1. Introduction
The Bluetooth Headset offers users a unique, wireless experience using Bluetooth wireless
technology. It is a model of efficiency, offering hands-free, wireless connections between most
Bluetooth enabled phones. The headset’s compact over-the-ear style adds convenience and comfort.
The headset is Bluetooth v1.2 compliance. Itis backward compatible with audio devices with v1.1 or
earlier. Its operation range is up to 10 meters (open space); operating power mode is Class 2 (0-
4dBm). Its operating duration is up to 9-hour talk-time and more than 240-hour of standby-time. This
user’s guide provides more detail.
♦Bluetooth Wireless Technology
Bluetooth is a specification for short-range radio links between mobile computers, mobile phones,
digital cameras, and other portable devices. The radio operates on the globally available 2.45 GHz
ISM 'free band', allowing users to use "Bluetooth"-enabled equipment worldwide. The Bluetooth
devices communicate within a maximum of 10 meters; and do not need to be in line of sight.

♦Wearing the Bluetooth Headset
The compact over-the-ear Headset is designed to fit
the ear comfortably. The ear hook is inserted into
the rubber stub that allows left/right movement and
outward adjustment for proper fitting. For added
comfort, rubberized ear-hook is adjustable to fit the
curvature of the ear.
After optimal adjustment, slide the ear hook gently
over the ear. Then tilt the microphone towards the
mouth as shown below.

♦Charging the Headset
The Bluetooth headset has a built-in rechargeable Li-Polymer battery. It is recommendable to charge the
battery fully prior to first time using thedevice.
Nominal Charging
a. Connect the adaptor toan AC wall outlet and thecharging jack to headset charging socket.
b. The Red indicator light is displayed during charging. It takes up to 2.5 hours to charge the battery
fully.
c. The Red indicator light will turnoff when fully charged. Disconnect the charging adaptor from AC
wall outlet and the headset.
d. The headset is operational during charging.
Important! Charging indication will be delayed if the headset has not been used for a long duration or
the battery is fully drained.
Low Battery
Under normal usage condition, the fully charged battery can operate up to 9-hour of talk time and up to
240-hour of standby time. During on state, when the battery power runninglow, the headset beeps once
every minute and Red indicator flashes every 4 seconds. Put the headset on charge as describe above;
else the headset will shutdown when voltage fallbelow operating voltage.
Changing the battery
The built-in battery is replaceable at the service center. If the operating time is noticeably shorter than
nominal duration stated, it is time to replace the battery. Please contact your localdealer to provide the
service.

♦Turning the Headset On and Off
To turn on: press and hold theMFB for 2 seconds; the headset emits medley tone and Blue indicator
flashes 3 times. The flashing continues once every 4 seconds after the headset goes to standby mode.
To turn off: press and hold the MFB for5 seconds; the headset emits medley tone and Red indicator
flashes 3 times.

♦Set up for first time use with the Phone
Prior to using the headset for first time use with a Bluetooth-enabled phone; both devices have to be
paired. The following information describes a typical pairing procedure between a headset and a
Bluetooth-enabled phone. However, the pairing procedure may subject to different makes and
models of the phones.
Pairing the Headset and Bluetooth-enabled Phone
a. Place the headset and phone close to each other; say within 1-meter.
b. Make sure that the phone and headset are both ON.
c. Prepare the headset in pairing mode: press and hold MFB and Vol- (2 seconds) until
Red and Blue indicators flash alternately.
Important! Headset stays in pairing mode for about 2 minutes.
d. Prepare the Phone in pairingmode: refer to phone’s user guide for detail. Pairing
procedure may subject to different makes and models.
Enter the Bluetooth menu on thephone and enables the Bluetooth function. Enter the
submenu to set the phone in search for Bluetooth devices; activates the search.
The phone searches for Bluetooth enabled devices within 10 meters range and lists all on
its display. “Bluetooth” should appear; else repeats pairing procedure.
e. Select “Bluetooth” from the list.
f. Enter the passcode “0000” and enter “OK” to pair the headset and phone.When pairing
completes, the headset Blue indicator blinks (3 times) rapidly; then connects with phone.
If both devices fail to pair or not pair within the time limit (2 minutes), a long low beep emits.
Headset goes to standby state. Returns to pairing procedure (c.) if necessary.
g. Return the phone to main menu. Some phone models show a headset icon on the display.
The Blue indicator flashes every 4 seconds on a paired headset. The headset is on
standby mode, awaiting to make or receive calls.
♦Connecting the Headset and Phone
Once paired, both theheadset and phone will connect to each other automatically when switch ON
and within (10 meters) range. Ensure Bluetooth feature is enabled on the phone.
Important! If both devices do not connect under nominal condition, the headset pairing list may be
full. The headset can store up to 8 phones at any instant. If the problem persists, contact your local
dealer.

