Step 1: Identify the bottom of the Lower Pole (E) (the top is smaller in diameter at the top). Insert the bottom end of
the lower pole into the Base (A). Identify the bottom of the Upper Pole (there is a hole near the bottom). Slide the bottom
of the Upper Pole over the Lower Pole. Slide the straight leg of the Hitch Pin (H1) through the Upper Pole's thru hole. Slide
the Washer (H2), then the Bearing (H3) over the pole until it rests on the Hitch Pin.

Step 3: Install a second Plastic Hub (B) over the (5) 3
Pocket Strips, alignment guides facing down. Snap each
pairs of strip "legs" into a pair of alignment guides. Once all
six strips are lined up, press down on the hub until you feel
each strip fully seat. A rubber mallet may be used at this
point. Once the tower is installed, visually check to make
sure each pocket is at the same level as the one adjacent
to it. If not one of the strips is not fully engaged.

Step 2: Insert a total of (5) 3 pockets strips (C) into a
Plastic Hub (B). Lay a hub on the floor with alignment
guides pointing up. Press the bottom two "legs" of the strip
into a pair of alignment guides. Press firmly down on the
strip until you feel the strip fully seat into the hub holes. A
rubber mallet may be used at this point to tap the top of
the strip.

Step 4: Slide the tower over the pole set. Press in push
button so that the tower can slide down to the bearing. Step 5: Slide a Sign Holder (H4) over the top of the Upper Pole.
