packaging materials and parts from underneath the vehicle
body.
● Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain
lead and lead compounds (acids) chemicals known to the
USA to cause cancer, reproductive harm, and are toxic
and corrosive. Never open the battery.
● Body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing can get
caught in moving parts. Never place a body part near a
moving part or wear loose clothing while using the vehicle.
Always wear shoes when using the vehicle.
● Using the vehicle near streets, motor vehicles, drop-offs
such as: steps, water (swimming pools) or other bodies of

water, sloped surfaces, hills, wet areas, flammable vapors,
in alleys, at night or in the dark could result in an
unexpected accident. Always use the vehicle in a safe,
secure environment with continuous adult supervision.
● Using the vehicle in unsafe conditions such as snow, rain,
loose dirt, mud, sand or fine gravel may result in
unexpected action such as tip over and skidding, and
damage to the electrical system and battery.
● Using the vehicle in an unsafe manner. Examples include
but are not limited to:
a. Pulling the vehicle with another vehicle or similar device;
b. Allowing more than one rider;
c. Pushing the user from the back;
d. Traveling at an unsafe speed.
Always use common sense and safe practices when using the
vehicle.
This product contains or emits chemicals known to the USA to
cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Battery Sa ety Information
BATTERY WARNINGS

WARNING: Batteries may leak fluid that can cause chemical
burn injury or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage:
●Install batteries correctly, observing the polarity(+,-)signs to
avoid leakage.
● Do not mix old and new batteries.
● Do not mix different types of batteries: alkaline,
standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
● Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
● Remove batteries during long period of non-use. Always
remove exhausted batteries from the product.
● Battery leakage and corrosion can damage this product.
Dispose of batteries safely.
● Do not dispose of batteries in a fire. The batteries may
explode or leak.
● Never short circuit the battery terminals.
● If removable rechargeable batteries are used, they are only
to be charged under adult supervision.
● Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before
charging.
● When horn sound becomes front or stops, it’s time to replace
the batteries.
Using the Charger
The charger should be examined regularly for damage to the
plug, enclosure and other parts. In the event such damage has
occurred, the electric ride-on toy should not be charged until the
charger had been repaired by qualified personnel or replaced.
Use only the supplied, recommended charger.
● Always operate according to the caution when charging.
● The charger is not a toy and should be operated by an adult.
● Never operate the charger near flammable materials or liquids,
and operate the charger in well-ventilated areas.
● Disconnect the charger and unplug it from the electric ride-on
toy when it is not in use.
● Do not exceed there commended charging time.
● Always disconnect the charger from the electric ride-on toy
prior to wiping down or cleaning the electric ride-on toy with any
liquid.
Never modify or alter the electrical system. Alterations could
cause a fire or explosion resulting in serious injury or death and
could also ruin the electrical system.

Your new vehicle requires adult assembly.
Please set aside around 45 minutes for it.

to ensure that no parts are discarded.

Take out the rear protective jacket from the rear axle
•
Install the driving wheels on both sides. Make sure to
press the core cover while installing the wheels
•
Fasten the rabbet of the axle on the button placement
of the wheel
•
Release core cover and try to take the wheel out
from the axle. If the wheel cannot be taken out, this
means the wheels are stable
• Turn the vehicle over, and take out the front axle
protective jacket
•
Insert the washer, engaged wheels, and make sure the
wheels are stable. Make sure to press the core cover
while installing the wheels
•
Have the rabbet of axle fasten on the button placement
of the wheels
•
Release core cover and try to take the wheels out from
the axle. If the wheels cannot be taken out, this means
they are secured

3. Battery and Seat 4. Windshield
• Insert the windshield button placement into the rabbet
in front of the dashboard
• Locate the grey power plug inside the battery
compartment. Connect the power plug from the
vehicle to the battery
•
Unfasten the seat belt and insert the seat into the
body. Make sure the seat is in the correct position.
•
Turn the lock catch of seat to “unlock” icon and press
against it
•
Use a coin or a key to press the lock catch and turn to
“lock” icon to ensure it is already locked.

Place the digger on a horizontal position, take the Digger arm
out from the box
•
Connect the plugs (one end from digger arm, another end from
rotating device)
•
Insert the gear box of digger arm to rotating device
•
Inert the hydraulic rod to the rabbet of rotating device
•
Take machine screw (M8*134) and nut out from accessories
package
•
Insert the machine screw inside the fixed hole position between
the digger arm and rotating device, and fasten it with the nut
• Unscrew the machine screw from the steering wheel
handle and connect the steering wheel’s plug with the
body socket
•
Insert the handle hole of the steering wheel into the
steering shaft in a correct position (attn.: outside hole
position of steering wheel and dashboard must be in
the same direction, otherwise it will cause danger to
the wire)
•
Put the machine screw through the steering wheel’s
handle hole and tighten up.

