Bitte lesen Sie die folgenden Anschluss- und Anwendungshinweise sorgfältig durch und befolgen Sie diese um
möglichen technischen Schäden vorzubeugen.
Warnung
Zur Reduzierung der Gefahr von Brand, elektrischem Schlag und Beschädigung:
• Setzen Sie dieses Gerät nicht dem Regen aus.
• Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeiten gefüllten Gefäße, wie Vasen, auf dieses Gerät.
• Ausschließlich das empfohlene Zubehör verwenden.
• Reparieren Sie dieses Gerät nicht selbst. Wenden Sie sich zur Wartung an qualiziertes Kundendienstpersonal.

Netzkabel/Netzteil
Zur Reduzierung der Gefahr von Brand, elektrischem Schlag und Beschädigung:
• Gewährleisten Sie, dass die Spannung der Stromversorgung dem auf diesem Gerät angegebenen Wert
entspricht.
• Stecken Sie das Netzteil vollständig in die Steckdose ein.
• Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel, knicken Sie es nicht und stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände darauf.
• Fassen Sie den Stecker nicht mit nassen Händen an.
• Fassen Sie den Stecker beim Herausziehen an seinem Korpus an.
• Verwenden Sie keinen beschädigten Netzstecker oder eine beschädigte Steckdose.
• Installieren Sie dieses Gerät so, dass das Netzkabel sofort aus der Steckdose gezogen werden kann, wenn
Störungen auftreten.
Netzadapter
• Der Netzadapter kann mit Wechselstrom von 220 - 240 V betrieben werden.
• Verwenden Sie einen geeigneten Steckeradapter, wenn der Stecker nicht in die Netzsteckdose passt.
Kleine Objekte/Verpackungsteile
Bewahren Sie kleine Objekte (z.B. Schrauben und anderes Montagematerial, Speicherkarten) und
Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf, damit sie nicht von diesen verschluckt
werden können. Lassen Sie kleine Kinder nicht mit Folie spielen. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Achtung - Stellen Sie keine Quellen oener Flammen, z.B. brennende Kerzen, auf das Gerät.

