SET UP YOUR VIYÜ
Place your Viyü on a clean and stable surface or attach it to a wall
bracket that has been safely installed on your wall (the bracket
can be xed to the wall with the provided screws or adhesive
tape). To ensure good image quality, place the camera between
1 and 2.5 meters away from the baby’s head.
You can position the camera tail Fhowever you would like. You
can twist the camera rod to hang the camera on any solid vertical
structure that is out of the baby’s reach. However, make sure not
to bend the base of the camera head (the area marked with a
gold sticker). Never attach your Viyü to a crib or place it within
reach of the baby.
Your Viyü does not include a battery and must remain plugged in
at all times to operate properly.
*It is important to note that the blue light in the front of the camera is very bright.
Pay attention to the level of brightness when setting up your Viyü in the nursery.

SETUP BEFORE USE
SCREW BRACKET ON THE WALL
1. Use the holes in the
mounting bracket as
markers to indicate where
the screw holes should be
situated.
2. Fix the mounting bracket
to the wall with screws or
use the included adhesive
tape.
3. Drill a hole in the surface
using a suitable tool and
place the supplied anchors
at the marked location.
4. Insert the camera into the
stand and angle it to get
the perfect view.
CONNECTING YOUR VIYÜ
Look for the app in your device’s app store, either on the Apple
App Store or Google Play Store, by searching for Viyü by bblüv.
SET UP THE ROUTER
This product only supports routers operating at 2.4 GHz. It is
important to note that your Viyü will not connect to a 5-GHz
frequency band router (also known as 5 G).
Please congure the relevant router settings BEFORE conguring
your Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi passwords should not include these two special
characters: \ and ’. Once the device has been connected to the
Wi-Fi, make sure your mobile device and your Viyü are as close to
the router as possible to speed up the conguration process.

HOW TO REGISTER
1. Make sure your router and
Wi-Fi are functioning properly.
Open the app and click on Sign Up.
2. Enter a valid email address. Accept the Terms and Conditions
agreement by placing a checkmark, and then click Next.
3. Enter a username and your password and click Done.
You have just created your account.
To ensure easy connection, make sure your router, device, and
mobile device are nearby.
CAMERA CONFIGURATION
Before conguring your Viyü, please note the following:
• This device only supports Wi-Fi routers operating at 2.4 GHz.
Please check what you are connecting to.
• Follow the instructions and images provided in the app.
• Your Viyü can only be associated with one account.
However, the account can be linked to multiple cameras.
You can also invite people to connect to your camera feed
(for viewing only).
1. Open the app and select +. In the menu, select the
Camera option to add your Viyü.
2. Follow the Setup Guide on your device to add your Viyü on
the app.
3. Connect your Viyü. Select the Camera option on your
mobile device and then click Next when your Viyü is
plugged in.
4. Press the Reset button on the back of your Viyü, and hold it
for 5 seconds. Wait for a blinking red light to appear on the
camera. Click Next.
5. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your password. Then
click Next again.
6. Click Next to sync your Viyü to your mobile device.
7. Scan the QR code that appears on your mobile device with
your Viyü. Make sure there is a 15 to 25 cm space between
the two devices.
8. You will hear a tone that conrms the scan is complete when
the process nishes.
9. The progress will be displayed while the app is connecting to
the network.
10.When your Viyü connects successfully to the network,
the app will display your account number. Click Next to
access your device’s menu.

