GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Work area safety
1. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluered or dark areas invite accidents.
2. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of ammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may
ignite the dust or fumes.
3. Keep children and bystanders away while operang a power tool. Distracons can cause you to lose control.
Electrical Safety
1. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodied
plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric shock.
2. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your
body is earthed or grounded.
3. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet condions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
4. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts.
Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
5. When operang a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric
shock.
6. If operang a power tool in a damp locaon is unavoidable, use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric
shock.
7. Power tools can produce electromagnec elds (EMF) that are not harmful to the user. However, users of pacemakers and other similar medical devices
should contact the maker of their device and/or doctor for advice before operang this power tool.
Personal Safety
1. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operang a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are red or under the inuence
of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal injury.
2. Use personal protecve equipment. Always wear eye protecon. Protecve equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat or hearing
protecon used for appropriate condions will reduce personal injuries.
3. Prevent unintenonal starng. Ensure the switch is in the o-posion before connecng to power source and/or baery pack, picking up or carrying the tool.
Carrying power tools with your nger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
4.Remove any adjusng key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key le aached to a rotang part of the power tool may result in
personal injury.
5. Do not overreach. Keep proper foong and balance at all mes. This enables beer control of the power tool in unexpected situaons.
6. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair and clothing away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.
7. If devices are provided for the connecon of dust extracon and collecon facilies, ensure these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collecon
can reduce dust-related hazards.
8. Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become complacent and ignore tool safety principles. A careless acon can cause severe
injury within a fracon of a second.
9. Always wear protecve goggles to protect your eyes from injury when using power tools. The goggles must comply with EN 166 in Europe.
It is an employer's responsibility to enforce the use of appropriate safety protecve equipments by the tool operators and by other persons in the immediate
working area.
Power tool use and care
1. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your applicaon. The correct power tool will do the job beer and safer at the rate for which
it was designed.
2. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and o. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
3. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the baery pack, if detachable, from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such prevenve safety measures reduce the risk of starng the power tool accidentally.

4. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instrucons to operate the power tool.
Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
5. Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the
power tool’s operaon. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
6. Keep cung tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cung tools with sharp cung edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Use the power
tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instrucons, taking into account the working condions and the work to be performed. Use of the
power tool for operaons dierent from those intended could result in a hazardous situaon.
7. Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control
of the tool in unexpected situaons. When using the tool, do not wear cloth work gloves which may be entangled. The entanglement of cloth work gloves in
the moving parts may result in personal injury.
8. Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control
of the tool in unexpected situaons.
9. When using the tool, do not wear cloth work gloves which may be entangled. The entanglement of cloth work gloves in the moving parts may result in
personal injury.
Baery tool use and care
1. Recharge only with the charger specied by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of baery pack may create a risk of re when used with
another baery pack.
2. Use power tools only with specically desig nated baery packs. Use of any other baery packs may create a risk of injury and re.
3. When baery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make
a connecon from one terminal to another. Shorng the baery terminals together may cause burns or a re.
4. Under abusive condions, liquid may be ejected from the baery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, ush with water. If liquid con- tacts eyes,
addionally seek medical help. Liquid baery may cause irritaon or burns.
5. Do not use a baery pack or tool that is damaged or modied. Damaged or modied baeries may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulng in re, explosion
or risk of injury.
6. Do not expose a baery pack or tool to re or excessive temperature. Exposure to re or temperature above 130 °C may cause explosion.
7. Follow all charging instrucons and do not charge the baery pack or tool outside the temperature range specied in the instruc- ons. Charging improperly
or at temperatures outside the specied range may damage the baery and increase the risk of re.
Service
1. Have your power tool serviced by a qualied repair person using only idencal replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.
2. Never service damaged baery packs. Service of baery packs should only be performed by the manufacturer or authorized service providers.
3. Follow instrucons for lubricang and changing accessories.
CORDLESS CHAIN SAW SAFETY WARNINGS
1. Keep all parts of the body away from the saw chain when the chain saw is operang. Before you start the chain saw, make sure the saw chain is not
contacng anything. A moment of inaenon while operang chain saws may cause entanglement of your clothing or body with the saw chain.
2. Always hold the chain saw with your right hand on the rear handle and your le hand on the front handle. Holding the chain saw with a reversed hand
conguraon increases the risk of personal injury and should never be done.
3. Hold the power tool by insulated gripping sur-faces only, because the saw chain may contact hidden wiring. Saw chains contacng a "live" wire may make
exposed metal parts of the power tool "live" and could give the operator an electric shock.
4. Wear safety glasses and hearing protecon. Further protecve equipment for head, hands, legs and feet is recommended. Adequate protec-ve clothing
will reduce personal injury by ying debris or accidental contact with the saw chain.
5. Do not operate a chain saw in a tree. Operaon of a chain saw while up in a tree may result in personal injury.
6. Always keep proper foong and operate the chain saw only when standing on xed, secure and level surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces such as ladders
may cause a loss of balance or control of the chain saw.
7. When cung a limb that is under tension be alert for spring back. When the tension in the wood bres is released the spring loaded limb may strike the
operator and/or throw the chain saw out of control.
8. Use extreme cauon when cung brush and saplings. The slender material may catch the saw chain and be whipped toward you or pull you o balance.

