Safety Instructions
Positioning
Please ensure that you have positioned your umbrella
according to the installation instructions that are supplied
upon supply of your ground fixing. If you are using portable
bases please ensure they are also correctly positioned so as
to avoid any obstructions that can cause damage to your
umbrella.
Electrical Supply
If you have chosen an umbrella that has heat and light then
you will almost certainly require a 32amp supply on a c type
breaker. We recommend you contact a qualified electrician
so that they can advise you on the best course of action to
prepare for your umbrella. Your umbrella will have 3 or 5
cables coming out from the base of the mast and these
must be connected with a waterproof connector.
Installation
Once you are happy with the positioning and you have the
electrics in place, you are now ready to stand up your
umbrella. This should be done by two or three competent
persons depending on the size of the umbrella by slowly
raising it up. Our extreme models are generally built on site
due to their size and weight.

General Information
Weather
If severe weather is forecasted we recommend that you close
your umbrella and correctly strap it up using an Aztec wrap
strap only. If you have your umbrella on a portable base
extra care must be taken.
Please note that any damage caused by wind or snow is not
covered under your warranty.
Cleaning
The frame can be cleared using a damp cloth and dried with
a dry cloth if required. The fabric can also be cleaned by
using a soft brush to remove any surface dirty and then
gently washed with a light soap and water solution and then
washed o!thouroughly.
Umbrella maintenance
Care should be taken to regularly inspect your umbrella and
check for any loose fixings or any issues with the arms or
crank mechanism. If you have any questions please notify us
as soon as possible. It is worth noting that umbrellas are not
a replacement for solid outdoor shelters and should be open
and closed regularly to ensure the moving parts are kept
moving and lubricated.
