»ATP-507« Stereo Audio Preamplier to connect
record players with magnetic pick-up systems to
high-level inputs. Record players are no longer com-
patible with many of the new stereo ampliers. The
»ATP-507« preamplier also allows the use of nor-
mal high-level inputs (LINE, AUX, CD, Tuner,Tape,
etc.) as an extrarecord player input. The»ATP-507«
features built-in RIAA equalisation. We recommend
using the AVINITY® REFERENCE CLASS phono RCA
cable.

•The product is intended for private, non-

•Use the product for its intended purpose only.
•Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity
of heaters or other heat sources or in direct
sunlight.

electronic devices is not permitted.

4. Operation
Warning
•Connect the product only to asocket that has
been approved for the device. The socket must
be installed close to the product and must be
easily accessible.
•Disconnect the product from the network using
the power button –ifthis is not available,
unplug the power cord from the socket.
•When using amulti-socket power strip,
make sure that the sum power draw of all the
connected devices does not exceed its maximum
throughput rating.
•If you will not be using the product for along
period of time, disconnect it from mains power.
Note
•Ensure correct polarity when using aplug-in
mains adapter,otherwise the device could be
damaged.
•Lay all cables so that they do not pose atripping
hazard.
•Do not bend or crush the cable.
•Connect the left and right channel of the record
player with the corresponding left and right
channel of the preamplier input (MM/Input).
•Check that the record player has amagnetic pick-
up. Any separate chassis earthing cable on the
record player must be connected to the additional
screw at the back of the device.
•Connect the left and right channel of the
preamplier output with the corresponding left
and right channel of the stereo amplier input
(LINE, AUX, CD, Tuner,Tape, etc.).
•Then connect the »PA-506« preamplier to
power supply.The record player and amplier can
now be used in the customary manner.Please

check that the correct input on the stereo amplier
has been selected.
5. Care and Maintenance
Note
Disconnect the device from the power supply
before cleaning it or if it is not going to be used for
along period of time.
Only clean this product with aslightly damp,
lint-free cloth and do not use aggressive cleaning
agents.

Nehmen Sie sich Zeit und lesen Sie die folgenden
Anweisungen und Hinweise zunächst ganz durch.
Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung anschlie-
ßend an einem sicheren Ort auf, um bei Bedarf darin
nachschlagen zu können.
Der Stereo-Phono-Vorverstärker »ATP-507« ist für
den Anschluss von Plattenspielern mit Magnet-Sys-
temen an Hochpegel-Eingänge gedacht. Eine
Vielzahl neuerer Stereo-Verstärker erlaubt es nicht
mehr Plattenspieler anzuschließen. Sie können
damit auch normale Hochpegel-Eingänge (Line,
Aux, CD, Tuner,Tape, etc.) als weiteren Plattenspie-
ler-Eingang benutzen. Der »ATP-507« verfügt über
eine eingebaute RIAA-Entzerrung. Wir empfehlen
den Einsatz des AVINITY® Phono-Cinch-Kabels der
REFERENCE CLASS.

4. Betrieb
Warnung
•Betreiben Sie das Produkt nur an einer dafür
zugelassenen Steckdose. Die Steckdose muss in
der Nähe des Produktes angebracht und leicht
zugänglich sein.
•Trennen Sie das Produkt mittels des Ein-/
Ausschalters vom Netz –wenn dieser nicht
vorhanden ist, ziehen Sie die Netzleitung aus der
Steckdose.
•Achten Sie bei Mehrfachsteckdosen darauf, dass
die angeschlossenen Verbraucher die zulässige
Gesamtleistungsaufnahme nicht überschreiten.
•Trennen Sie das Produkt vom Netz, wenn Sie es
längere Zeit nicht benutzen.

Hinweis
•Bei Betrieb mit einem Stecker-Netzteil auf die
richtige Polarität achten. Andernfalls kann das
Gerät beschädigt werden.
•Verlegen Sie alle Kabel so, dass sie keine
Stolpergefahr darstellen.
•Knicken und quetschen Sie das Kabel nicht.
•Verbinden Sie den linken und rechten Kanal Ihres
Plattenspielers mit dem linken und rechten Kanal
des Vorverstärker-Einganges. (MM/Input)
•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Plattenspieler
einen Magnet-Tonabnehmer hat. Die evtl. am
Plattenspieler vorhandene separate Masseleitung
verbinden Sie mit der zusätzlichen Schraube auf
der Geräterückseite.
•Verbinden Sie den linken und rechten Kanal des
Vor-Verstärker-Ausganges (Output) mit dem linken
und rechten des Stereo-Verstärker-Einganges (Line,
Aux, CD, Tuner,Tape, etc.).
•Stecken Sie nun die Stromversorgung des
Vorverstärker »PA-506« ein. Jetzt können Sie
Ihren Plattenspieler und Verstärker wie gewohnt
benutzen. Beachten Sie, dass an Ihrem Stereo-
Verstärker der richtige Eingang angewählt ist.
5. Wartung und Pflege
Hinweis
Trennen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung und bei
längerem Nichtgebrauch vom Netz.
Reinigen Sie dieses Produkt nur mit einem
fusselfreien, leicht feuchten Tuch und verwenden Sie
keine aggressiven Reiniger.
6. Haftungsausschluss

Haftung oder Gewährleistung für Schäden, die
aus unsachgemäßer Installation, Montage und

Le préamplicateur stéréo-phono permet la
connexion de tourne-disques àsystème
magnétique sur des entrées haute puissance. De
nombreux amplicateurs stéréo modernes ne per-
mettent plus de raccorder un tourne-disques. Vous
pouvez également utiliser des entrées normales
haute puissance (line, aux., CD, tuner,tape, etc.)
comme entrée pour le tourne-disques. Le »ATP-507«
dispose d’un correcteur RIAA intégré. Nous vous re-
commandons d’utiliser le câble RCA phono AVINITY®
de la REFERENCE CLASS.