9. Carry the chain saw by the front handle with the chain saw switched o and away from your body. When transporng or storing the chain saw always t the
guide bar cover. Proper handling of the chain saw will reduce the likelihood of accidental contact with the moving saw chain.
10. Follow instrucons for lubricang, chain tensioning and changing accessories. Improperly tensioned or lubricated chain may either break or increase the
chance for kickback.
11. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from oil and grease. Greasy, oily handles are slippery causing loss of control.
12. Cut wood only. Do not use chain saw for purposes not intended. For example: do not use chain saw for cung plasc, masonry or non-wood building
materials. Use of the chain saw for operaons dierent than intended could result in a hazardous situaon.
13. Causes and operator prevenon of kickback: Kickback may occur when the nose or p of the guide bar touches an object, or when the wood closes in
and pinches the saw chain in the cut. Tip contact in some cases may cause a sudden reverse reacon, kicking the guide bar up and back towards the operator.
Pinching the saw chain along the top of the guide bar may push the guide bar rapidly back towards the operator. Either of these reacons may cause you to
lose control of the saw which could result in serious personal injury. Do not rely exclusively upon the safety devices built into your saw. As a chain saw user, you
should take several steps to keep your cung jobs free from accident or injury. Kickback is the result of tool misuse and/or incorrect operang procedures or
condions and can be avoided by taking proper precauons as given below:
-Maintain a rm grip, with thumbs and ngers encircling the chain saw
handles, with both hands on the saw and position your body and arm to
allow you to resist kickback forces. Kickback forces can be controlled by
the operator, if proper precauons are taken. Do not let go of the chain
saw.
-Do not overreach and do not cut above shoulder height. This helps
prevent unintended tip contact and enables better control of the chain
saw in unexpected situaons.
- Only use replacement bars and chains specied by the manufacturer.
Incorrect replacement bars and chains may cause chain breakage and/
or kickback.
- Follow the manufacturer’s sharpening and maintenance instrucons for
the saw chain. Decreasing the depth gauge height can lead to increased
kickback.
14. Before starng work, check that the chain saw is in proper working order and that its condion complies with the safety regulaons.
Check in parcular that:
• The chain brake is working properly;
• The run-down brake is working properly;
• The bar and the sprocket cover are ed correctly;
• The chain has been sharpened and tensioned in accordance with the regulations.
15. Do not start the chain saw with the chain cover being installed on it. Starng the chain saw with the chain cover being installed on it may cause the chain
cover to thrown out forward resulng in personal injury and damage to objects around the operator.
16. Avoid dangerous environment. Don't use the tool in damp or wet locaons or expose it to rain. Water entering the tool will increase the risk of electric
shock.
17. Do not dispose of the baery(ies) in a re. The cell may explode. Check with local codes for possible special disposal instrucons.
18. Do not open or mulate the baery(ies). Released electrolyte is corrosive and may cause damage to the eyes or skin. It may be toxic if swallowed.
19. Do not charge baery in rain, or in wet locaons.

