IMPORTANT : Veuillez prendre connaissance des conseils d’utilisation (p.2) avant toute manipulation.
A) AFFICHAGE
B) REGLAGE DE L’HEURE
1. Tirer la couronne à son deuxième cran. L’aiguille des secondes cesse de tourner.
2. Tourner la couronne pour ajuster les aiguilles des heures et des minutes.
3. Repousser la couronne dans sa position normale. L’aiguille des secondes reprend sa course.
1. Tirez la couronne jusqu'à la 1ère position.
2. Tournez la couronne dans le sens antihoraire pour régler la date.
*Si la date est réglée entre 9:00 du soir et 1:00 du matin environ, elle peut ne pas changer le jour suivant.
3. Lorsque la date a été réglée, renfoncez la couronne jusqu'à sa position normale.
D) UTILISATION DU CHRONOGRAPHE
Ce chronographe est capable de mesurer et d’afficher le temps jusqu’à 59 minutes 59 secondes, par unités
de 1/4 de seconde minimum.
CHRONOMÉTRAGE
1. Appuyez sur le bouton « A » pour démarrer le chronographe.
2. Le chronographe peut être démarré et arrêté chaque fois que vous appuyez sur le bouton « A ».
3. Appuyez sur le bouton « B », le chronographe est réinitialisé et l’aiguille des minutes et la trotteuse du
chronographe retournent à Zéro.
RÉINITIALISATION DU CHRONOGRAPHE (Y COMPRIS APRÈS REMPLACEMENT DE LA PILE)
Effectuez cette procédure lorsque la trotteuse du chronographe ne reviennent pas à zéro.
1. Tirez la couronne jusqu’au 2è clic.
2. Appuyez une fois sur le bouton « A » pour placer la trotteuse du chronographe sur la position zéro.
* La trotteuse du chronographe peut être avancée rapidement en appuyant continuellement sur le bouton « A ».
3. Une fois les aiguilles placées sur la position zéro, réinitialisez le temps et ramenez la couronne en position normale.

CONSEILS D’UTILISATION
Afin de conserver votre montre dans les meilleures conditions, certaines règles d’utilisation doivent être respectées :
•Faire vérifier l’étanchéité de votre montre après chaque changement de pile.
•Pour les montres à couronne vissée, dévisser le remontoir avant tout réglage. Prenez soin de le revisser une fois les
manipulations terminées.
•Pour les montres à couronne vissée et pour certains chronographes à poussoirs vissés, vérifier leur position avant chaque
immersion et veiller à ce qu’ils soient serrés à fond.
•Ne jamais actionner les boutons ou la couronne si la montre est immergée ou mouillée.
•Eviter de laisser votre montre dans des endroits exposés à de fortes variations de température ou d’humidité, au soleil ou à
des champs magnétiques intenses.
•Si vous nagez en eau de mer, rincer votre montre à l'eau claire après utilisation.
•Eviter les chocs violents. En cas d’incident, faire immédiatement contrôler l’étanchéité de votre montre par un horloger.
•Ne jamais ouvrir la montre vous-même.
VALVE À HÉLIUM :
La valve à hélium permet aux atomes d'hélium qui auraient pénétrés dans une montre utilisée dans une cloche ou un caisson
de maintien en atmosphère saturée, de s'échapper durant la phase de décompression, écartant tout risque d'endommager
la montre. Veiller à avoir dévissé cette valve pendant la phase de retour à la pression atmosphérique.
CONDENSATION :
En cas de changement brusque de température, une légère condensation peut apparaître sous le verre de votre montre.
Cette buée disparaîtra d’elle-même etn’affecte pas le bon fonctionnement de la montre.
Si la condensation persiste, consulter votre horloger BEUCHAT.
RECYCLAGE DES PILES :
Les piles, les composants horlogers usagés ainsi que les montres électroniques ne doivent pas être jetés dans la poubelle mais
doivent, au contraire, être recyclés conformément aux lois nationales en vigueur. Il est notamment recommandé de les ramener
à votre point de vente le plus proche. BEUCHAT s’engage à recycler les piles qui sont remises à une collecte sélective.
Afin d’agir pour l’environnement, BEUCHAT utilise aussi souvent que possible des piles au lithium ne contenant ni mercure,
ni cadmium, donc moins polluantes.

CAUTION : Please carefully read the general using instructions (p.4) before using your watch.
A) DISPLAY
B) SETTING THE TIME
1. Pull the crown out to the 2nd position.
2. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands.
3. When the crown is pushed back to the normal position, small second hand begins to run.
1. Pull the crown out to the 1st position.
2. Turn the crown counter-clockwise to set the date.*If the date is set between the hours of around 9:00 PM and
1:00 AM, the date may not change on the following day.
3. After the date has been set, push the crown back to the normal position.
D) USING THE CHRONOGRAPH
This chronograph is able to measure and display time in 1/4 second united up to maximum of 59min 59sec.
MEASURING TIME WITH THE CHRONOGRAPH
1. Press button " A " to start the chronograph.
2. The chronograph can be started and stopped each time button "A" is pressed.
3. Press button "B" to reset the chronograph and chronograph minute and second hands return to their Zero positions.
CHRONOGRAPH RESET (INCL. AFTER REPLACING BATTERY)
This procedure shoud be performed when the chronograph second hand does not return to the Zero position.
1. Pull the crown out to the 2nd Click Position.
2. Press the button "A" once to set the chronograph second hand to the Zero position.
* The chronograph hand can be advanced rapidly by continuously pressing button "A".
3. Once the hands are set at Zero position, reset the time and return the crown to its normal position.

USING ADVICE:
To ensure that your watch operates with perfect precision for many years to come, we advise you to pay very careful attention to
the advice provided hereafter :
•Test your watch for water resistance after the battery change.
•For watches with a screw crown, unscrew the crown before using it. Make sure it is correctly screwed after any setting
•For watches with a screw crown and for few stop-watch with push-buttons, check their position before each immersion and
make sure they are completely tightened.
•To maintain water resistance, do not press any button while the watch is immersed in water.
•Do not leave it anywhere where it might be subjected to major variations in temperature (shower / bath) or humidity, in direct
sunlight or near strong magnetic fields.
•Always rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water.
•Avoid extreme shocks . Test your watch for water resistance after any problem.
•Never open your watch yourself.
HELIUM VALVE :
The helium valve meets the needs of divers who spend several days in hyperbaric chambers and breathe an extremely
helium-enriched gaseous mixture. The powerful pressure exercised on the helium reduces the size of its particles and enables
it to seep even more easily into the chronograph. When rising to the surface, the gas particles expand as the pressure decreases,
creating overpressure inside the piece. The helium valve is thus automatically activated to allow the gas to escape and prevent
any deterioration of the product.
CONDENSATION :
If the temperature changes suddenly, a slight condensation may appear under the crystal of your watch. This mist will disappear
by itself and will not affect the functioning of the watch. If the condensation persists, please see your official BEUCHAT dealer.
RECYCLING OF BATTERIES:
Used batteries, watch components and electronic watches should not be disposed in litters, but correctly recycled according to
local regulations. We recommend you to return such parts to your nearest dealer. BEUCHAT is committed recycling batteries.
They are given to a specialized company.
Beuchat tryes to use most often lithium battery (no mercury, no cadmium) in order to preserve the environment.
