1. Assemble Cart Sides (A) to Horizontal Bars (B) using the 5/16” Hex Bit (K) and
1/2” Button Head Cap Screws (J). See Figure 1.
2. Install Brace Brackets (E) to Brace (D) with 5/16” X 1 1/2” Hex Bolts (G), 5/16” Lock Washers (I)
and 5/16” Hex Nuts (H). Leave hardware finger tight at this time. See Figure 1.
3. Attach Brace assembly to Cart Sides (A) with 5/16” X 1” Carriage Bolts (F), 5/16” Lock Washers
(I) and 5/16” Hex Nuts (H). Tighten all hardware. See Figure 1.
4. Install Casters (C) into the bottom of Cart Sides (A). See Figure 1.
5. Load all of your post padding on the top rack of the storage system. Knot one end of Bungee Cord
Stock (M), slide one Bungee Cord Hook (L) tight to knot. Attach Bungee Cord Hook (L) to one end
of Cart Side (A). Drape bungee assembly over post padding to the other side of Cart Side (A) just
enough to take the slack out and cut to length. Slide Bungee Cord Hook (L) onto Bungee Cord Stock
(M) and knot to complete assembly. NOTICE! Do not over stretch Bungee Cord Stock (M),
damage to post padding could occur. Repeat process on the other end of storage system.