Aufstellung
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine trockene, ebene, wasserfeste und hitzebeständige Oberäche.
• Suchen Sie einen Aufstellort, an dem Kinder nicht an das Gerät gelangen können.
• Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, um im Notfall das Gerät schnell vom Stromkreis trennen zu können
• Installieren oder positionieren Sie dieses Gerät nicht in einem Bücherregal, Einbauschrank oder einem
sonstigen engen Raum. Stellen Sie eine gute Belüftung des Gerätes sicher.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf Verstärker oder andere Geräte, die heiß werden können. Diese Hitze könnte
das Gerät beschädigen.
• Setzen Sie dieses Gerät keinem direkten Sonnenlicht, hohen Temperaturen, starker Feuchtigkeit und über-
mäßigen Erschütterungen aus.
Transport des Gerätes
Bitte bewahren Sie die Originalverpackung auf. Um einen ausreichenden Schutz beim Transport des Gerätes zu
erreichen, verpacken Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung.
Reinigung der äußeren Oberäche
Verwenden Sie keine üchtigen Flüssigkeiten, wie Insektensprays. Durch zu starken Druck beim
Abwischen können die Oberächen beschädigt werden. Gummi- oder Plastikteile sollten nicht über einen längeren
Zeitraum mit dem Gerät in Kontakt sein. Nutzen Sie ein trockenes Tuch.
Nutzungshinweise
• Packen Sie alle Teile vorsichtig aus, um nichts zu beschädigen. Rollen Sie das Kabel des mitgelieferten Netzteils
vollständig aus und verbinden Sie es mit Gerät und Steckdose.
• Das Gerät kann mit Batterien betrieben werden. Legen Sie dazu 8 Batterien des Typs LR14 in das Batteriefach
ein. Achten Sie dabei auf die richtige Polarität (Symbole im Batteriefach).
Bedienelemente und Basis-Funktionen
• Schalten Sie das Radio mit Druck auf POWER ein bzw. aus.
• Tippen Sie wiederholt auf den FUNCTION-Knopf, um zwischen USB, Radio Kassette, Aux und BT als jeweilige
Klangquelle zu wählen.
• Drücken Sie den Play/Pause-Knopf, um im BT- oder USB-Modus Songs anzuspielen bzw. zu pausieren. Im
Radio-Modus führt Play/Pause zu einem automatischen Sendersuchlauf. Mit der Stop-Taste beenden Sie die
Wiedergabe von Musikstücken (im USB- oder BT-Modus).
• Zurück/Vor ( ): Navigieren Sie im USB- oder BT-Modus zwischen Musikstücken. Gedrückt halten für schnellen
Vor- bzw Rücklauf.
• USB-Anschluss zum Anschluss von USB-Speichermedien mit Medieninhalten (USB-Sticks, portable Festplatten,
MP3-Player etc.)
• Auf der Rückseite nden Sie einen 3,5mm-Klinke-Anschluss, an dem Sie externe Geräte wie Smartphones
oder MP3-Player anschließen können. Wählen Sie mit dem Function-Knopf den AUX-Modus und bedienen Sie
Ihren externen Player wie gewohnt.
• Das LCD-Display zeigt Informationen zum aktuell abgespielten Track oder zum gewählten Radiosender an.
• Mit EQ können Sie zwischen einigen voreingestellten Klang-Presets wählen.
• Wählen Sie mit PRE-DN und PRE-UP im MP3-Modus den nächsten bzw. den vorigen Ordner. Analog dazu
haben diese Tasten im Radio-Modus die Funkition, den nächsten bzw. vorigen Sender in der Senderliste
anzuwählen.
• Mit REP haben Sie Zugri auf die Wiederhol-Funktion („Repeat“).
• Drücken Sie MUTE zum Stummschalten.
• Programmieren Sie eine Wiedergabeliste mit TIME/PROG und stellen Sie die Uhrzeit ein.
• Die großen silbernen Tasten steuern die Kassettenwiedergabe.

Radio
• Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und wählen Sie den Radio-Modus durch mehrfachen Druck auf Function.
• Halten Sie Play/Pause gedrückt, um einen automatischen Sendersuchlauf zu starten.
USB-Modus
• Drücken Sie Function mehrfach, um in den USB-Modus zu gelangen.
• Navigieren Sie in gewohnter Weise mit den Pfeiltasten durch Ihre Musik-Bibliothek.
BT-Modus
• Die BT-Reichweite beträgt (Luftlinie) circa 10 Meter.
• Kompatibilität ist nicht mit allen BT-Geräten garantiert.
• Drücken Sie Function mehrfach, um in den BT-Modus zu gelangen.
• Aktivieren Sie BT auf Ihrem Smartphone/Tablet o.ä. und verbinden Sie es mit „Soundblaster“.
• Geben Sie „0000“ (viermal null) als Passwort ein, falls Sie dazu aufgefordert werden.
• Nutzen Sie die Pfeiltasten sowie Play/Pause in gewohnter Weise, um durch Ihre Musikauswahl zu navigieren.
Wiedergabelisten
Programmieren Sie eine persönlichen Wiedergabeliste im CD- (Audio-CD und MP3-CD sind möglich) oder im
USB-Modus.
• Drücken Sie PROG. Das PROG-Icon sowie „P01“ erscheinen auf dem Display.
• Suchen Sie den ersten Titel der Wiedergabeliste mit den Pfeiltasten aus und bestätigen Sie mit erneutem
Druck auf PROG.
• Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang für weitere Tracks. Sie können bis zu 99 MP3-Dateien oder 20 Audio-CD-Spuren
in einer Wiedergabeliste zusammenfassen.
• Die programmierte Wiedergabe wird beendet, wenn Sie das CD-Fach önen, mit FUNC einen anderen Modus
wählen oder zwei Mal hintereinander auf STOP drücken.
CD-Player
Der integrierte CD-Player spielt herkömmliche Audio-CDs ebenso ab wie MP3-CDs. Der Player erkennt aber keine
DVDs, VCDs oder CD-Roms.
Navigieren Sie auf gewohnte Weise mit Pfeiltasten, Play/Pause, Stop. Drücken Sie REPEAT, um den aktuellen
Track zu wiederholen. Ein weiterer Druck („Repeat all“) wiederholt die ganze CD. Drücken Sie nochmal, um die
Repeat-Funktion abzustellen.
Problembehebung