♦Disconnecting the headset and Phone
When not using the headset and Phone, it can be disconnected as follows:
a. Switch off the headset.
b. Disconnect the headset or switch off the Bluetooth function in the phone.
c. Distance the headset and phone more than 10 meters apart.
3. Using the Headset
Unless stated, all Bluetooth models support the following features listed.
♦Making Call
Dialing from the Phone: Make calls on the phone in normal ways.
Voice Dialing from the Headset: If the phone supports voice dialing, simply toggle the MFB on the
headset once. When the beep toneis heard, say the desired name (voice tag).
Redialing the Last Dialed Number: When no call in progress, hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
♦Answering Call
To answer a call, wait for the headset ring tone, then press the MFB to accept call; or answer call via
phone in the normal way.
♦Rejecting Call
To reject an incoming call, wait for the headset ring tone, then hold the MFB for 2 seconds.
♦Ending Call
To end an active call, press the MFB to drop the call; or end call via phone in the normal way.
♦Transferring Call
To transfer active call from headset to phone and vice verse, hold Vol+ for 5 seconds. May differ from
makes and models; check out the function in phone.

♦Mute Call
To mute/un-mute the headset, press both the MFB and Vol+ once.
♦Holding Call
To hold an active call, press and hold Vol- for 2 seconds. When holding call, you may answer
another incoming call or make another call from phone. To re-activate the call, press and hold
Vol- for 2 seconds.
♦Call Waiting
To answer an incoming call during an active call, press and hold Vol- for 2 seconds. This will
put the active call on waiting; while answer the second incoming call.
♦Call Swapping
To swap between 2 active calls, press and hold Vol- for 2 seconds.
♦Call Conference
To have all active calls in conference, press and hold Vol+ for 2 seconds.
♦Adjusting Headset Volume
Press the Vol+ to increase or the Vol- to decrease the volume to desire level. The headset
volume will increase/decrease in step.
♦Low Battery Indication
When low battery level occurs, the headset beeps once every minute and Red indicator flashes
every 4 seconds.

4. Safety Information
♦Check for any exception, due to local laws and limitation, in usage of Bluetooth devices.
♦Ensure attention and focus, when using headset while driving.
♦Use only adaptor approved for use with this particular device. The use of any other types will invalidate

♦Keep the headset and accessories out of reach from children.
♦Turn off the headset prior to boarding an aircraft. Do not use the headset in an aircraft.
♦Observe all signs in designated areas that may prohibit the use of electronics or RF equipments.
These could include hospitals, patrol stations, laboratories, potentiallyexplosive surroundings and etc.
5. Care and Maintenance
♦Do not attempt to open the headset, only the authorized service partners should perform the service.
Please check with your local dealer.
♦Do not expose the headset to extreme high or low temperatures.
♦Do not expose the headset to liquid, moisture or humidity; it is not waterproof.
♦Do not expose the headset to dusty and dirty environment; moving parts may be clogged and prevent
proper usage.
♦Do not dispose the headset to fire; may result in explosion.
♦Do not dispose or store the headset in high heat. High temperature may shorten the life of electronic
components, damage battery, deform plastic parts.
♦Do not use harsh cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean the headset. Only use a soft damp
cloth to clean theheadset.
♦Do not throw, drop or knock the headset; Rough handling can damage the headset.
♦Do keep the headset in proper storage, dry place,free from dust and extreme temperatures when not
in use.

