•OnlyplugintoaNEMA5-15R,3pronggroundedoutlet.Forcingtheunitintoanother
plugmaycauseanelectricalhazard.
•Donotplugin,unplug,oroperatetheunitwithwethandsatriskofelectricalshock.
•Keeptheunit,plug,andcordclearofliquidanddonotimmerseanypartinliquid.
•Whenidleorcleaning,unplugtheunitfromoutlet.
•Neverleavetheovenunaendedduringoperaon.
•Thisunitisnottobeusedforanythingotherthanitsintendeduse.

Assembly Instructions
Before Using Your Oven
PLEASE NOTE: Improper assembly of the flip up handle to the grill could cause
the grill to turn or fall off when moving product, possibly causing injury or burns.
1.Ensurethatthereisatleast12inchesofclearanceonallsides,includingthetopandbackof
theunit.
2.Theovenshouldbeinstalledonaat,sturdysurface.
3.Besurethattheunitisproperlygroundedandonlypluggedintoagrounded,3-holeNEMA
5-15Routlettominimizeshockorrehazard.
4.Lineuptheunithandleandpaneltogether,beingsurethatthehandlewillipupwards.
5.Toinsertthegrill,insertthehookintotheovalopeningonthepanel.Thehookwillbe
facingupwardswheninstalling.
6.Placethewasherontheboltandinsertintothetoproundholethroughthehandleand
panel.
7.Secureghtlywhenascrewfrombehindthepanel.
Usingasmallamountofdetergent,washtherackwithsoapywater.(NOTE:Donotusea
sprayorabrasivepolishingagent.)Gentlywipedowninteriorwallswithadampcloth.While
washingthisunit,donottouchtheelectricheangelement.Donotsoaktheinsideofthe
ovenwithwater.
Aercleaningasnotedabove,closethedoorandsetmerfor5minutes.
Aerthemerhasresettozero,opentheovendoorinordertoremoveanysmokyresidue
frominsidetheoven.Theheangelementsarewelllubricatedandthisinialusewillhelp
burnotheextragrease.Alightamountofsmokeisnormalduringthisprocess.

Useage Instructions
NOTE: To maintain cleanliness and increase life of the unit, the oven should be
cleaned daily. Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquid. If liquid
enters the electrical components of the unit, it may cause a short circuit or
electrical shock.
Use cauon while cleaning as there may be sharp edges on or inside of the unit.
1.Allowunittocompletelycoolbeforecleaning.
2.Disconnectthecordfromtheoutlet.
3.Slideoutthecrumbtrayandremoveanyfooddebrisorothersoil.
4.Wipethecrumbtraywithadampcloth.
5.Returnthecrumbtraytoitsproperposion.
6.Wipetheoutsideoftheunitwithadampcloth,thenwipedry.Toavoiddamage,donotuse
abrasivecleanersorscouringpads.Ifsoaporchemicalcleanersareused,besuretheyare
completelyrinsedawaywithclearwaterimmediatelyaercleaning.Chemicalresiduecould
damageorcorrodethesurfaceoftheunit.

2.Setthedesiredcookmebyturningtheknobofthemerswitch.
IMPORTANT: MAINTAIN CONSTANT SUPERVISION OF THE OVEN WHILE IN USE!
3.Cauonshouldbeusedwhenremovingfoodfromtheoven.Ovenmisorotherprotecve
gearshouldbeusedtoavoidskincontactwiththehotpanel.
4.Unplugtheovenwhennotinuse.

All equipment, which is sold under Avantco trademark and used for commercial purpose is warranted
against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty runs for six months from the date
of original installaon and is for the benet of the original purchaser only. All other Warranes,
Expressed or Implied, Statutory or Otherwise, including Without Limitaon any implied Warranty of
Merchantability or Fitness for Purposes are excluded. The Seller shall in no event be liable for direct,
indirect or consequenal damages in connecon with Avantco commercial products.
This warranty is not eecve if damage occurs because of accident, carelessness, improper
installaon, lack of proper set– up, supervision when required or if the equipment is installed or
operated in any manner contrary to the installaon and operang instrucons. Work performed by
unauthorized personnel or unauthorized service agencies voids this Warranty.
This warranty does not apply to, and Avantco is not responsible for, any warranty claims made on
products sold or used outside of the United States.