ing the item. We do not cover any damages that may arise from improper use of the item or the disregard of the
safety instructions.
Important Safety Instructions
• Read all instructions before using.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.

Initial Use
Place the unit on a at and stable surface so that it cannot be reversed.
Carefully remove all the components from the carton and remove all packing materials from the components.
Make sure nothing is accidentally discarded with the packing materials. Save the carton and the packing materials,
if possible, in the unlikely event that the unit ever needs to be returned for service. Using the original carton and
packing material is the only proper way to protect the unit from shipping damage.
Unwind the power adaptor and extend it to its full length.
Connect the power cord to the AC mains inlet and the wall outlet. The power supply is now connected and ready
for use. 2.To switch o completely, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Unplug the power cord from the
wall outlet to protect your set during heavy thunderstorms.
The unit is supplied with a rechargeable battery Li-ion 3.7V. The battery duration is one and a half hour.
Connect the unit by inserting the DC 6V IN jack, and plug the adaptor into AC wall outlet. The red indicator will
lighting during battery charging. After the charging is done, the light will auto turn o.
The charging time is around 3 hours.
For the rst time to recharge (to wake up) the battery, it is recommended to charge for a period exceed 5 hours but
not exceed 24 hours. Use only the supplied rechargeable battery.

Basic Functions

device to pair with the CD-56.

Listen to your USB with MP3 music les.
• AUX JACK
Select AUX mode, insert aux jack to play Mp3, discman, walkman.
• STEREO HEADPHONE JACK
Insert a 3.5mm stereo headphone.
• TIME/PROG
Create a playlist (up to 99 MP3 les resp. up to 20 audio cd tracks)
• REPEAT
Press to Repeat current track, press twice to repeat all, press again to switch o repeat function.
• EQ
Select one of several equalizer presets.
• PRE-DN/PRE-UP
In MP3 mode (CD, USB) select the next / the previous folder.
• FM ANTENNA
• LCD DISPLAY
CD Player
This CD-player can play Audio Discs,MP3 CD-R. Do not try to play CD-ROM,CDi,VCD,DVD or computer CD.
• Press function button to CD state, to open the cd door, press cd open button.
• Insert a mp3/cd or cd-r with the printed side facing up and press cd door gently to close.
• Press play/pause on the set to start playback.
• Press the pause button to pause play, press the play button back playing.
• To stop cd playback , press stop.
Note: cd/mp3 play will also stop when: you open the cd compartment; you select radio sound source; the cd/
mp3 has reached to the end.
During playback you can use back or next to select a particular track. If you have selected a track number in the
stop or pause position, press play to start playback. Press next once briey for the next track, or press repeatedly
until the desired track number appears in the display.
Press back once briey to return to the beginning of a current track. Press back more than once briey for a pre-
vious track.