6. Troubleshooting
If the headset is unable to operate properly; for example unable to power on, unable to pair/connect
to the phone and etc, please try the following:
♦Ensure the battery is properly charged; fully drained battery may take a while to charge up.
♦Ensure the headset and /or the phone is tuned on.
♦Ensure the headset is paired to the phone; refer to pairing procedure.
♦Ensure the Bluetooth feature on the phone is activated;and connected to the headset.
♦Ensure both theheadset and phone is within 10 metersoperating range. There are no
obstructions or hazards in between.
♦Ensure the phone list on the headset is not full (up to 8 phones).
♦Ensure the phonehas the latest or firmware is not corrupted; send phone for firmware update.
♦Power off and on the devices if the above stepsdo not solve the problem.
If problem persist after taken all above steps, send the headset to authorized service center. Check
with the local dealer.

♦佩戴 蓝牙耳机
紧凑的耳戴式耳机被设计得可舒适地戴在耳
朵上。将耳钩插入橡胶轴从而使其可以左右
里外调节至合适。为了更加舒适,您可以调
整橡胶耳钩的弯曲度使其适合耳朵佩戴。
当调整好后,在耳朵上轻轻地滑动耳钩,
直到麦克风方向朝向嘴边,如下图所示。

◆耳机充电
蓝牙耳机内置一个可充电的锂离子电池。建议在初次使用前首先给电池充满电。
正常充电
a. 把直流电源适配器插入交流市电插座,并将直流输出插头插入耳机充电插孔。
b. 红色指示灯显示充电中。充满电池需要 2.5小时。
c. 电池充满后红色指示灯会有熄灭。断开充电插头并从市电插座断开电源适配器。
d. 耳机在工作中可进行充电。
注意!如果长时间没有使用耳机或电池被完全放电,充电指示会延迟。
电池低压
在正常使用条件下,充满电的电池可有 9小时的通话时间和 240小时的待机时间。在开通
的状态,当电池电量变低,耳机会每 1分钟发出一次“滴”声且红灯每 4秒闪烁一次。如
上所述将耳机充电,否则当电压低于工作电压时则耳机会关机。
更换电池
内置电池可在服务中心更换。如果工作时间明显短于正常情况,应更换电池。请向您当地
的经销商查询此项服务。
警告!某一产品只能使用指定电池。使用其它型号电池会使认证和质量保证失效并可能造
成危险。
♦开启/关闭耳机
开启: 按住 MFB 键2秒钟;耳机发出混合音并且蓝色指示灯闪烁 3次。耳机进入待机模式
后每 4秒闪烁持续一次。
关机:按住 MFB 键5秒钟;耳机发出混合音并且红色指示灯闪烁 3次。

◆首次与电话共同使用时的设置
蓝牙耳机与支持蓝牙的电话共同使用之前,两个设备必须对码。以下信息说明一个
典型的在耳机与蓝牙手机之间进行配对的过程,然而,对码过程也会因手机制造商
和型号的不同而不同。
蓝牙耳机与支持蓝牙的手机配对
a. 请将耳机和手机彼此靠近,比如说 1米以内。
b. 确定手机和耳机都处于开机状态。
c. 将耳机置于对码模式:同时按住 MFB 和Vol-(2秒)直到蓝灯闪三次松开,然后
红色和蓝色指示灯将 交替闪烁。
注意!耳机配对模式会持续大约 2分钟。
d. 将手机置于对码模式:详细内容,请参阅手机的用户手册,对码过程会因手机
厂商和型号而有所不同。
进入手机的蓝牙菜单且激活蓝牙功能。进入子菜单设置手机搜索蓝牙设备;激
活搜索。
手机搜索 10米范围内的蓝牙设备并且在屏幕上列出所有设备。如果找到
Bluetooth后列表中会出现“Bluetooth”,否则重复对码过程。
e. 从列表中选中 “Bluetooth” 。
f. 输入密码“0000”且输入“OK”去配对耳机和手机。当对码完成后,耳机的蓝色指
示灯会快速闪烁(三次),耳机就链接上手机。
如果两个设备均配对失败或无法在限定时间内配对(两分钟),喇叭会有长的
“B”声发出,耳机为待机。如果要重新配对需返回到步骤( c)开始操作。
g. 返回到手机的主菜单。一些型号的手机会显示耳机的图标在屏幕上。配对后的
耳机,蓝色指示灯会每 4秒闪烁一次。此时处于待机模式,等待接收呼叫。