Safety instrucons for baery cartridge
: Only use genuine BORMANN baeries. Use of non-genuine BORMANN PRO baeries, or baeries that have been altered, may result in the
baery bursng causing res, personal injury and damage. It will also void the warranty for the BORMANN tool and charger.
1.
Before using battery cartridge, read all instructions and cautionary markings on (1) battery charger, (2) battery, and (3) product using battery.
2. Do not disassemble baery cartridge.
3. If operang me has become excessively shorter, stop operang immediately. It may result in a risk of overheang, possible burns and even an explosion.
4.
If electrolyte gets into your eyes, rinse them out with clear water and seek medical attention right away. It may result in loss of your eyesight.
5. Do not short the baery cartridge:
(1) Do not touch the terminals with any conductive material.
(2) Avoid storing battery cartridge in a container with other metal objects such as nails, coins, etc.
(3) Do not expose baery cartridge to water or rain.
A baery short can cause a large current ow, overheang, possible burns and even a breakdown.
6. Do not store the tool and baery cartridge in locaons where the temperature may reach or exceed 50 °C (122 °F).
7. Do not incinerate the baery cartridge even if it is severely damaged or is completely worn out. The baery cartridge can explode in a re.
8. Be careful not to drop or strike baery.
9. Do not use a damaged baery.
10. The contained lithium-ion baeries are subject to the Dangerous Goods Legislaon requirements. For commercial transports e.g. by third pares, forward-
ing agents, special requirement on packaging and labeling must be observed. For preparation of the item being shipped, consulting an expert for hazardous
material is required. Please also observe possibly more detailed naonal regulaons. Tape or mask o open contacts and pack up the baery in such a manner
that it cannot move around in the packaging.
11. Follow your local regulaons relang to disposal of baery.
12. Use the baeries only with the appropriate BORMANN products. Installing the baeries to non-compliant products may result in a re, excesssive heat,
explosion, or leak of electrolyte.
13. Save these instrucons for future reference.
Tips for maintaining maximum baery life
1. Charge the baery cartridge before completely discharged. Always stop tool operaon and charge the baery cartridge when you noce less tool power.
2. Never recharge a fully charged baery cartridge. Overcharging shortens the baery service life.
3. Charge the baery cartridge with room temperature at 5 °C - 45 °C. Let a hot baery cartridge cool down before charging it.
4. Charge the baery cartridge if you do not use it for a long period (more than six months).
Funconal descripon
Always be sure that the tool is switched o and the baery cartridge
is removed before adjusng or checking funcon on the tool.
Installing or removing baery cartridge
Always switch o the tool before
installing or removing of the baery cartridge.
Hold the tool and the baery cartridge rmly when installing or removing
baery cartridge. Failure to hold the tool and the baery cartridge rmly may cause
them to slip o your hands and result in damage to the tool and baery cartridge and
a personal injury.

To remove the baery cartridge, slide it from the tool while sliding
the buon on the front of the cartridge. To install the baery car-
tridge, align the tongue on the baery cartridge with the groove in
the housing and slip it into place. Insert it all the way unl it locks in
place with a lile click.
Always install the baery cartridge fully. If not, it may
accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury to you or someone
around you.
Do not install the baery cartridge forcibly. If the
cartridge does not slide in easily, it is not being inserted correctly.
NOTE:
The tool does not work with only one baery cartridge. Pay
aenon to the posion of your ngers when installing the baery.
The buon will be depressed unintenonally.

Tool / baery protecon system
The tool is equipped with a tool/battery protection system. This system automatically cuts off power to the motor to extend tool and battery life. The tool
will automatically stop during operation if the tool or battery is placed under one of the following conditions:
Overload protecon : when the baery is operated in a manner that causes it to draw an abnormally high current, the tool automacally stops without any
indicaon. In this situaon, turn the tool o and stop the applicaon that caused the tool to become overloaded. Then turn the tool on to restart.
Overheat protecon: when the tool or baery is overheated, the tool stops automacally. In this situaon, let the tool/baery cool before turning the tool on
again.
Overdischarge protecon: when the baery capacity becomes low, the tool stops automacally. If the product does not operate even when the switches are
operated, remove the baeries from the tool and charge the baeries.
Indicang the remaining baery capacity

Press the check button on the battery cartridge to indicate the remaining battery capacity.
For your safety, this tool is equipped with lock-off lever which prevents the tool from unintended starting. NEVER use the tool if it runs when you simply pull
the switch trigger without pressing the lock-off lever. Return the tool to our authorized service center for proper repairs BEFORE further usage. NEVER tape
down or defeat purpose and function of lock-off lever. Before installing the battery cartridge into the tool, always check to see that the switch trigger
actuates properly and returns to the "OFF" position when released. NOTICE: Do not pull the switch trigger hard without pressing the lock-off lever. This can
cause switch breakage.
To prevent the switch trigger from being accidentally pulled, a lock-o lever is provided. To start the tool, depress the lock-o lever and pull the switch trigger,
push the front hand guard backwards with your nger at the same me.Tool speed is increased by increasing pressure on the switch trigger. Release the switch
trigger to stop.

Checking the chain brake
Hold the chain saw with both hands when switching it on. Hold the rear handle
with your right hand, the front handle with your le. The bar and the chain must not be in
contact with any object.
Should
the saw chain not stop immediately when this test is performed, the
saw may not be used under any circumstances. Consult our authorized service center.
1.Press the lock-o lever, then pull the switch trigger, push the
front hand guard backwards with your nger at the same me.
The saw chain starts immediately.
2.Push the front hand guard forwards with the back of your hand.
Make sure that the chain saw comes to an immediate standsll.

