Start
• The freezer should wait half an hour before being
connected to 220-240 V/50 Hz power when it is
rstly started.
• The freezer should run for 2 to 3 hours before
loading fresh or frozen foods; in summertime, the
freezer should run for more than 4 hours in advance
considering that the ambient temperature is high.
Energy saving tips
• The appliance should be in the coolest area of the room, away from
heat producing appliances or heating ducts, and from direct sunlight.
• Let hot foods cool down to room temperature before placing them in
the appliance. Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to run
longer. Foods that take too long to freeze may lose quality, or spoil.
• Be sure to wrap foods properly, and wipe containers dry before
placing them in the appliance. This avoids frost from building-up
inside the appliance.
• The storage bin should not be lined with aluminium foil, wax paper, or
paper towelling. Liners interfere with cold air circulation, making the
appliance less eicient.
• Organize and label food to reduce door openings and extended
searches. Remove as many items as needed all at once, and close the
door as soon as possible.

2.3. Maintenance
Cleaning
Dust behind the freezer and on the ground should be timely cleaned
to improve the cooling eect and energy saving. The freezer’s interior
should be regularly cleaned to avoid odours. Soft towels or sponge
dipped in water and non-corrosive neutral detergents are suggested for
cleaning. The freezer should be nally cleaned with clean water and a dry
cloth. Open the door for natural drying before the power is turned on.
Do not use hard brushes, clean steel balls, wire
brushes, abrasives, such as toothpastes, organic
solvents (such as alcohol, acetone, banana oil, etc.),
boiling water, acid or alkaline items to clean the freezer
considering that this may damage its surface and
interior.
Do not rinse with water so as not to aect the
electrical insulation properties. Please use a dry cloth
when cleaning the temperature control knob and all
electrical components.
Please unplug the freezer for defrost and cleaning.
Defrost
This freezer should be manually defrosted.
Unplug the freezer and open the freezer’s door; Remove foods and the
shelving basket before defrosting; Open the outow holes and drainage
holes (and place a water container below the outow holes); Like this,
the indoor frost will naturally melt. Wipe the defrost water with a dry,
soft cloth. When the frost softens, an ice scraper could be used to
accelerate the de-icing process.
When defrosting, please remove the food and store it in a cool place
before removing accessories.

of opening the door and to avoid placing fresh foods into the freezer.
Please unplug the freezer if it is left unused for a long time for cleaning.
Keep the door open to avoid odour formation.
Do not turn the freezer upside down and avoid strong vibrations as it
must be placed horizontally. The carrying angle cannot be greater than
45°. Please hold the door and hinge when moving.
Continuous operation is recommended when the freezer
is started. Please do not move the freezer under normal
circumstances so as not to aect the freezer’s service life.
Warnings related to disposal
The freezer’s refrigerant and cyclopentane foam materials are
combustible materials. Discarded freezers should be isolated
from re sources and cannot be burned. Please transfer the
freezer to qualied professional recycling companies for
processing to avoid damages to the environment or other
hazards.
Please remove the freezer’s door and shelves which shall