• Insert 4 pcs of support bars into the holes of the
vehicle body according to letters A, B, C, D from
the roof
•
Insert the roof into the 4 pcs of support bars and
fasten them with 4pcs of M4X8 screws.

• Place the roof on a horizontal position, take rear
mirrors from the parts bag
•
Insert the rear mirror into rabbet of the roof
•
Fasten 2 pcs of 12PT screws
•
Insert 2pcs of AAA 1.5V battery into the battery
box of the roof, turn the light on using the on/off
switch underneath)

1. Power
Press the “Power” button, the vehicle will be powered up,
light will flash, and there will be start up sound. When the
“Power” button is pressed one more time, the power will
be off.
2. Forward
Switch to the“Forward”function, steps on the Gas pedal,
the vehicle will move forward, release the Gas pedal,
the vehicle will stop.
3. Backward
Switch to the“Backward”function, steps on the Gas edal,
the vehicle will move backward, release the Gas pedal,
the vehicle will stop.
4. Brake
While the vehicle is moving, release the Gas Pedal, the
vehicle will stop.
5. Turn left/ right
While the vehicle is moving, you can use the steering
wheel to turn left or right.
6. Sound Effects
(1) Horn Sound: Press the Horn button on steering wheel,
you can hear the Horn Sound.
(2) Press the other buttons on the steering wheel for
different sound effects: Warning Sound, Working Sound
and Idling Sound
(3) Volume control: Press”+”or“-”button, the volume will
increase or decrease.
7. MP3 Line in Jack
Play music with your own MP3 player using this line in jack.
Adjust volume when needed. Sound effects will be turned
off when MP3 is connected.
8. Seat belt
When a child is driving the vehicle, he/she should fasten
the seat belt.
9. Low power voice prompt
When the voltage voltage is getting low, there will be a low power
voice prompt to remind recharging the battery.
10. Speed Control
“Fast/ Slow” switch is on the dashboard. Control the Speed of the
vehicle using this switch.
11. Slow start
Press “Gas Pedal” to start moving, car will move slowly at the
beginning.
12. Digger Arm
Pull the ”Digger Arm rise / descend”switch forward, the Digger
Arm will descend. Pull the switch backward, the Digger Arm will rise.
13. Bucket arm
Pull the “Bucket arm rise outwards /fold inwards”switch forward,
the bucket arm will fold inwards.
Put the switch backward, the bucket arm will open outwards.
14. Digger Arm turn left/ right
Pull the“Digger Arm left/ right”switch to left, the Digger Arm
will turn left. Pull the switch to right, it will turn right.
15. Light
Press the light switch to turn the light on or off. If the light is off,
the running time will increase.
16. Suspension
The rear axle is equipped with suspension for a comfortable drive.
Attention:
Release the Gas pedal and make sure the car stops
completely before you switch between forward and reverse.
Otherwise the gearbox will be damaged.

BATTERY CHARGING
ATTENTION
1. Before Charging, ensure the power supply input complies with
the charger input, otherwise don’t use it.
2. Charging slot is on the right under the seat pad. To charge the
battery, insert the input plug to the socket, and then insert the
output plug into charging hole.
3.When you charge for the first time, the battery has to be
charged for 12 hours, but not more than 15 hours. After the first
charge, general charging time is 8 to 10 hours, but no more than
24 hours. After fully charged, unplug the charger and the vehicle
can be used.
1. The charging work must be operated by adults
2. The charger is not a toy, please don't let children to playwith,
and cannot be used for other purposes.
3. Before charging, check the status of shell and electric wire and
ensure they are in good conditions
4. When the battery runs out, please re-charge. It is unfavorable to
store it without electricity.
5. The battery would be damaged if discharged excessively. The
battery's positive electrode and negative electrode should be
connected in the correct way, else it will cause danger. Re-charge
it only with the charger provided.
6. If there is any abnormal situation appear when charging the
battery, pls check and stop using it until after repair .
7. If you do not use this product for a long time, please keep charge
the battery every three months.
8. Please remove the battery asap if it is damaged, and call back
in case of leakage.
9. When replacing the battery, open the seat pad, unscrew and
remove the old battery, and replace with a new one. Please connect
the positive and negative electrodes correctly.
10. Non-rechargeable batteries cannot be recharged. Please take
out the battery from the vehicle before charging. The charging
work should be handled by adults.
11. Please connect the battery electrodes correctly. Do not mix the
new and old batteries. If the battery runs out, please take it out from
the product..
12. Disconnect the power supply when cleaning the vehicle, and
the work must be performed under the supervision of adults
13. The vehicle should not be used by children under the age of 3.