Removing or installing the saw chain
If the saw chain does not stop within one second in this test, stop using the
chain saw and consult our authorized service center.
Run the chain saw then release the switch trigger completely. The
saw chain must come to a standsll within one second.
ASSEMBLY
Always be sure that the tool is switched o and the baery cartridge is removed before carrying out any work on the tool. Do not touch the saw
chain with bare hands. Always wear gloves when handling the saw chain.
The saw chain and the guide bar are sll hot just aer the operaon. Let
them cool down enough before carrying out any work on the tool.
To remove the saw chain, perform the following steps:

3. Remove the sprocket cover then remove the saw chain and guide bar
from the chain saw body.

To install the saw chain, perform the following steps:
1.
Make sure the direcon of the chain. The arrow mark on the chain shows
the direcon of the chain.
2.
Fit in one end of the saw chain on the top of the guide bar and the other
end around the sprocket.
3.
Rest the guide bar in original place on the chain saw.

4. Place the sprocket cover on the chain saw and matching the two log boss on
the cover to the two corresponding holes, as shown below.

5. Depress the sprocket cover and li backward or forward the guide bar
a lile bit unl it locks in place with a lile click.
6. Turn the tension knob clockwise and check the chain tension; keep
turning clockwise unl of suitable tense. To check the suitable saw chain
tension, pull the saw chain by the force of about 1kg, if there's distance
5-7mm between the saw chain and guide bar as shown in below, the
tension is suitable.

turn it to the original posion

Adjusng saw chain tension
Carry out the procedure of installing or removing saw chain in a clean place
free from sawdust and the like. Do not ghten the saw chain too much. Excessively high
tension of saw chain may cause breakage of saw chain, wear of the guide bar and break-
age of the adjusng dial. A chain which is too loose can jump o the bar and it may cause
an injury accident.
The saw chain may become loose aer many hours of use. From
me to me check the saw chain tension before use.
1. Pull the lever up while pressing its edge. Turn it counterclock-
wise a lile bit to loosen sprocket cover lightly.
2. Turn the tension knob clockwise to ghten the saw chain unl the lower side of the
saw chain ts in the guide bar rail as illustrated.
3. Keep holding the guide bar lightly and turn the lever clockwise
unl the sprocket cover is secured.
4. Return the lever to the original posion.
Make sure that the saw chain does not loosen at the lower side and the
saw chain ts snugly against the lower side of the bar.

OPERATION
Lubricaon
Saw chain is automacally lubricated when the tool is in operaon. Check
the amount of remaining oil in the oil tank periodically through the trans-
parent oil tank window. To rell the tank, lay the chain saw on its side, pull
up the lever and turn anticlockwise to remove the oil tank cap. The

NOTICE:
i. When lling the chain oil for the rst me, or relling the tank aer it has
been completely emptied, add oil up to the bottom edge of the filler neck.

ii. Use the saw chain oil exclusively for Liangye chain saws or equivalent oil
available in the market.
iii. Never use oil including dust and particles or volatile oil.
iv. When pruning trees, use botanical oil.
v. Mineral oil may harm trees.
vi. Before the cutting operation, make sure that the provided oil tank cap
is screwed in place.
Working with the chainsaw
i. The rst me user should, as a minimum pracce, do cung logs on a
saw-horse or cradle.
ii. When sawing precut mber, use a safe support (saw horse or cradle).
Do not steady the workpiece with your foot, and do not allow anyone else
to hold or steady it.
iii. Secure round pieces against rotaon.
iv. Keep all parts of the body away from the saw chain when the motor is
operang.
v. Hold the chain saw rmly with both hands when the motor is running.
vi. Do not overreach. Keep proper foong and balance at all mes.
NOTICE: Never toss or drop the tool. Do not cover the vents of the tool
Bring the boom edge of the chain saw body into contact with the branch
to be cut before switching on. Otherwise it may cause the guide bar to
wobble, resulting in injury to operator. Saw the wood to be cut by just
moving it down by using the weight of the chain saw.

If you cannot cut the timber right through with a single stroke: Apply light
pressure to the handle and continue sawing and draw the chain saw back
a little; then apply the spike bumper a little lower and finish the cut by
raising the handle.
NOTICE: When making several cuts, switch the chain saw o between cuts.
If the upper edge of the bar is used for cung, the chain saw may be de-
ected in your direcon if the chain becomes trapped. For this reason, cut
with the lower edge, so that the saw will be deected away from your
body.
When you cut a wood under tension, cut the pressured side (A) rst. Then
make the nal cut from the tensioned side (B). This prevents the bar from
becoming trapped.
Before carrying the tool, always apply the chain brake and remove the bat-
tery cartridges from the tool. Then aach the guide bar cover.

