2.1. Unpacking
For the process of unpacking and installing your barbecue the presence of at least two people
will be needed. In this way it ensures that you can unpack and remove the barbecue from the
transportation pallet.
Follow these steps:
1. Remove the plastic clamps and open the wooden box that protects your barbecue. With the help
of another person unload it from the pallet with care.
2. Install the two mounting brackets for the volcanic stones supporting them as shown in the illus-
tration. No additional tool is needed to perform this operation. You can remove these brackets
and clean them whenever you want.
3. Install the two trays for liquids. You have to place them across the width of the grid, at the
ends. There is an area with guides for support. You can remove these brackets and clean them
whenever you want. Note the following illustration.
4. Handle your stones carefully! Contact with hard surfaces before, during, or after installation may
crack or develop hairline fractures in the stones. These fractures may expand over time and lead
to product failure.
5. Check the stones to be sure they are in perfect conditions. Put the three stones (for BG01 model,
and six for the BG02 model) on the brackets that you have previously installed.
6. 3ODFHWKHWZRJULOOVRQWKHEUDFNHWV\RXȇOOȴQGMXVWDERYHWKHEUDFNHWVIRUOLTXLGWUD\V
Remember it is mandatory putting the stones into the grill before to light your barbecue.
2.2. Connecting
It is very important that before you light your barbecue you have followed these instructions:
ȏCheck both inside and outside, and be sure that all is in the correct position as described above.
ȏRemove all traces of plastic or cardboard packaging.
ȏClean the entire grill thoroughly with hot, soapy water. This is necessary to remove residual
solvents, oil and grease used in the manufacturing process. The grates should also be thoroughly
cleaned in the same manner.
ȏConnect the power cord to the connector placed on the right side of the barbecue (remember
that it requires a 110 Volt 60Hz 5amp, 3 prong grounded plug).

4. How it works?
4.1. Automatic grilling
Your Boneless Grill uses the “SELF COMBUSTION SYSTEM” (SCS), a
unique system to auto regulate the temperature inside the grill. Two
main components are involved in this process:
ȏA motorized steel auger that delivers the pellets to the burn gate at
GLHUHQWVSHHGVDFFRUGLQJWKHQHHGVDWHDFKPRPHQW
ȏA combustion fan that increases or decreases intensity automatically
The work of these two elements archives the desired temperature with
PLQLPDOȵXFWXDWLRQ
7KHQDWXUDOFOHDQVPRNHȵDYRUSURGXFHGE\WKHEXUQLQJSHOOHWVDQG
the air circulating throughout the cooking area all combine to give you
WKHVDYRU\ȵDYRUWKDWLVXQLTXHWRSHOOHWJULOOVDQGZLOOZLQ\RXUDYH
reviews each time you use it.
4.2. Grill Stones
The system consists of the combination of grill and volcanic stones
ZKLFKFDQEHDGMXVWHGLQKHLJKWWRFRRNLQWKUHHGLHUHQWPRGHV
ȏIndirect heat: Foods are cooked slowly through the ambient
temperature of the grill. The stone acts as a diffuser distributing
heat throughout the barbecue as evenly as possible. The recom-
mended cooking modes are: Smoke, Smoke + and Recipes.
ȏDirect heat: Food is cooked by direct heat from the cooking
chamber, which remains open due to the high temperature of the
stone. Recommended cooking Mode: Turbo. Use this mode for
food that needs less than 25 minutes of preparation.
ȏCooking stone: The food is placed directly on the stone. This
is used to cook more healthy foods or for food that could slip
through a traditional barbeque grate. Allowed cooking modes are:
Turbo and Recipes.
Ʌ
TIP: If the barbecue
doesn’t have enough
pellets in the hopper
then an alert message
will appear on the
touch screen.
TIP: To keep the
stones clean and in
good condition, just
flip them
every time you cook.
Direct heat is the most
natural way to clean a
volcanic stone, leaving
the surface perfectly
clean for the next use.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
A few simple steps will ensure that your Boneless Grill will give you many years of service with
minimal effort.
Stainless Steel Surfaces
Stainless Steel surfaces can be cleaned with a soft cloth
and stainless steel polish.

across the surface. It is easy and quick.
Grease Screws
At the bottom of the barbecue you can find three screws
that collect fat. Use a coin to turn them until you will be
able to extract them. For the different holes we can expel
fat, ashes or remains of food that can become deposited
on the bottom of the combustion chamber.
Cooking Grates
Use a wire brush to clean your cooking grates every time you
cook to provide years of durability.
Cooking Chamber
Brush off ash accumulation as needed. Use the Grease
Screws as described above.
Liquid Trays
Extract the liquid trays (they are made of Stainless Steel).
You only need to wash them with soap and running wa-
ter. The 316 Marine Grade guarantees that they never
will be rusty.
Multi-Level Support Stones

Stones
Remember you don’t need to clean the stones. Every time
you finish cooking you only have to flip them over. The
next time you will cook the food remains from the previ-
ous cooking will be cleaned naturally.
IMPORTANT: Remember that you should only manipu-
late the stones when they are cool and the barbecue is

Firebox and Hood
Because the firebox is used to channel the fan-forced air into the burn grate, there is very little
maintenance to be done in this area. Occasionally, you may either vacuum or brush out any
build-up of ash or burn debris that has fallen below the burn grate. Brush off ash accumulation
as needed.
Igniter
Resistance is accessible from the bottom of the barbecue, just below the pellet hopper. To
get there we have to remove four screws that hold a security grid. We recommend cleaning it
once a year to ensure proper function. If you have any problem, please contact the technical
service of Boneless Grills.
Hopper
If the grill is stored outside during the rainy season, care should be taken to ensure that
water does not get into the pellet hopper. Wood pellets, when wet, expand greatly and will
jam you Auger.