ICON FEATURE
Give access the various setting options available
for your device.
You can mute the feed by clicking on the icon on
the bottom left of the screen.
There are 2 image quality options. It is set as
default at 360p, which is average quality but less
heavy on bandwidth. You also have the option
of a higher quality image by selecting 1080p.
To switch quality image views, click on the 360p
that appears at the bottom of the live feed, then
make your selection.
Click on the arrow icon that appear at the bottom
right of the feed for maximum visibility or ip your
phone vertically while on video stream.
A thin line shows the tab of the menu you are
looking at (the live video feeda, the history or the
cloud service).
Allows you to save the image broadcasted by the
camera to your phone’s photo album.
Press and hold the microphone button in order for
your baby to hear you speak.
Allows you to record live feed which will be stored
in the SD card.
By clicking on the motion detector, the camera
will automatically take a screenshot of the live
feed when motion is detected. You will also be
automatically notied from your mobile device.
Allows you to access recorded videos and
screenshots.
Allows you to know the temperature as well as the
humidity level of the baby’s room.

SETTINGS
Click on the setting button to access, personalize and update
your camera settings.
MOTION AND SOUND ALARMS
The device supports intelligent motion detection and abnormal
sound alarms. When the settings are correct, the app will send an
alarm message to your mobile device when the event is triggered.
All the photos will be stored in the motion detection alarm picture
folder that you can access via the device menu using motion
detector icon.
Your Viyü starts the motion detection function by default, but
you can edit the settings of the camera. By pressing the setting
button of the live feed video menu, you will have access
to the setting menu where you will be able to turn on the function
receive alert notications.
In the setting menu, you will also be able to access the alert
settings, and select the corresponding sensitivity (low, medium or
high). For reference, in a small space, select Low or Medium.
NOTE: If you need your mobile device to receive an alert message, you must enable the
app notication in the system notication bar to allow the device system to push messages
to the app.
After setting the motion detection parameters, your Viyü will detect
the moving object and you will receive an alarm information and
picture through a new message.
From the devices menu, open the message using either or
icon to access the motion detection alarm pictures folder.
Click the button on the left side of the alarm picture to
directly record video of the corresponding time in the SD card
(not included) or cloud-based storage video service.
DATA STORAGE
There are two options for recording the camera’s live feed:
Option 1: SD Card (not included)
The main way to save video is on a Micro SD card. Insert a
Micro SD card in the right-hand side of the Viyü.
Here are the Micro SD card requirements:
1. Only cards with 2-128GB memory in FAT32 format are
supported.

2. To ensure the recognition and service life of the SD card,
we suggest using a Samsung, ScanDisk, or Kingston Class10
high-speed Micro SD card.
3. We recommend checking your SD card for damage before
use. Please format your Micro SD card before inserting it into
the camera.
To access the saved data on your SD card, click on the HISTORY
tab in the Live Video Feed menu in the app.
Option 2: Cloud Storage
The app comes with a free 7-day trial for a cloud-based storage
service offered by a secure third-party provider. When the trial
expires, you can decide whether to purchase the cloud storage
service. Payments and support are not our responsibility.
NOTE: This service is provided by Alibaba Cloud for cloud computing services. All videos
are stored in Alibaba’s Cloud Server. The built-in, nancial-grade triple encryption algorithm
ensures the security of video recording and transmission and protects your privacy. Since the
cloud service plan is linked to the device, if your device fails during the cloud service and you
need to transfer the cloud service to a new device, please contact the cloud service directly.
To activate your 7-day trial,
1. Select the Cloud icon on the Live Video Feed menu
to access the Cloud Storage interface.
2. Click on 7-day Free Trial to activate the free 7-day trial of
the cloud storage service.
3. Since this product provides a variety of cloud storage
package services, please choose a monthly or annual
package that suits your needs.
4. Click Payment. When payment is completed, the camera will
automatically activate the cloud storage function.
To access the recorded data, click on the Cloud icon in the
Live Video Feed menu in the application on your mobile device.
NOTE: If you do not purchase the cloud storage service, it will not affect the use of this product.
You can choose SD card storage to save video recordings. If you do not wish to try out the
cloud storage function, you can choose not to activate the free trial.
SHARING YOUR DATA
Your Viyü can only be added to one master account and can only
be congured by one phone. However, if you wish to share your
Viyü with anyone else, it can easily be shared unlimited times.
To add visitor accounts, you can refer to the instructional video for
a visual walkthrough of the sharing process.
NOTE: For security reasons, Visitor accounts do not have all control permissions for the
camera. Some functions are not available for Visitor accounts.