MAINTENANCE
Always wear gloves when performing any inspecon or mainte-
nance. Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner alcohol or the like. Discoloraon,
deformaon or cracks may result.
Always be sure that the tool is switched o
and the baery cartridge is removed before aempng to perform inspecon
or maintenance.
In order to maintain product SAFETY and RELIABILITY, repairs, any other
maintenance or adjustment should be performed by Authorized or Factory
Service Centers, always using appropriate replacement parts.
1. Cleaning the guide cover : Chips and sawdust will build up in the guide bar
groove. They may clog the bar groove and impair the oil ow. Clean out the
chips and sawdust every me when you sharpen or replace the saw chain.
2. Cleaning the sprocket cover : Chips and saw dust will accumulate inside of
the sprocket cover. Remove the sprocket cover and saw chain from the tool
then clean the chips and saw dust.
3. Cleaning the oil discharge hole: Small dust or parcles may be built up in
the oil discharge hole during operaon. These dust or parcles may impair
the oil to ow and cause an insucient lubricaon on the whole saw chain.
When a poor chain oil delivery occurs at the top of guide bar, clean the oil
discharge hole as follows.
a.Remove the sprocket cover and saw chain from the tool.
b.Remove the small dust or parcles using a sloed screwdriver with a slen-
der sha or the like.
c.Insert the baery cartridge into the tool. Pull the switch trigger to ow
built-up dust or parcles o the oil discharge hole by discharging chain oil.
d.Remove the baery cartridge from the tool. Reinstall the sprocket cover
and saw chain on the tool.

4. Replacing the sprocket:
Before ng a new saw chain, check the condion of the sprocket. Beware
that a worn sprocket will damage a new saw chain. Have the sprocket re-
placed in this case.

Ασφάλεια στο χώρο εργασίας

Ηλεκτρική ασφάλεια

ηλεκτροπληξίας εάν το σώμα σας είναι γειωμένο.
3. Tα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία δεν πρέπει να εκτίθενται σε βροχή ή υγρές συνθήκες. Η είσοδος νερού σε ένα ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο αυξάνει τον κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας.

Current Device). Η χρήση μιας διάταξης προστασίας ρεύματος διαρροής μειώνει τον κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας.
7. Τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία μπορούν να παράγουν ηλεκτρομαγνητικά πεδία (EMF) που δεν είναι επιβλαβή για τον χρήστη. Πάρα ταύτα, οι χρήστες βηματοδοτών
και άλλων παρόμοιων ιατρικών συσκευών θα πρέπει να επικοινωνήσουν με τον κατασκευαστή της συσκευής τους ή/και με το γιατρό τους για συμβουλές πριν
από τη χρήση αυτού του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου.
Προσωπική ασφάλεια
1. Να είστε σε εγρήγορση, να προσέχετε τι κάνετε και να χρησιμοποιείτε την κοινή λογική όταν χειρίζεστε ένα ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε
ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο όταν είστε κουρασμένοι ή υπό την επήρεια ναρκωτικών, αλκοόλ ή φαρμάκων. Μια στιγμή απροσεξίας κατά το χειρισμό ηλεκτρικών
εργαλείων μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε σοβαρό προσωπικό τραυματισμό.
2. Χρησιμοποιείτε ατομικό προστατευτικό εξοπλισμό. Φοράτε πάντα προστασία για τα μάτια. Ο προστατευτικός εξοπλισμός, όπως η μάσκα σκόνης, τα
αντιολισθητικά παπούτσια ασφαλείας, το σκληρό καπέλο ή η προστασία ακοής που χρησιμοποιούνται για τις κατάλληλες συνθήκες, θα μειώσουν τους
προσωπικούς τραυματισμούς.
3. Αποτρέψτε την ακούσια εκκίνηση. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο διακόπτης βρίσκεται στη θέση απενεργοποίησης πριν από τη σύνδεση με την πηγή ρεύματος ή/και τη
συστοιχία μπαταριών, τη λήψη ή τη μεταφορά του εργαλείου. Η μεταφορά ηλεκτρικών εργαλείων με το δάχτυλο στο διακόπτη ή η ενεργοποίηση ηλεκτρικών
εργαλείων που έχουν το διακόπτη ενεργοποιημένο προσκαλεί ατυχήματα.
4.Αφαιρέστε οποιοδήποτε κλειδί ρύθμισης ή κλειδί πριν ενεργοποιήσετε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο. Ενα κλειδί ή ένα κλειδί που παραμένει συνδεδεμένο σε ένα
περιστρεφόμενο μέρος του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου μπορεί να προκαλέσει τραυματισμό.
5. Μην υπερβαίνετε το ύψος του εργαλείου. Διατηρείτε πάντα το σωστό πάτημα και την ισορροπία σας. Αυτό επιτρέπει τον καλύτερο έλεγχο του ηλεκτρικού
εργαλείου σε απροσδόκητες καταστάσεις.
6. Να ντύνεστε σωστά. Μην φοράτε φαρδιά ρούχα ή κοσμήματα. Κρατήστε τα μαλλιά και τα ρούχα σας μακριά από τα κινούμενα μέρη. Τα χαλαρά ρούχα, τα
κοσμήματα ή τα μακριά μαλλιά μπορεί να πιαστούν στα κινούμενα μέρη.
7. Εάν παρέχονται συσκευές για τη σύνδεση εγκαταστάσεων αναρρόφησης και συλλογής σκόνης, βεβαιωθείτε ότι αυτές είναι συνδεδεμένες και
χρησιμοποιούνται σωστά. Η χρήση των συστημάτων συλλογής σκόνης μπορεί να μειώσει τους κινδύνους που σχετίζονται με τη σκόνη.
8. Μην αφήνετε την εξοικείωση που αποκτάτε από τη συχνή χρήση των εργαλείων να σας επιτρέψει να εφησυχάσετε και να αγνοήσετε τις αρχές ασφαλείας
των εργαλείων. Μια απρόσεκτη ενέργεια μπορεί να προκαλέσει σοβαρό τραυματισμό μέσα σε κλάσματα του δευτερολέπτου.
9. Φοράτε πάντα προστατευτικά γυαλιά για να προστατεύετε τα μάτια σας από τραυματισμούς όταν χρησιμοποιείτε ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία. Τα προστατευτικά
γυαλιά πρέπει να συμμορφώνονται με το πρότυπο EN 166 στην Ευρώπη.

