Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI SUP Electric Air Pump.
This smart DC electric air pump is equipped with an LED screen and a
preset function, enabling easy inflation of SUPs, kayaks, inflatables, swim
pools, inflatable loungers, and more. It also includes a deflation function
for easy deflation and storage of inflatables.
To ensure optimal performance and user safety, please read and follow
all of the instructions below before operating the device.

FOREWORD

WARNING
Keep the pump out of the reach of children.
Do not store or use on wet surfaces. Do not handle the DC plug with
wet hands.
Do not aim the inflation port at any part of a human body. Always
supervise the air compressor while it is pumping.
Do not disconnect the hose during inflation, high-pressure air may
cause injury.
Ensure that your car engine is running before you use the pump.
Ensure the power supply is 12V DC. Check the cigarette lighter to
ensure there is no residue or rust inside. A cigarette lighter with poor
conductivity may cause overheating, damaging the pump.
Do not block the inflation or deflation ports. Keep the inflation and
deflation ports open.
Check the maximum pressure of your inflatable items before inflating.
Excessive pressure may damage the inflatables.
Do not let the pump continuously work for more than 20 minutes.
The motor overheating may cause damage. Please let the pump cool
for at least 30 minutes after every 20 minutes of use.
Please only use with the included AstroAI accessories. Using this
product with incompatible accessories may create safety hazards.
After using the pump, if you want to move, maintain, or adjust the
product, unplug the DC plug first.
If the power cord is damaged, this product should only be serviced
by the manufacturer, authorized service personnel, or other qualified
personnel.
Unplug the DC plug before any movement, maintenance, or adjustments.

If the hose is damaged, do not use the product. Replace the hose
immediately.
Do not use the pump if any parts are damaged. Please contact
qualified personnel for maintenance.
Do not expose the pump to rain or immerse it in water. Store the
pump in a dry and well-ventilated place.

Plug into a 12V DC cigarette lighter.
Press the Unit button to choose from PSI and BAR.
Press the Mode button to choose from low-pressure mode and
high-pressure mode.
INSTRUCTIONS-INFLATION
Remove the dust plug, connect one end of the hose to the inflation
port and turn it clockwise to the end.
Align the appropriate nozzle to the other end of the hose (see Pic 1).
Then, tighten the nozzle clockwise and insert it into the inflatable
item’s port (see Step1 in Pic 2), tighten the hose clockwise (see Step
2 in Pic 2).

Low-pressure mode: Suitable for low-pressure items like air mattresses,
balloons, and similar products. The pump will not display the real-time
pressure; users may physically check the inflatable items to judge
their level of inflation.
High-pressure mode: Suitable for high-volume items like stand up
paddle boards; users may preset the pressure value before inflation,
the pump will automatically shut o when it reaches the pre-set pressure.
Note: The default preset value is 15 PSI. Your previously preset value
will be recalled for the next inflation.
Note: After 2 minutes of no operation, the pump will enter standby
mode. Click the power button twice to activate the pump.
Press the ‘+’ button and ‘-’ buttons to set the desired pressure value.
Pressure range is 3-20 PSI.
Press the power button to start inflation.
During the inflation, the pump will automatically shut o when it
reaches the pre-set pressure. You may press the power button to
manually stop inflation.
Unplug the DC plug from the 12V DC cigarette lighter after inflation
is completed.
Disconnect the hose from the pump and inflatable items, securely
store them.

INSTRUCTIONS-DEFLATION
Press the mode button to choose deflation mode.
Connect one end of the hose to the pump’s deflation port and tighten
it clockwise; then connect the other end of the hose to the inflatable
item’s inflation port.
Press the power button to start deflation. Press the power button
again to turn o the pump after deflation is complete.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Pump cannot start properly
Poor connection with the power cord and 12V cigarette
lighter.
The fuse in the DC plug is blown.
The motor stopped due to overheating or overload.
Ensure the power cord is securely inserted into the 12V DC
power source.
Replace the fuse.
Cool down the motor and restart the pump.

Check if the hose is blocked or broken.