DISCONNECT THE CAMERA FROM THE APPLICATION
If you need to switch your Viyü to another account or return
the product, delete the camera in the app. Press and hold the
corresponding device in the Devices list and the Delete window
will pop up. Then click OK to delete the device.
NOTE: After you delete the device, the Cloud Storage service will be automatically canceled.
Please consider carefully before deleting. You can save these images and videos to your
device before cancelling.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Never use chemical cleaners, sprays, or liquid detergents.
• Before cleaning, make sure the AC adapter is unplugged.
• Only use a slightly-damp cloth to clean the baby video monitor.
ENVIRONMENT & RECYCLING
This appliance has been designed and manufactured with high-
quality materials and components that can be recycled and reused.
Do not dispose of this product with ordinary household waste. Find
out the proper procedure to dispose of electronics in your region.
Take this product to a collection point for recycling electrical and
electronic equipment.
WARNINGS
TO AVOID ANY RISK OF STRANGULATION, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE
BABY CAN NEVER REACH THE CAMERA CABLE. PLACE THE CAMERA
AT LEAST 1 METER AWAY FROM THE CHILD. DO NOT MOUNT THE
CAMERA ON THE BABY’S BED.
CAUTION
TO AVOID ANY RISK OF EXPLOSION, ELECTRIC SHOCK, SHORT-
CIRCUIT, OR OVERHEATING:
• Do not immerse the camera or charger in water and do not
clean them under the tap.
• To avoid overheating, do not cover the baby monitor with a
towel, blanket, or any other object.
• Do not touch the socket tips with sharp or metallic objects.
• When in constant use, the charger may become hot to the
touch. This reaction is normal and should not be of concern
to you.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
• Use this device only for the purpose described in this manual.
• Position the camera so that you have the best view of your
baby. Place it upright on a at surface such as a dresser or
a desk or attach it to the wall, on a handle, etc. by twisting
it. Please use the provided wall mount to hang the device
properly on your wall.
• For your camera to perform better and to reduce
interference, we recommend that you do not plug other
electrical devices into the same outlet as your camera.
(Avoid using a power strip).
• Before plugging the camera in the wall socket, make sure
that the voltage indicated on the camera adapter matches
the mains voltage.
• If the appliance is not in use, unplug it to turn it off and place
it out of the reach of children.
• This product must be installed by adults. Keep smaller
components away from children during assembly.
• The video baby monitor is intended to offer assistance and
provide additional peace of mind. It should not be viewed
as a medical device or as a substitute for adult supervision.
It is not a substitute for responsible and appropriate adult
supervision. It is strongly recommended that an adult supervise
the baby regularly in addition to the video baby monitor.
• Never leave the house if your child is alone, even for a short
time.
• Never place the camera inside the crib, bed, or play area.
• For their safety, do not allow children to play with the camera.
• Keep your Viyü far out of the reach of children. The cables
can cause strangulation.
• To minimize Wi-Fi interference, make sure your router is not
too far away and there are no major barriers between the
Viyü and the router. These barriers are concrete, metals,
and mirrors.

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
• Use and store the video baby monitor in a place where the
temperature is between 10° C and 35° C.
• Keep the baby monitor out of direct sunlight.
• Do not place the adapter cable in a place where it could
wear out quickly (humidity/heat, etc.). Keep away from any
heating source.
HARDWARE REPLACEMENTS
• Use the adapter provided with the camera. If necessary,
you can use an adapter of the same type as the one that
was supplied.
• If the Micro USB plug is damaged or bent, stop using it and
contact Customer Service for assistance at info@bbluvgroup.
com, or replace it with the same type of adapter.
• Do not over-twist the camera’s handle.
• Do not bend the top of the camera or the area near the
connection of the power cable.