Xρήση και φροντίδα ηλεκτρικών εργαλείων
1. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε δύναμη στο ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο. Χρησιμοποιήστε το σωστό ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο για την εκάστοτε εφαρμογή. Το σωστό ηλεκτρικό
εργαλείο θα κάνει τη δουλειά καλύτερα και ασφαλέστερα με τον ρυθμό για τον οποίο έχει σχεδιαστεί.
2. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο εάν ο διακόπτης (σκανδάλη) δεν το ενεργοποιεί και δεν το απενεργοποιεί. Κάθε ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο που δεν
μπορεί να ελεγχθεί με το διακόπτη είναι επικίνδυνο και πρέπει να επισκευαστεί.
3. Αποσυνδέστε το βύσμα από την πηγή ρεύματος ή/και αφαιρέστε το πακέτο μπαταρίας, εάν είναι αποσπώμενο, από το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο πριν προβείτε
σε ρυθμίσεις, αλλάξετε εξαρτήματα ή αποθηκεύσετε τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία. Αυτά τα προληπτικά μέτρα ασφαλείας μειώνουν τον κίνδυνο εκκίνησης του
ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου από αβλεψία.
4. Αποθηκεύετε τα αδρανή ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία μακριά από παιδιά και μην επιτρέπετε σε άτομα που δεν είναι εξοικειωμένα με τo ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο ή τις
παρούσες οδηγίες να χειρίζονται το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο. Τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία είναι επικίνδυνα στα χέρια μη εκπαιδευμένων χρηστών.
5. Συντηρείτε τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία και τα εξαρτήματα. Ελέγχετε για κακή ευθυγράμμιση ή εμπλοκή των κινούμενων μερών, για θραύση εξαρτημάτων και
για οποιαδήποτε άλλη κατάσταση που μπορεί να επηρεάσει τη λειτουργία του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου. Εάν έχει υποστεί ζημιά, επισκευάστε το ηλεκτρικό

