Chemikalien zu verringern, arbeiten Sie in einem gut belüfteten Bereich und mit zugelassener
Sicherheitsausrüstung, z. B. Staubmasken, die speziell zum Herausfiltern mikroskopischer Partikel
entwickelt wurden.
SICHERHEIT BEIM UMGANG MIT ELEKTROWERKZEUGEN
Batteriebetriebene Werkzeuge mit integrierten Batterien oder einem separaten Batteriepack dürfen
nur mit dem für die Batterie angegebenen Ladegerät aufgeladen werden.
Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge weder Regen noch Nässe aus. Das Eindringen von Wasser in ein
Elektrowerkzeug erhöht das Risiko eines Stromschlags.
Bei Kontakt mit einem unter Spannung stehenden Kabel können auch freiliegende Metallteile des

Verwenden Sie den Akku nicht, wenn er beschädigt ist oder Flüssigkeit aus den Zellen austritt. Sollte
auslaufende Flüssigkeit auf Ihre Haut gelangen, waschen Sie die betroffenen Stellen sofort ab und
beobachten Sie eventuelle Hautreaktionen. Suchen Sie gegebenenfalls einen Arzt auf.
Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit diesem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen. Erklären Sie dem
Kind, dass das Gerät kein Spielzeug ist und nicht mit ihm gespielt werden darf.
Überprüfen Sie das Ladegerät regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen. Wenn es beschädigt ist, darf es erst
nach einer Reparatur verwendet werden.

Es wird empfohlen, während des Betriebs dieses Werkzeugs immer Arbeitshandschuhe zu tragen,
da sich das Schleif- oder Polierpad mit hoher Geschwindigkeit dreht.
AUSLÖSER MIT DREHZAHLEINSTELLUNG
Stellen Sie die Drehzahl der Maschine ein,
indem Sie den Auslöser (5) in entsprechender
Stellung gedrückt halten.
DREHEN DES GRIFFS
Drücken Sie die Taste (9), während Sie den Griff in die bevorzugte Ausrichtung drehen.
MONTAGE DER SCHLEIFSCHEIBENAUFNAHME
Drücken Sie den Knopf für die
Wellenarretierung (11) und drehen Sie

SEITENGRIFF INSTALLIEREN

Entfernen

WARTUNG
Ihr Werkzeug ist für einen langen Betrieb bei minimalem Wartungsaufwand ausgelegt.
Ein dauerhaft zufriedenstellender Betrieb hängt von der richtigen Pflege des Werkzeugs und der
regelmäßigen Reinigung ab. Ihr Ladegerät benötigt außer einer regelmäßigen Reinigung keine
Wartung.
REINIGUNG
Trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom Stromnetz, bevor Sie es reinigen.
Reinigen Sie das Ladegerät regelmäßig mit einer weichen, trockenen Bürste oder einem Tuch.
Reinigen Sie die Poliermaschine regelmäßig mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch.
Verwenden Sie keine Scheuermittel oder Reiniger auf Lösungsmittelbasis.
LAGERUNG
Bewahren Sie das Ladegerät an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort auf. In der Regel ist es am besten, das
Ladegerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen und den Akku zu entfernen, wenn dieser nicht verwendet wird.
Ein Akku wird jedoch nicht beschädigt, wenn Ladegerät und Akku angeschlossen bleiben.
UMWELTSCHUTZ
Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Alle Werkzeuge,
Zubehörteile und Verpackungen sind zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle
zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.
ENTSORGUNG

Dust created by power sanding, grinding, and other construction activities contains chemicals known
to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Same examples of these chemicals are
lead from lead-based paint, crystalline silica from bricks and cement, arsenic and chromium from
chemically-treated lumber and other masonry products. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals,
work in a well ventilated area and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are
specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Battery operated tools with integral batteries or a separate battery pack must be recharged only with
the specified charger for the battery.
Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the
risk of electric shock.
Contact with a live wire will also make exposed metal parts of the tool live and shock the operator.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS FOR BATTERY
A Lithium-ion battery pack can remain in charger without damaging the battery or the charger. The
battery will remain fully charged in the charger.
If you remove the battery pack from the battery compartment before the battery is fully charged, it will
not cause any damage to the battery. lf several charging operations are performed consecutively, the
charger can become warm. lt is normal and does not indicate any technical defect.
The efficiency of discharge of the battery will decrease in the low temperature. When the
circumstance temperature is lower than -10°C, the battery pack will shut down automatically and it is
normal that the power tool is unable to use.
The internal temperature of the battery will continuously increase in repeatedly high power operation
or overload. lf the pack is overheated, it will disconnect automatically. The power tool does not work
until the temperature goes down to the normal temperature.
Do not use the battery pack if it is damaged and liquid is leaked from the battery pack cells. lf this
leakage gets on your skin, please wash affected part immediately and observe any skin reaction. lf
necessary, please seek medical attention.
Do not allow children to play with this tool or it`s packing and explain that it is not a toy and must not
be played with.
Periodically inspect the charger for damage. If it is damaged, it may only be used after a repair.
This tool is not intended for persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or instructed in the use of the device.
POWER TOOL USE AND CARE
Do not force power tools. Use correct power tools for your application. The correct power tools will do
the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
Do not use power tools if the switch does not turn it on and off. Power tool that cannot be controlled
with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

