4.1 Setup
VSDuring installation, when you power on the product for the first time, the calibration
mode* must be started.
Calibration mode allows the machine to correctly detect the amount of laundry loaded. To
activate the calibration mode, the Drum Clean** program must be selected and the spin speed
option must be cancelled.
During the cycle, the drum must be empty.
It takes about 15 minutes. To end calibration mode, the program must be run to
completion.
* Calibration mode may not be available for all models.
* * The name of the program may change depending on the models. You can check the
explanation part of the program to choose the correct program.
• Contact the nearest Authorized Service Agent for installation of your product.
• Preparing the location and electrical, water and waste water facilities
at the installation site is the responsibility of the customer.
• Check that the water inlet and drain hoses, as well as the power cable, are
not bent, pinched, or crushed when pushing the product into place, after
installation or cleaning procedures. .
• Make sure that the installation and electrical connections of the appliance
are carried out by an authorized service agent. The manufacturer cannot
be held liable for damage caused by repairs carried out by unauthorized
persons.
• Before proceeding with the installation, check the product for any defects. If you
identify one, do not proceed with the installation. Damaged products pose risks
to your safety.
4.1.1 Suitable installation location
• Place the product on firm, level ground. Do not place your device on a high-
pile carpet or other similar surface.
• When the washing machine and the dryer are stacked, their total weight - when
loaded - is 180 kg. Place the product on solid, level ground with sufficient load-
bearing capacity.
• Do not install the product on the power cable.
• Do not install the product in environments where the temperature is below 0 ºC.

manual, over the openings on the back of the panel.
2
3
ATCAUTION :Remove the transport safety bolts before operating the washing machine!
Otherwise, the machine will be damaged.
VS
Save the safety screws carefully so that you can reuse them in case you need to transport
the washing machine later.
Install the shipping safety bolts in the reverse order of the disassembly procedure.
Never move the device without the transportation safety screws being
correctly fastened!
4.1.4 Connecting the water supply
VSThe water pressure required at the inlet to operate the machine must be between 1 and 10
bar (0.1 – 1 MPa). It is necessary to have 10 – 80 liters of water from the wide open tap in
one minute, so that your machine works without problems. Attach a pressure reducer if the
water pressure is greater.
ATCAUTION :Models with a single water inlet should not be connected to the hot water tap.
This type of connection will damage the laundry or the product will go into protection mode
and not work.
CAUTION :Do not use old inlet hoses on your new product. They could
stain your laundry.
8 / EN Washing machine / User manual

1Tighten the pipe nuts by hand. Never use a tool
to tighten these nuts.
After the pipe connection is complete,
check for leaks at the connection points by
fully opening the taps. If you find any leaks,
close the valve and remove the nut. Tighten
the nut carefully after checking the seal. To
prevent water leaks and resulting damage,
keep taps closed when not using the
product.
2
4.1.5 Connecting the exhaust duct
• Attach the end of the drain hose directly to the waste pipe, toilet or
tub.
ATCAUTION :Your home will flood if the drain hose comes out of its housing while draining.
In addition, there is a risk of burns due to high washing temperatures! In order to prevent
such situations and to ensure that the machine operates the water inlets and drains without
problems, firmly fix the drain hose.
• Connect the drain hose to a minimum
height of 40 cm and a maximum height of
100 cm.
• If the drain hose is lifted after it has been laid
at or near floor level (less than 40 cm above
the floor), water drainage becomes more
difficult and laundry may become considerably
wet. This is why the heights described in the
diagram must be respected.
• To prevent waste water from re-entering the machine and to ensure easy
drainage, avoid immersing the end of the hose in waste water or inserting it
into the drain line more than 15 cm. If the hose is too long, cut it.
• The end of the hose must not be bent, stepped on or bent between the pipe and the
machine.
• If the length of the pipe is very short, you can add an original extension pipe to
it. The length of the pipe cannot be more than 3.2 m. To avoid any malfunction
caused by a possible water leak, the connection between the extension pipe and
the drain pipe of the product must be well inserted using a suitable flange, to
prevent any exit and leakage.
4.1.6 Adjusting the feet
ATCAUTION :To ensure that your device operates quieter and without vibration, it
must be level and balanced on its feet. Balance the machine by adjusting the feet.
Otherwise, the machine may move and cause a number of problems, including
vibration.

• Select a program with prewash and add the product to be bleached at the
start of the prewash. Do not put detergent in the prewash compartment.
You can also select a program with extra rinse and add the product to be
bleached while using the water from the detergent compartment during the
first rinsing phase.
• Avoid using bleach and detergent by mixing them.
• Use just a small amount (about 50ml) of bleach and rinse
clothes thoroughly to prevent skin irritation.
• Do not pour bleach directly onto laundry.
• Do not use on colored clothes.
14 / EN Washing machine / User manual

• When using hydrogen bleach, select a low temperature laundry
washing program.
• Oxygen bleach can be used simultaneously with detergent. However, if the
consistency is not the same as the detergent, first pour the detergent into
compartment no. "2" in the detergent drawer and wait until the
detergent flows during the water inlet in the machine. While the machine continues to
absorb water, add bleach to the same compartment.

