FITTING
INTO
THE

All our cooking hobs are designed
to
be
fitted into worktops, whether made
of
wood or laminated plastic, provided
it
is
a
heat resistant surface.
For
building in,
it
is
sufficient
to
make a hole in
the
worktop
as
shown opposite (560mm x 490mm) keeping
a minimum distance
of
40mm-50mm from the rear wall
to
avoid
damage by heat.
If
a horizontal partition
is
fitted underneath
the hob,
it
should
be
located at a minimum
distance
of
90mm from the
top
of
the
work
surface.
The
minimum recommended
height
for
a cooker hood above
an
electric hob
is
650mm.
The
minimum height
of
adjacent units should
be
366mm above
work
surface.
The
minimum height
of
cabinets
above hob,
if
not
fitting
hood,
is
900mm.

REFRIGERATION
PRODUCTS.
The
appliance
has
been tested according
to
heat protection
of
the mounting surface
as
class
'Y',
EN

If there
is
a false floor under the hob,
it
has
to
be
removable
for
installation purposes.
Insert the hob into the worktop opening from above. Make sure that the hob
connection cable
is
directed
to
the
rear.
Positioning
ofTensioning
Brackets
Using 4 brackets, tension hob against the
worktop
in
such
a way
that
the entire

has
4 tensioning brackets
with
fastening claws.
For
their positions
see
fiyure
opposite:
WARNING: For safety purposes,
the
supplied
tensioning
brackets
must
be used.
Do
not
use
the hob before
it
has
been built in.
To
ensure water tightness between the casing and the
worktop, glue the foam
seal
to
the edge
of
the casing
surround.