Use auxiliary handles (incl. in set). Loss of control can cause personal injury.
This power tool must serviced by a qualified repair person. Always using only identical replacement

TOOL INSTRUCTION
WARNINGS
It is advisable to always wear work gloves during operation of this tool due to high speed spinning
of the sanding or polishing pad.
VARIABLE SPEED SWITCH
Adjust the speed of the machine by holding
down the Variable Speed Switch (5).
ROTATION OF THE SIDE HANDLE
Press the button (9) while turning to your prefered orientation.
INSTALLING THE SANDING PAD
Press the spindle button to make the
spindle fixed, then turn clockwise to
fasten the sanding pad onto the
machine then tighten it.
INSTALLING SIDE HANDLE
Turn anticlockwise to fasten the side handle onto the
machine. The auxiliary side handles (3) may be
mounted for either left-handed or right-handed user

INSTALLING OR REMOVING BATTERY PACK
Removing
Depress the battery pack release button (7) and pull the battery pack (8) out of tool, to remove
the battery pack.
Installing
Push the battery pack (8) onto the tool until it locks in place, to install the battery pack.

MAINTENANCE
Your tool has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance.
Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and regular cleaning.
Your charger does not require any maintenance apart from regular cleaning.
CLEANING
Unplug the charger before cleaning it.
Regularly clean the charger using a soft brush or dry cloth. Regularly clean your tool using a damp
cloth.
Do not use any abrasive or solvent-based cleaner.
STORAGE
Store your charger in a cool, dry place. As a general practice, it is best to unplug battery chargers and
remove battery packs when not in use. No battery pack damage will occur, however, if the charger
and battery pack are left plugged in.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment.
DISPOSAL
Do not dispose battery in household waste.
Batteries should be disposed of in a responsible manner, they must be disposed at
appropriate collection point.
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the EU Directive
on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment. Contact your local solid waste authority
for recycling information or give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an
electrical appliances retailer.

MAINTENANCE

Une utilisation satisfaisante à la durée dépend de l'entretien correct de l’outil et du nettoyage

NETTOYAGE
Débranchez le chargeur du secteur avant de le nettoyer.
Nettoyez le chargeur régulièrement avec une brosse souple et sèche ou avec un chiffon. Nettoyez
régulièrement la polisseuse avec un tissu humide.
N’utilisez pas de produits abrasifs ou des produits à base de dissolvants.
ENTREPROSAGE
Conservez le chargeur en un lieu frais et sec. Normalement, le mieux sera de séparer le chargeur du
secteur et de retirer l'accu quand il n'est pas utilisé. Cependant, un accu n’est pas endommagé quand
le chargeur et l'accu restent branchés.

MANTENIMIENTO

Un funcionamiento permanentemente óptimo depende del cuidado correcto de la herramienta y de
una limpieza regular. El cargador, aparte de una limpieza regular, no necesita ningún tipo de
mantenimiento.
LIMPIEZA
Desconecte el cargador de la red eléctrica antes de limpiarlo.
Limpie el cargador regularmente con un cepillo o paño suave y seco. Limpie la máquina pulidora
regularmente con un paño húmedo.
No utilice abrasivos ni limpiadores a base de disolventes.
ALMACENAMIENTO
Guarde el cargador en un lugar fresco y seco. Por lo general, lo mejor es desconectar el cargador de
la red eléctrica y retirar la batería cuando no esté en uso. Sin embargo, una batería no se dañará si el
cargador y la batería permanecen conectados.