BATTERY STORAGE
RE-CHARGE INTERVAL AND TIME
Important!
Check the battery and charger (supply cord, connector)
for damage before charging. Do not charge the battery if
damage has occurred. On average you need to charge the
battery between 8 and 12hrs. Do not charge the battery for
more than 20 hours. Failure to charge the battery as directed
could cause permanent damage to the battery and void the
warranty.
It is best to leave the battery in the battery compartment
when the vehicle is being stored for long periods.
Follow these guidelines if the battery is removed:
Store the battery where temperatures are between
32° F (0° C ) and 75° F (23.5° C). Store the battery
on a wood surface. Do not place the battery on cement
floors for extended period of time . This will result in
battery discharge. Wipe the battery clean with a dry
cloth prior to storage. Charge the battery once every
month for 8 to 12 hours.
Do not leave the battery connected in the vehicle for
long period of time while not being used. This may drain
the battery completely and cause permanent damage.
Disconnect the battery connectors from the battery when
the vehicle is not going to be used for a long time.
Damage to the battery may occur if it is drained completely.

4 Maintenance
Turn power "OFF" to disconnect power supply before
conducting any maintenance procedures.
BATTERY CARE AND DISPOSAL
Improper care for the battery will result in a
malfunctioning/defective battery, please refer to the
battery care instructions for details as follow :-
Do not store the battery in temperatures
above 75°F(23.5°C) or below 32°F(0°C).
This product contains sealed lead acid batteries which
must be disposed of or recycled in an environmentally
safe manner. Do not dispose of the batteries in your
household trash. Do not dispose of the batteries in a fire,
as the battery may explode or leak. The incineration,
disposal in land fill and/or placing sealed lead acid
batteries with household trash is prohibited by law in
most areas.
This product contains sealed lead acid batteries which
must be recycled in accordance with your local and
state laws. Please carefully read and understand the
following disposal instructions:
WARNING
If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid
and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. If acid comes
in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least
15 minutes . Never give emetics or induce vomiting.
Leaving the battery in a discharged condition will ruin it.
Take precautions to protect the surface on which you store
the battery.
Do not store the battery in temperatures above 75 °F(23.5°C)
or below 32°F(0 °C). Use 1 x 12 volt battery.
Remember to charge the new battery for at least 12 hours
before first use. Prevent the battery from moving freely inside
the battery compartment. Always use the battery retainer to
secure the battery in the battery compartment.
Examine the battery, charger and their connectors for
excessive wear of damage each time you charge the battery.
If damage is detected, do not use the charger or the battery
until you have replaced the warn or damaged part.
Return exhausted batteries to a state or
federal approved lead acid battery recycler or check
with your local retailer of vehicle batteries.

5. Warranty

Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as
wheels and the steering linkages.
Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a carpet to protect it from wet
weather.
Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and
heaters. Plastic parts may melt.
ADULT ONLY: Recharge the battery after each use. Recharge the
battery at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used.
DO NOT wash the vehicle with a hose. DO NOT wash the vehicle
with soap and water.
O NOT drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather. Water will
damaged the motor, electrical system and battery.
Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. To restore shine to plastic
parts, use a non wax furniture polish. DO NOT use car wax. DO NOT
use abrasive cleaners, or cleaners that contain ammonia or isopropyl
alcohol.
DO NOT drive the vehicle in loose dirt, sand or fine gravel, which
could damage the moving parts, motors or electric system.
CAUTION:Charge the battery before storing your vehicle, otherwise
the battery will be damaged.

MAINTAINING YOUR VEHICLE
Warranty and customer service information provided in
this manual only apply within the United States and
Canada.
All Beyond Infinity vehicles are covered by a ninety day
warranty against defects in materials or workmanship
starting from the date of purchase from an authorized
retailer.
The warranty protects the Beyond Infinity vehicle which
has been used under normal circumstances, solely for
the purpose for which it was intended and has been
properly cared for and maintained. The warranty does
not cover any damage caused by the customer, damage
which is the result of normal wear and tear, damage from
any alterations made by the customer or damage caused
by any use for an unintended purpose.
You must keep the original purchase receipt for warranty
registration and claims, and must inspect the vehicle
upon purchase for any defects or missing parts.

6 Troubleshooting Guide
The thermal fuse may “trip” and shut down
operation of the vehicle if the vehicle is
overloaded or the driving conditions are too
severe.Once a fuse has “tripped”, set the
power switch to the “OFF” position, release the
foot pedal, and wait approximately 2 minutes
before operating the vehicle again. To avoid
repeated automatic shutdowns, do not
overload the vehicle by exceeding the 66 lb
maximum weight capacity or by towing
anything behind the vehicle. Do not drive up
hills or run into fixed objects, which can cause
the wheels to stop spinning while power is still
being supplied to the motors.

Check all wires and connectors. Make sure the
battery connector is tightly plugged into the
control module connector and that there are no
loose wires around the motor. If your battery is
old or if you have not followed Battery Care
instructions, your battery may be dead.
Replace only with one original 12 Volt
battery. Do not use non-original substitute
parts.
