Please do not obstruct the rear air circulation holes with
cloths or paper.
Defrosting
• Putthefrozenfoodsontheremovabletrayandplacethetrayintothe
oven.
NOTE: Do not forget to remove all paper or
plastic wrappings.
• Turnthefunctioncontrolbuttonto
position and set the temperature control
button to a low temperature.
NOTE: You don’t have to preheat the
appliance at this function.
• Setthepropertimerandthepropertemperaturedependingonfood
type and thickness.
• Whenonesideofthefoodiscookedwell,overturnit
• Ifthefoodcanbecuteasilybyknife,thedefrostingprocesscanbe
ended. After defrosting, always cook food promptly.
Baking
• Afterpreheatingtheappliancefor10min,placingthefoodintothe
removable tray and put it inside the oven.
• Turnthefunctioncontrolbuttonto
position. Set the proper timer and the proper
temperature depending on food type and
thickness.
• WhenthetimerhasreachedtoOFF
position, the oven will cut off power
automatically and a bell will be heard, the
indicators will turn off.
NOTE: If you want to end the baking before the time you set, turn the
timer to “OFF” position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Ensurethatyourapplianceisturnedoffbeforeperformingany
cleaning and maintenance work and the plug is disconnected from the
outlet.
• Wipetheexternalsurfaceofyourovenwithadampandsoftclotand
then dry with a dry cloth.
• Keeptheoven’scoveropenuntilinternalpartsgetdry.
• Donotwipethecommandpanelofyourovenonlywithadampand
soft cloth.
• Itisrecommendedimmediatelytocleanacidsubstancessuchasoils,
lemon.
• Donotusetheabrasivecleaners,wirewools,roughwashingclothsor
and the abrasive chemicals such as sulfide chloride on or in any place of
your oven.
• Donotcleanupperandlowerheaters.
• Donotremoveanypartsoftheapplianceexcepttheremovabletray
and cleaning rack for cleaning purpose.
• Youmaywashtheoven’strayandgrillingrackinthedishwater.
• Tocleantheinternalsurfaceofyouroven;putacupofwaterto
soften the dried spots and boil for 2-3 minutes.
• Whilecleaningthesurfacesofthefrontdoor,useanon-scratching
soft sponge or cloth.
Cleaning of double glass door;
Open the glass door and remove the plastic holder on the right corner.
Removeglassandcleanitwithanon-scratching,softsponge.Then
mount glass and set the holder.
The product is in compliance with the EEE Directives.

haklarından birini kullanabilir.
4. Tüketicinin bu haklardan ücretsiz onarım hakkını seçmesi durumunda
satıcı;işçilikmasrafı,değiştirilenparçabedeliyadabaşkaherhangibir
adaltındahiçbirücrettalepetmeksizinmalınonarımınıyapmakveya
yaptırmaklayükümlüdür.Tüketiciücretsizonarımhakkınıüreticiveya

arızanın yetkili servis istasyonuna veya satıcıya bildirimi tarihinde, garanti
süresi dışında ise malın yetkili servis istasyonuna teslim tarihinden itibaren
başlar.Malınarızasının10 iş günüiçerisindegiderilememesihalindeüretici
veyaithalatçı;malıntamiritamamlanıncayakadar,benzerözelliklere
sahipbaşkabirmalıtüketicininkullanımınatahsisetmekzorundadır.Malın
garantisüresiiçerisindearızalanmasıdurumunda,tamirdegeçensüre
garanti süresine eklenir.
7. Malınkullanmakılavuzundayeralanhususlaraaykırıkullanılmasında
kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.

9. Satıcı tarafından bu Garanti Belgesinin verilmesi durumunda, tüketici
Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin Korunması ve Piyasa Gözetimi
Genel Müdürlüğüne başvurabilir.