Please check the installation section of the user manual before using your product for the first time.
The auxiliary functions contained in the table may vary depending on the model of your machine.
Water and energy consumption may vary depending on fluctuations in water pressure, water
hardness and temperature, ambient temperature, type and amount of laundry, selection of
auxiliary functions and spin speed, as well as variations in electrical voltage.
The washing time of the program you have selected is displayed on the machine display. Depending on
the amount of laundry you have loaded in the machine, a difference of 1 to 1.5 hours may pass between
the time shown on the display and the actual duration of the washing cycle. The duration updates
automatically as soon as the wash cycle begins.
"Auxiliary function selection patterns may be changed by the manufacturing
company. New selection patterns may be added or deleted."
" The spin speed of your machine may vary depending on the programmes. However, this speed cannot
exceed the maximum spin speed of the machine."
Always select the lowest required temperature. The most efficient programs in
terms of energy consumption are generally those that operate at lower
temperatures and for a longer duration.
Noise and residual moisture are influenced by the spin speed: the higher the spin speed
during the spin phase, the greater the noise and the lower the residual moisture.

4.3.5 Programs
• Eco 40-60
The Eco 40-60 program is used to clean normally soiled cotton laundry washable
at 40°C or 60°C, together in the same cycle. In addition, this program is used to
assess compliance with EU Ecodesign legislation.
Although it lasts longer than all other programs, it allows great energy and water
savings. Actual water temperature may differ from specified wash temperature.
When you load a small amount (about ½ capacity or less) of laundry in the
machine, the program duration may be shortened automatically during later
phases. In this case, energy and water consumption will decrease.
• Cotton
You can wash your durable cotton laundry (sheets, bed linen, towels, bathrobes,
underwear, etc.) using this programme. When you press the quick wash function
button, you considerably reduce the duration of the program without however
affecting the washing quality guaranteed by intense washing movements. If you do not
select the quick wash function, you are guaranteed superior washing and rinsing
performance for heavily soiled laundry.
• Synthetic
You can wash your laundry (shirts, blouses, synthetic/cotton blends, etc.) with this
program. The duration of the program is considerably reduced and you are assured of
a high performance wash. If you do not select the quick wash function, you are
guaranteed superior washing and rinsing performance for heavily soiled laundry.
• Oldest boy
Use this program to wash your woolen/delicate clothes. Select the appropriate
temperature according to the labels of your clothes. Your laundry is washed gently
so as to avoid damaging the clothes.
• Hygiene+ (Hygiene+)
Applying a layer of steam at the beginning of the program makes it easy to
soften the dirt.
Use this program for your laundry (baby clothes, sheets, underwear, etc. cotton items)
requiring anti-allergic and hygienic washing at high temperature with an intensive and long
washing cycle. The high level of hygiene is ensured by the application of steam before the
programme, the long heating time and the additional rinsing step.
• This program has been tested by the British Allergy Foundation (Allergy UK) with
the 60°C option and has been certified effective in eliminating allergens,
bacteria and mould.
Allergy UK is a trademark of the British Allergy Foundation. The Seal of
Approval is created to guide people who require a recommendation on a

• Comforter
Use this program to wash your fiber duvets bearing the "machine washable" label.
Check that you have loaded the duvet correctly so as not to damage the machine and
the linen. Remove the duvet cover before loading the duvet into the machine. Fold the
duvet in half and load it into the machine. Load the duvet into the machine making sure
you have installed it so that it does not come into contact with the bellows or glass.
Also, use this program to wash your coats, vests, jackets, etc. down bag with "machine
washable" label.
VSAvoid loading more than 1 double fiber duvet (200 x 200 cm).
Avoid washing your duvets, pillows and other cotton laundry in the machine.
ATWARNING :Apart from duvets, avoid washing linen such as rugs, carpets, etc. in
your machine. If you do, you run the risk of permanently damaging the washing
machine.
• Spin+Drain
Use this function to spin clothes and drain water from the machine.
•Rinsing
Use this program when you want to rinse or starch separately.
•
•Curtain
You can use this program to wash your tulles and curtains. Place a small amount of
detergent in the main wash compartment, as the mesh texture of these cloths
promotes excessive sudsing. Thanks to the programme's special spin profile, tulles
and curtains crease less. Do not exceed the specified capacity when placing your
curtains in the machine, so as not to damage them.
VSWith this programme, it is advisable to use special detergents recommended for curtains in
the powder detergent compartment.
• Shirts
This program is used to simultaneously wash shirts made of cotton, synthetic fibers
and mixed fabrics. It eliminates creases. When the quick wash function key is pressed,
the pre-treatment algorithm is executed.
• Apply the chemical treatment product directly to your clothes or add
the detergent when the machine starts to take water from the powder
detergent compartment. So you'll get the same performance you get
when using a normal wash cycle in much less time. This program
increases the life of your shirts.
