Self Recording Tap Light
Hidden Camera With Built-in DVR
Set System Time
The built-in DVR will record the time (year-month-date
hour: minute: second) in the recorded les, and the time
will be shown during playback. Setting the time correctly
is as follows:
1. Edit a .TXT le, as: “2009-02-01 10:08:08” This would
be the current time, check carefully and make sure the
format is correct.
2. Name the TXT le “usercong.txt”
3. Connect the DVR-tap light to your computer, copy
“usercong.txt” to the root folder of the DVR-Tap Light.
4. Remove the Tab Light from the computer, power o
the DVR-Tab Light, then power on, now the time will be
changed.
5. When complete, the system will save the time auto-
matically.

Set up To View
1. Connect the DVR-Tab Light to your computer using the USB
Cable
2. Wait until your computer nds the hardware
3. Double click the hardware icon and open the le with date
4. Choose the video le and open it with quicktime
5. When you nished watching, safely remove the hardware
from your computer
6. No extra software installation needed!
1. To start: Connect the USB Cable to the DVR-Tab Light and
the computer to charge. For rst time use, charge the de-
vice for 12 hours for the best battery life.
2. To record: Hold the “RECORD“ Button for 2 seconds and
release; wait 10 seconds for green light to turn on. When
the green light is on, the DVR has been activated.
3. To save the data: Hold the “RECORD“ button for 5 sec-
onds til the green light to shut o to save the le, other-
wise the DVR will save the le automatically every 1.5 hour
up to 8 hours. Be aware, all the data will be lost AFTER you
click the “RESET“ button.
4. Power o: Click the ”RESET” button to shut down the
DVR-Tab Light.

!Under certain circumstances, your computer might not recognize the DVR-Tab Light when you connect them
through the USB cable. To solve the problem, press the“RESET“button again, and wait until your computer
start to run the device.