6. Διατηρείτε τα εργαλεία κοπής κοφτερά και καθαρά. Τα σωστά συντηρημένα κοπτικά εργαλεία με κοφτερές ακμές κοπής είναι λιγότερο πιθανό να
μπλοκάρουν και ελέγχονται ευκολότερα. Χρησιμοποιείτε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο, τα εξαρτήματα και τα διάφορα τμήματα κ.λπ. σύμφωνα με τις παρούσες
οδηγίες, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις συνθήκες εργασίας και την εργασία που πρόκειται να εκτελεστεί. Η χρήση ενός ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου για εργασίες
διαφορετικές από τις προβλεπόμενες μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε επικίνδυνη κατάσταση.
7. Διατηρείτε τις λαβές και τις επιφάνειες σύλληψης στεγνές, καθαρές και απαλλαγμένες από λάδια και γράσα. Οι ολισθηρές λαβές και επιφάνειες λαβής
δεν επιτρέπουν τον ασφαλή χειρισμό και έλεγχο του εργαλείου σε απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις. Κατά τη χρήση του εργαλείου, μη φοράτε υφασμάτινα γάντια
εργασίας τα οποία μπορεί να μπλεχτούν. Η εμπλοκή των υφασμάτινων γαντιών εργασίας στα κινούμενα μέρη μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε τραυματισμό.
8. Διατηρείτε τις λαβές και τις επιφάνειες σύλληψης στεγνές, καθαρές και απαλλαγμένες από λάδια και γράσα. Οι ολισθηρές λαβές και επιφάνειες σύλληψης
δεν επιτρέπουν τον ασφαλή χειρισμό και έλεγχο του εργαλείου σε απρόβλεπτες καταστάσεις.
9. Κατά τη χρήση του εργαλείου, μη φοράτε υφασμάτινα γάντια εργασίας τα οποία μπορεί να μπλεχτούν. Η εμπλοκή των υφασμάτινων γαντιών εργασίας στα
κινούμενα μέρη μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε τραυματισμό.
Χρήση και φροντίδα μπαταρίας
1. Επαναφορτίζετε μόνο με τον φορτιστή που καθορίζεται από τον κατασκευαστή. 'Ενας φορτιστής που είναι κατάλληλος για έναν συγκεκριμένο τύπο
συστοιχίας μπαταριών μπορεί να δημιουργήσει κίνδυνο πυρκαγιάς όταν χρησιμοποιείται με άλλη συστοιχία μπαταριών.
2. Χρησιμοποιείτε ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία μόνο με ειδικά σχεδιασμένες για τον σκοπό αυτό μπαταρίες. Η χρήση οποιουδήποτε άλλου τύπου μπαταριών μπορεί
να δημιουργήσει κίνδυνο τραυματισμού και πυρκαγιάς.
3. 'Οταν οι μπαταρίες δεν χρησιμοποιούνται, κρατήστε τις μακριά από άλλα μεταλλικά αντικείμενα, όπως συνδετήρες, κέρματα, κλειδιά, καρφιά, βίδες ή
άλλα μικρά μεταλλικά αντικείμενα, που μπορούν να πραγματοποιήσουν σύνδεση από τον ένα ακροδέκτη στον άλλο. Το βραχυκύκλωμα των ακροδεκτών της
μπαταρίας μεταξύ τους μπορεί να προκαλέσει εγκαύματα ή πυρκαγιά.
4. Υπό συνθήκες κακομεταχείρισης, μπορεί να εκτοξευτεί υγρό από την μπαταρία - αποφύγετε την επαφή. Εάν συμβεί κατά λάθος επαφή, ξεπλύνετε με
νερό. Εάν το υγρό έρθει σε επαφή με τα μάτια, αναζητήστε επιπλέον ιατρική βοήθεια. Το υγρό της μπαταρίας μπορεί να προκαλέσει ερεθισμό ή εγκαύματα.
5. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε μπαταρία ή εργαλείο που έχει υποστεί ζημιά ή έχει υποστεί τροποποίηση. Οι κατεστραμμένες ή τροποποιημένες μπαταρίες ενδέχεται
να παρουσιάσουν απρόβλεπτη συμπεριφορά με αποτέλεσμα να προκληθεί πυρκαγιά, έκρηξη ή κίνδυνος τραυματισμού.
6. Μην εκθέτετε τις μπαταρίες ή ένα εργαλείο σε φωτιά ή σε υπερβολική θερμοκρασία. Η έκθεση σε φωτιά ή σε θερμοκρασία άνω των 130 °C μπορεί να
προκαλέσει έκρηξη.
7. Ακολουθήστε όλες τις οδηγίες φόρτισης και μην φορτίζετε τις μπαταρίες ή το εργαλείο εκτός του εύρους θερμοκρασίας που καθορίζεται στις οδηγίες. Η
ακατάλληλη φόρτιση ή η φόρτιση σε θερμοκρασίες εκτός του καθορισμένου εύρους μπορεί να προκαλέσει ζημιά στη μπαταρία και να αυξήσει τον κίνδυνο
πυρκαγιάς.
Service
1. Αναθέστε τη συντήρηση του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου σας σε εξειδικευμένο επισκευαστή, χρησιμοποιώντας μόνο τα εγκεκριμένα ανταλλακτικά. Με τον τρόπο
αυτό θα διασφαλιστεί ότι διατηρείται η ασφάλεια του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου.