4. Fonctionnement
Avertissement
•Branchez l‘appareil àune prise de courant
appropriée. La prise de courant doit être située
àproximité du produit et doit être facilement
accessible
•Coupez le produit du secteur àl‘aide de
l‘interrupteur -débranchez la prise de courant en
cas d‘absence d‘interrupteur.
•En cas de prises multiples, veillez àceque les
appareils consommateurs branchés ne dépassent
pas la puissance absorbée totale admissible.
•Débranchez l’appareil si vous ne comptez pas
l’utiliser pendant un certain temps.
Remarque
•En cas d’utilisation d’un bloc secteur enchable,
veillez àlapolarité sans quoi l’appareil pourrait
subir des dommages.
•Posez tous les câbles de telle sorte qu’ils ne
présentent aucun risque de chute
•Faites attention ànepas plier ni coincer le câble.

•Connectez le canal gauche et droit de votre tourne-
disques sur le canal gauche et droit de l’entrée du
préamplicateur (MM/input).
•Assurez-vous que le tourne-disques est équipé
d’une tête de lecture magnétique. Si le tourne-
disques est équipé d’un câble de mise àlaterre
séparé, le raccorder au dos de l’appareil àl’aide de
la vis supplémentaire.
•Connectez le canal gauche et droit de la sortie
de l’amplicateur (output) sur le canal gauche et
droit de l’entrée de l’amplicateur stéréo (line,
aux., CD, tuner,tape, etc.).
•Branchez maintenant le préamplicateur
»PA-506« sur une prise de courant.
Vous pouvez maintenant utiliser votre tourne-
disques et votre amplicateur comme d’habitude.
Veillez àsélectionner la bonne entrée sur votre
amplicateur stéréo.
5. Soins et entretien
Remarque
Débranchez l'appareil avant de procéder àson
nettoyage et en cas de non-utilisation prolongée.
Nettoyez la balance uniquement àl’aide d’un
chion non breux légèrement humide ;évitez tout
détergent agressif.
6. Exclusion de garantie
La société Hama GmbH &Co. KG décline toute responsa-
bilité en cas de dommages provoqués par une installation,
un montage ou une utilisation non conformes du produit
ou encore provoqués par un non respect des consignes du
mode d‘emploi et/ou des consignes de sécurité.

Tómese tiempo yléase primero las siguientes
instrucciones eindicaciones. Después, guarde estas
instrucciones de manejo en un lugar seguro para
poder consultarlas cuando sea necesario.
El preamplicador estereofónico »ATP-507« está
pensado paralaconexión de tocadiscos con sistemas
magnéticos aentradas de alto nivel. Una gran can-
tidad de los nuevos amplicadores estereofónicos
no permiten ya la conexión de tocadiscos. Ahora
se pueden así utilizar además como entrada de
tocadiscos, también las entradas normales de alto
nivel (Line, Aux, CD, Tuner,Tape, etc.). El »ATP-507«
dispone de una ecualización RIAA incorporada. Le re-
comendamos emplear el cable Phono RCA AVINITY®
de la REFERENCE CLASS.

•Unir el canal izquierdo yderecho del tocadiscos

de un fonocaptor magnético.
El conductor separado, puesto amasa, existente
eventualmente en el tocadiscos, hay que
conectarlo al tornillo adicional en la caraposterior
del aparato.
•Unir el canal izquierdo yderecho de la salida del
preamplicador (Output) con el respectivo canal
izquierdo yderecho de la entrada del amplicador
estéreo (Line, Aux, CD, Tuner,Tape, etc.).
•Conectar ahoralaalimentación de corriente del
preamplicador »PA-506«. Entonces se puede
utilizar como de costumbre el tocadiscos yel
amplicador.Cerciorarse de que en el amplicador
estereofónico se ha seleccionado la entrada
correcta.
5. Mantenimiento ycuidado
Nota
Desconecte el dispositivo de la red eléctrica antes
de limpiarlo ycuando no lo vaya autilizar durante
un período de tiempo prolongado.
Limpie este producto sólo con un paño ligeramente
humedecido que no deje pelusas ynoutilice
detergentes agresivos.

Стереофонический предварительный усилитель
«ATP-507» предназначен для подключения прои-
грывателей грампластинок смагнитной системой к
входам свысоким уровнем переключения.Большое
количество стереоусилителей не позволяют под-
ключать проигрыватели грампластинок.Спомощью
этого усилителя проигрыватели грампластинок
можно подключать кобычным входам свысоким
уровнем переключения (линия,AUX, CD, тюнер,
магнитофон ит.д.). «ATP-507» оснащен схемой кор-
рекции искажений RIAA. Рекомендуется применять
звуковой кабель AVINITY® класса «REFERENCE».

•Соедините левый иправый каналы выхода
предварительного усилителя (Output) слевым и
правым каналами входа стерео-усилителя (линия,

AUX, CD, тюнер,магнитофон ит.д.).
•Подключите питание предварительного усилителя
«ATP-507». Теперь проигрыватель грампластинок
иусилитель работают как обычно.Убедитесь,что
на стереоусилителе выбран правильный вход.
5. Уход итехническое обслуживание
Примечание
Перед очисткой,атакже если прибор не
используется втечение длительноговремени,
всегда отключайтепитание.
Чистку изделия производить только безворсовой
слегка влажной салфеткой.Запрещается применять
