MAXAIR Helmet (available at www.maxair-systems.com>SUPPORT>USER MANUALS).

Materials
Shelves are polycarbonate supported by aluminum sides.
Racks are fabricated from powder coated galvanized steel.
Standard 2782-06 Cart with standard internal
Shelves adjusted to maximize additional storage
space internally, and optional external storage
Racks added on both Cart ends.
Intended Use
The 2782-06 Cart includes two 2762-01 Internal Shelves.
Additional 2762-01 internal shelves may be purchased for additional
Helmet storage. Each shelf may be adjusted for height within the
Cart in increments of approximately one inch.
One optional 2742-01 external, side mount, storage rack may be
added on either or both ends of the Cart for additional storage.

The shelf has positioning Pins on the front
side and rear side of each end of the shelf.
These pins are inserted into the side
positioning Slots on both sides of the inside
of the cart.
Internal Shelf Installation/Adjustment

The cart has front and back positioning Slot
Strips on each internal side for insertion of the
Shelf Pins. The Strip Slots hold the Shelves in
position, and allow them to be height adjusted
within the Cart to optimize overall storage space
within the Cart.

1. Position the Shelf with the Pins in front of
the Slot Strips (A), then move the Shelf up/
down (B) to align the Pins with the desired
Slot height position.
2. With the Shelf at the desired
height, move the Shelf back-
ward to engage the Pins into
the Slots.
3. Continue to move the Shelf
backward and then downward
until the Shelf Pins are fully
secured in the furthest back and
down Slot positions.
To adjust the height of a Shelf, reverse steps
2-3 above, slide the shelf up/down to the
new desired position as shown in 1 (B), then
repeat 2-3 as above.

Internal Shelf Adjustment/Removal
To remove a Shelf, reverse steps 2-3 above, tilt one
end of the Shelf up as much as possible, tilt the other
end of the Shelf down as much as possible, and pull
the Shelf out from the Cart.

Side Rack Installation
1. Un-screw each of the four Rack
Mounting Screws on the side of the
Cart so there is approximatly 1/4
inch of thread showing.
2. Move the bottom of the Rack to
align its bottom Mounting Slots with
the lower Cart Mounting Screws.
3. Slide the Rack Mounting Slots over the
Mounting Screw heads and then down
onto the Screw threads.
4. Move the top of the Rack to align its top
Mounting Slots with the top Cart Mounting
Screws.
2. Slide the Rack Mounting Slots over the
Mounting Screw heads and then down
onto the Screw threads.
3. Tighten all four Cart side Mounting
Screws to secure the Rack to the Cart.
Tighten securely without over tightening.
