Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including:
Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future
reference.
Do not immerse the heater element and control system with mains cord in water or any
other liquid
Check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance corresponds to the local
mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by a service centre authorized or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket
Keep the mains cord away from hot surfaces.
Do not let the mains cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop on which the
appliance stands.
This appliances can be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children.
Never let the appliance operate unattended.
This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or a separate
remote-control system.
Never leave the spatula/tongs on the grilling plate when it is hot.
Always put the heater element and control system on the appliance before you put the
plug in the wall socket.
Put the appliance on a flat, stable surface with sufficient free space around it.
Make sure the drip tray is always in place during grilling.
Make sure the drip tray is filled with water at least up to the MIN level before you start
using the appliance
Always preheat the plate before you put any food on it.
The accessible surfaces may become hot when the appliance operates.

Be careful of spattering fat when you grill fatty meat or sausages.
Always unplug the appliance after use
Always switch off the appliance after use and remove the mains plug from the wall socket
before you remove the heater element and control system.
Always clean the appliance after use.
Let the appliance cool down completely before you remove the plate, clean the appliance
or put it away.
Never touch the plate with sharp or abrasive items, as this damages the non-stick coating.
Make sure you reassembly the plate properly after you have removed it.
This appliance is intended for normal household use only, it is not intended for use in
environments such as staff kitchens of shops, offices, farms or other work environments.
Nor is it intended to be used by clients in hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts and other
residential environments.
CAUTION
Do not operate Unit without the Grill or Griddle Plate.
Do not place lid on the Unit without the Grill or Griddle Plate.

Your new grill with drip tray allows you to prepare all kinds of tasty food almost smoke-free.
Grilling with this appliance is easy because of the large grilling surface.

IMPORTANT:
Remove the Foam:
Remove the foam from the drip
tray before use.
Remove the PE foam:
Remove the PE foam from the
Fan before use.
IMPORTANT: the fan will not work if you
not take out the foam
Remove the Protective film:
Remove the Protective film
from the Heat Shield before
use.

Install the grill plate handles :
Install the handles on grill plate.
Install Glass cover handle :
Install the glass cover handle on
the glass cover and tighten it with screws.
Before first use
1. Remove any stickers and wipe the body of the appliance with a damp cloth.
2. Clean the appliance and the plate thoroughly

Using the appliance
1. Turn over the base, set the fan②into the trough, and then close the cover③. (Fig.2)
Attention: Check if the fan is settled in the base before using.
2. Set the drip tray in the base. (Fig.3)
3. Put the Heat Shield ⑤on the base. (Fig.4)
Noted: The arrow mark on the Heat shield should direct at the arrow mark on the base.
4. Hold the handle (L) and (R) to take out the grill plat. (Fig.5)
5. (Fig.6) “a”is the safety interlock switch, “b”is heat protection silica gel. (4pcs)
6. (Fig.7) This Part is fan②, can be departed from the base for cleaning, place “c” is silica gel,
place “e” is wind wheel.
Noted: Whole Part ②cannot be dipped into water to wash. About the wind wheel (place
“e”), flush it after spurting depurative, then make the motor (place “d”) become dry.
7. 0.5L water should be pour into the drip tray when use the grill. (Fig.8)
8. At the grill plate there has two handles (place “f”), use it after cooling, (Fig.9)
9. Covering glass covers makes barbecue faster and has no fumes when baking thicker
ingredients. Hold the glass cover handle (place "g"). (Fig.10)

10. Panel functions: POWER (ON/OFF), START/STOP, TMEP/TIME, FAN SWITCH (Fig.11)
11. Plug Electric grill into wall outlet，LED screen show “--”.
Press the “POWER” button first, LED screen will show TEMP default value “250℃”,
(TIME default value “30Mins” at this time).
At this time, you can also set TEMP / TIME as you need.
Then press start button “ ” grill start heating (heating lamp light up)
12. During barbecue process, you can change the temperature & time at anytime.
Press button to transform TEMP / TIME setting and use “-”, “+” buttons.
Time can be adjustable between "0”and “60" minutes.
Temperature can be adjustable between “75-100-125-150-175-200-225-250℃”.
3 seconds after finish setting the time & temperature, system automatically gets into
current setup and start heating (heating lamp light up)
13. Fan switch can be manually opened or closed at any time under current condition.
If manual off the fan, 1 minute after the system will reopen the fan automatically.
14. After Pre-heating the grill plate 4-5 min, the fan (Part ②) will work automatically, and
reach absorb smoke function. Fan function can be manually opened or closed at any time
as you like.
15. When the FAN lamp lights up, it’s time to put the food on the grill plate.
Be careful: the grill plate is hot!
Note: During the grilling process, the heating-up light comes on and goes out from time to
time, this indicates that the heating element is switched on and off to maintain the correct
temperature.
1. Turn the food from time to time with the tongs.
2. When the food is done, remove it from the grilling plate.
Use the tongs to remove the food. Do not use metal, sharp or abrasive kitchen utensils.
3. To continue grilling, place the next batch of food on the grilling plate when the
heating-up light goes out.
Care and Cleaning Instructions
1. Press POWER switch, unplug cord from power outlet and allow cooling completely before
cleaning.
2. Lift grill plate out of base using handles. Carefully take drip tray out of base. Dispose of any
liquid in the drip tray.
3. Take the heater element and control system out of the base

5. Take out the fan system from base with hands
* Wash drip tray, heat shield and grill plate in warm, soapy water using a non-metal cleaning
pad. Do not use metal scouring pads or harsh scouring powders. A soft bristled brush may
be used to clean underside of grill.
* Wipe the heating control, base, fan system with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
* NEVER IMMERSE the heating control, base unit, electric fan IN WATER or ANY OTHER
LIQUID.
After washing, rinse and dry. Dry all parts thoroughly before using or storing grill.
Store the grill in a position on a dry and level surface.
ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY DISPOSAL
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at
the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.
