To ensure better performance of your ebike, please read through the
C500LCD product introduction carefully before using it. We will inform
you all the details concisely（including hardware installation, setting and
normal use of the display）when using our display. Meanwhile, the
introductionwillalsohelpyousolvepossibleconfusionandmalfunction.
Please note: there are differences between different models so some
featuresmayvarybetweencontrollerversions.

C500BproductsaremadeofblackABSmaterialandthebracketismade
ofnylonmaterial.Underthetemperatureof20to60℃,theshell
materialcanensurenormalusageandgoodmechanicalperformanceof
theproducts.

C500B has four buttons including ON/OFF、SET、UP and

level、batteryindicatorasshowinfigbelow.PressSETtoswitchthe
displayinformation.Inturnshows:ODO,tripdistanceandtriptime.
NORMALOPERATION
Pleasenote:therearedifferencesbetweendifferentmodelssosomefeaturesmayvarybetween
controllerversions.
1.ON/OFF
HoldON/OFFandstartthedisplay.Thedisplaywillprovidepower
forthecontroller.HoldON/OFFagaincanopenthebacklight.With
displayon,pressON/OFFfor3secondstoturnoffthepower.Withthe
displayoff,thereisnobatteryconsumptionbatterypower.Theleakage
currentisnomorethan2µA.
※ Thepanelwillgotosleepwhenthespeedis0km/hfor5minutes.
2. CURRENTDISPLAY
Thatrepresentsthedischargingcurrentofthecontrollercurrently,each
markis2A,sixsegmentsis>=12A.
3. RIDINGMODESELECTION
Therearethreemodesforridingwitharrowselection,includingPOWER
，NORMALandECO.ThedefaultoptionisNORMAL.
4.SPEEDDISPLAY
Thespeeddisplayisasbelow，andusercanselectKM/HorMPHin
SET4.
5.KM/H&MPH
SelectKM/HorMPHforthespeedandmileage,displaywillbetothe
currentlyselectedunitsdisplay.
6. BACKLIGHTINDICATOR
Withthepoweron,clicktheON/OFFandturnonthebacklight.Clickit
againandturnoffthebacklight.
※Iftheebikehasheadlight,thecontrollerwillturnon/offtheheadlight
atthesametimeofthebacklighton/off(withoutthisfunctionbydefault

HoldtheDOWNfor2secondstogetin6kmPASwork,andwithyour
handoff,the6kmPASworkisreleased.Thedisplayisasbelow.

8.PASLEVELSELECTION
Click UP or DOWN to change the stages and output power ratio, the
default mode is mode 6 and it’s output power range from level 1 to level 6
(mode3andmode9canbecustomized),thedefaultvalueislevel1.
9.ERRORCODEINDICATOR
If there is something wrong with the electronic control system, the
display will flash at 1 HZ and show the error code automatically. See the
lastpageErrorcodetablefordetails.
※ Displayreturntonormalonlyafterproblembeingfixedandebike
willnotrunbeforefixingtheproblem.
10.SETOPERATION
Hold the SET for 2 seconds and enter into the setting interface, then
Number 8 is lighting, the display will flash at 1 HZ. Click the SET to
cycle from 0 to 4 setting interface, press UP or DOWN to select the
wantedparameter,andholdtheSETfor1secondtoexit.

Themaxspeedis25km/hforthedefault,usercanmodifythevalueOf
maxspeed,whentheridingspeedexceedsthesetvalue,thecontroller
willstopsupplyingpowertotheebike,inordertoensurethesafetyof
rider.
Themaxspeedvaluerangefrom20km/hto40km/h.Themaxspeed
displaysinspeeddisplayarea.

11. DISTANCEINDICATOR
Withthedisplayon,pressSETtoswitchthedisplayinformation,inturn
shows:ODO,tripdistance.
11.1ODO
The ODO records the driving mileage from using, the
accumulatedvaluecannotbecleared.
11.2Tripdistance
Trip distance is resetted by hand in the SET 1 interface.（when
the riding mileage >=500km, it will be resetted automatically. The
valuewillbeaccumulatedwithoutresetting.）
11.3Remainingdistance(thedefaultisno)
Thisfunctionneedtobecustomized.
12.TRIPTIMEINDICATOR
Theridingtimeparameterisautomaticallyresetaftershutdown.
13.BATTERYINDICATOR
13.1Batteryresidualcapacityindicator
The battery frame have five segments, each segment represent 20%
battery capacity. When the battery capacity is full, the five battery
segments are all light. In low battery, the outside edge of the battery
frame will flash. It indicates that the battery is severely low and needs
toberechargedimmediately.

A：Checkingtheconnectorthatbetweendisplayandcontroller.

A：Fix it to the maintenance place immediately. If cannot be
resolved, you can go to the electric vehicle repair points repair it in
atimelymanner.