Radio
• Press POWER to power on the unit, the yellow status indicator will be on, then the unit will turn to radio status
automatically.
• Manual Tuning: Press BACK or NEXT and then release within 1 sec.
• Auto Tuning:
• Press PLAY/PAUSE button about 2 seconds, the yellow indicator light will become twinkling and the radio
will start auto search channel. In general, in can be search about 10~30 channels.
• After the search is done, the yellow indicator light will stop twinkle and keep bright. The unit will start
play the channel that auto saved during auto search.
• Press BACK or NEXT to select desired channel station.
• Press [VOL-] or [VOL +] to adjust the volume level.
• The radio frequency last tuned will be stored in the speaker memory.
• To turn o the radio, press POWER button or press FUNCTION button to select another mode.
USB
The unit is designed to play MP3 audio les contained in a USB key, if the les are not in MP3 format, the les can-
not be read correctly.
• Press FUNCTION to select USB mode.
• Insert one USB key; the status indicator will light on in yellow. The unit will read the USB and playback auto-
matically.
• Navigate through your library in the common way, usinng Play/Pause, Stop and the next/back buttons.
Aux
The auxiliary input of your device allows you to connect an external source and play its content through SP-5
speakers.
• Connect your external audio equipment to the AUX INPUT JACK (13)
• Press FUNCTION to select AUX.
• To adjust the sound level press VOLUME buttons.
Note: The unit cannot control the player.
• The operational range between this unit and a BT device is approximately 10 meters.
• Before you connect a BT device to this unit, familiarize yourself with the BT capabilities of the device.
• Compatibility with all BT devices is not guaranteed.
• Any obstacle between this unit and a BT device can reduce the operational range.
• Keep this unit away from any other electronic device that may cause interference.
• Press FUNCTION to select the BT mode. The status indicator ashes blue to indicate an attempt coupling is
underway.
• Enable the BT function of your BT audio source device to make it discoverable (see your device’s operation
instructions to add or setup a BT device). Select „Soundblaster“ on your BT device to make the pairing.
• Enter default password “0000” if necessary and required by the External BT audio source.
• Once your BT speaker paired with a BT device, the status indicator lights continuously in blue and two beeps
conrm that the pairing is complete.
• Navigate through your library in the common way, usinng Play/Pause, Stop and the next/back buttons.

Programming a Playlist
• Press the PROGRAM key at STOP mode, system will go to PROGRAM mode. -The PRG icon and P01 will blink.
This prompts the user to enter the  rst songs in the program PLAY list.
• The user can select the desire tracks by using NEXT/BACK buttons. Once these keys are pressed, the Display
will show the selected track.
• After select the desired track, press PROGRAM again and it will be stored in the memory.
• Mp3 maximum 99 and CD maximum 20 tracks can be programmed when repeat steps (2) to (3) procedures.
• If press STOP during the program mode, then the selected TRACKS will be stored in the memory and return to
STOP mode (Continuous Play mode)