♦连通耳机和手机
在配对后,当开机后并处于一定距离内(10米)耳机和手机会自动彼此通讯。要确保手
机上的蓝牙功能被激活。
注意!如果在正常条件下双方均没有连通,耳机配对清单也许已满。耳机可以存储最多 8
个手机。如果问题继续存在,联系您当地的经销商。
♦断开耳机和手机
当不使用耳机和手机时,可按以下步骤断开连接:
a. 关闭耳机
b. 断开耳机或关闭手机的蓝牙功能
c. 将耳机与手机的距离间隔至 10米以上
3. 耳机的使用方法
除注明外,本蓝牙耳机支持下面所列出的功能。
♦打电话
从手机拨号:按常规方式用手机打电话。
用耳机语音拨号:如果手机支持语音拨号,简单地按动耳机的 MFB键一次。当听到
“B”声,说出需要的名字(语音标签)。
重拨最后一组号码:当没有通话时,按住 MFB键2秒。
♦接听
要接听,等听到耳机的响铃时,按 MFB键一次接听电话或按一般方法通过手机接
听。

♦拒绝接听
要拒绝接听电话,等听到耳机的响铃时,按住 MFB 键2秒。
♦结束通话
要结束通话,按 MFB键一次切断通话;或按一般方法通过手机结束通话。
♦呼叫转移
要从耳机到手机转移一个呼叫或反之,按住 Vol+ 键5秒,此功能因制造商和机
型有不同,请查看手机的功能说明。
♦静音(对方听不到你的声音)
同时按住 MFB 和Vol+ 键一次,要取消静音也同时按住 MFB和Vol+ 键一次。
♦暂停通话
要暂停一个正在进行的通话,按住 Vol- 2 秒.在暂停通话中,你可以应答其它打
进来的电话或拨打另一个电话。要返回这个通话,按住 Vol- 2 秒。
♦呼叫等待
在通话过程中要接听另一个电话,按住 Vol- 2秒。这个操作可以将正在进行的
通话转到等待状态,然后接听第二个电话。
♦呼叫切换
在两个正在进行的通话间切换,按住 Vol- 2秒。
♦电话会议
要激活全部通话,按住 Vol+ 2秒.
♦调节耳机音量
按Vol+增大音量或按 Vol- 减小音量到需要的水平。耳机的音量会按级增大或减
小。
♦电池低压指示
当电池电压低时,耳机每分钟发出一次提示音,且每 4秒红灯闪亮。

♦飞机降落前关闭蓝牙耳机。在飞机上不要使用蓝牙耳机。
♦在特定区域观察所有可能禁用电子及射频设备标记。这些区域可能包括医院,巡逻
站,实验室,有潜在爆炸危险环境等。

5. 保养和维护
♦不要试图拆开耳机,只有授权的服务人员可以进行维修。请联系当地的经销
商。
♦不要将耳机暴露于极高或极低的温度中。
♦不要将耳机暴露于液体,湿气中;耳机不防水。

6. 故障排除
如果耳机不能正常工作,例如不能开机,不能配对/接通电话等,请尝试下列方法:
♦确定电池被正确充电;完全放电的电池可能需要较长时间充电。
♦确定耳机和支持蓝牙的手机开机。
♦确定耳机与手机配对;参看配对流程。
♦确定手机的蓝牙功能被激活;并且连通到耳机。
♦确定耳机和手机在 10米的工作范围内。它们之间没有障碍物或阻隔。
♦确定耳机上的手机列表没有满(最多 8个手机)。
♦确保手机的固件没有损坏或使用最新版本的固件;更新手机的固件。
♦若以上步骤不能解决问题,请关机。