Mise en place
• Placez l'appareil sur une surface plane, sèche et non exposée à la chaleur.
• Choisissez un endroit hors de la portée des enfants.
• La prise doit être accessible de sorte à pouvoir débrancher l'appareil rapidement.
• Ne placez pas l'appareil sur une étagère ou un endroit trop exigu (par exemple une étagère) de sorte à ce que
celui-ci soit bien ventilé.
• Ne placez pas l'appareil sur un ampli ou un autre appareil dégageant de la chaleur. Ceci pourrait provoquer
des dommages sur l'appareil.
• Placez l'appareil à l'abri de la lumière du soleil, de l'humidité et des vibrations
.
Transport
Conservez l'emballage d'origine an de pouvoir transporter l'appareil sans risque.
Nettoyage et entretien
N'utilisez pas de liquide en spray qui pourrait abîmer la surface de l'appareil. N'appuyez pas trop fort en essuyant
l'appareil pour ne pas laisser de trace sur la surface. Les éléments en plastique ou en caoutchouc ne doivent pas
rester longtemps en contact avec l'appareil. Utilisez un chion sec et doux.
Consignes d‘utilisation
• Déballer soigneusement toutes les parties pour ne rien abîmer. Dérouler complètement le câble d'alimenta-
tion et branchez l'appareil.
• L'appareil peut être alimenté via8 piles LR14. Veillez à respecter les polarités telles qu'indiquées dans le com-
partiment des piles.
Eléments de commandes et fonctions de base
• Allumez / éteignez la radio en appuyant sur le bouton POWER.
• Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton FUNCTION pour naviguer entre l'USB, la radio, les cassettes, la source
AUX et le Bluetooth.
• Appuyez sur le bouton Play/Pause pour jouer des chansons (ou les suspendre) depuis la source Bluetooth ou
USB. En mode radio, appuyez sur le bouton Play/Pause pour lancer la recherche automatique de canaux. Avec
le bouton stop, arrêter la lecture en mode USB ou Bluetooth.
• Avant/arrière ( ) : Naviguez en mode USB ou Bluetooth parmi les pistes. Maintenez ce bouton appuyé pour
vous déplacer à l'intérieur d'un titre.
• Prise USB pour insérer des médias de type clés USB, disque dur externe, lecteur MP3, etc.).
• Au dos de l'appareil se trouve une prise jack de 3,5mm sur laquelle vous pouvez brancher des appareils de
type smartphones ou lecteur MP3. Sélectionnez le mode AUX avec le bouton FUNCTION et jouez les titres sur
votre source externe comme d'habitude.
• L'écran LCD aiche les informations sur le titre en cours ou la station en cours de lecture.
• Avec l'EQ vous pouvez naviguer entre diérents préréglages sonores.
• Sélectionnez le dossier précédent ou suivant en mode MP3 en appuyant sur PRE-DN et PRE-UP. En mode ra-
dio, les mêmes touches vous permettent de sélectionner la station précédente ou suivante.
• Le bouton REP vous donne accès à la fonction répétition («repeat»).
• Le bouton MUTE permet de couper complètement le son.

Radio
• Allumez l'appareil et sélectionnez le mode radio en appuyant plusieurs fois sur le bouton FUNCTION.
• Maintenez la touche Play/Pause appuyée pour lancer la recherche automatique de stations.
USB-Modus
• Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton FUNCTION pour accéder au mode USB.
• Naviguez comme d'habitude parmi votre biliothèque musicale en utilisant les èches directionnelles.
Mode BT
• La portée du Bluetooth est environ de 10m.
• La compatibilité entre appareils Bluetooth ne peut être garantie.
• Appuyez plusieurs fois sur le bouton FUNCTION pour accéder au mode Bluetooth.
• Activez le Bluetooth sur votre Smartphone ou tablette ou connectez-le avec «Soundblaster».
• Insérez s «0000» (quatre fois zéro) si jamais on vous demande un mot de passe.
• Utilisez les èches directionnelles ainsi que le bouton Play/Pause pour naviguer dans votre bibliothèque mu-
sicale.
Listes de lecture
Programmez votre liste de lecture personnalisée en mode CD (CD audio ou CD mp3) ou USB.
• Appuyez sur PROG. L'icône PROG ainsi que «P01» apparaît sur votre écran.
• Cherchez le premier titre de votre liste de lecture grâce aux èches directionnelles et conrmez en ré-ap-
puyant sur PROG.
• Répétez cette procédure pour tous les titres. Vous pouvez ajouter jusqu'à 99 titres MP3 et 20 pistes CD à votre
liste de lecture.
• La liste de lecture programmée est annulée lorsque vous ouvrez le compartiment CD, que vous choisissez un
autre mode en appuyant sur FUNC ou que vous appuyez deux fois d’ailée sur STOP.
Lecteur CD
Le lecteur CD joue ls CDs audio et les CDs MP3 mais pas les DVDs, VCDs ou CD-Roms.
Naviguez parmi les titres avec les èches directionnelles, Play/Pause et Stop. Appuyez sur REPEAT une fois pour
rejouer le titre en cours, et deux fois pour rejouer tout le CD («Repeat all»). Appuyez une troisième fois pour annu-
ler la fonction répétition.
Résolution des problèmes