να προκαλέσει εμπλοκή των ρούχων ή του σώματός σας με την αλυσίδα του πριονιού.
2. Κρατάτε πάντα το αλυσοπρίονο με το δεξί σας χέρι στην πίσω λαβή και το αριστερό σας χέρι στην μπροστινή λαβή. Το κράτημα του αλυσοπρίονου με
αντίστροφη διάταξη χεριών αυξάνει τον κίνδυνο προσωπικού τραυματισμού και δεν πρέπει ποτέ να συμβαίνει ποτέ.
3. Κρατάτε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο μόνο από τις μονωμένες επιφάνειες λαβής, επειδή η αλυσίδα του πριονιού μπορεί να έρθει σε επαφή με κρυφές καλωδιώσεις.
Οι αλυσίδες πριονιού που έρχονται σε επαφή με "ηλεκτροφόρο" καλώδιο μπορεί να καταστήσουν τα εκτεθειμένα μεταλλικά μέρη του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου
"ηλεκτροφόρα" και να προκαλέσουν στον χειριστή ηλεκτροπληξία.
4. Να φοράτε γυαλιά ασφαλείας και προστατευτικά ακοής. Συνιστάται περαιτέρω προστατευτικός εξοπλισμός για το κεφάλι, τα χέρια, τα πόδια και τα
πέλματα. Ο επαρκής προστατευτικός ρουχισμός μείωνει τον κίνδυνο για προσωπικό τραυματισμό από ιπτάμενα θραύσματα ή τυχαία επαφή με την αλυσίδα
του πριονιού.
5. Μην χειρίζεστε αλυσοπρίονο μέσα σε δέντρο. Η λειτουργία αλυσοπρίονου ενώ βρίσκεστε πάνω σε δέντρο μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε τραυματισμό.
6. Διατηρείτε πάντα το σωστό πάτημα και χειρίζεστε το αλυσοπρίονο μόνο όταν στέκεστε σε σταθερή, ασφαλή και επίπεδη επιφάνεια. Ολισθηρές ή ασταθείς
επιφάνειες, όπως σκάλες, μπορεί να προκαλέσουν απώλεια της ισορροπίας ή του ελέγχου του αλυσοπρίονου.
7. 'Οταν κόβετε ένα κλαδί που βρίσκεται υπό τάση (είναι δηλ. τεντωμένο), να είστε σε επιφυλακή για αναπήδηση. 'Οταν η τάση στις ίνες του ξύλου
απελευθερώνεται, το κλαδί μπορεί να χτυπήσει τον χειριστή ή/και να πετάξει το αλυσοπρίονο εκτός ελέγχου.
8. Να είστε ιδιαιτέρως προσεκτικοί όταν κόβετε θάμνους και δενδρύλλια. Λεπτό υλικό μπορεί να εγκλωβιστεί στην αλυσίδα του πριονιού και να εκτιναχθεί
προς το μέρος σας ή να σας βγάλει εκτός ισορροπίας.
9. Μεταφέρετε το αλυσοπρίονο από την μπροστινή λαβή με το αλυσοπρίονο απενεργοποιημένο και σε απόσταση από το σώμα σας. Κατά τη μεταφορά ή την
αποθήκευση του αλυσοπρίονου τοποθετείτε πάντα το κάλυμμα της λάμας. Ο σωστός χειρισμός του αλυσοπρίονου μειώνει το ενδεχόμενο τυχαίας επαφής
με την κινούμενη αλυσίδα του πριονιού.
10. Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες για τη λίπανση, την τάνυση της αλυσίδας και την αντικατάσταση των εξαρτημάτων. Η ακατάλληλα τεντωμένη ή λιπανμένη
αλυσίδα μπορεί είτε να σπάσει είτε να αυξήσει την πιθανότητα ανάκρουσης (κλωτσήματος).
11. Διατηρείτε τις λαβές στεγνές, καθαρές και απαλλαγμένες από λάδια και γράσα. Οι λιπαρές, ελαιώδεις λαβές είναι ολισθηρές και δύνανται να προκαλέσουν
απώλεια ελέγχου.
12. Το αλυσοπρίονο προορίζεται μόνο για κοπή ξύλων. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το αλυσοπρίονο για καμία άλλη περίπτωση. Για παράδειγμα: μη χρησιμοποιείτε
το αλυσοπρίονο για την κοπή πλαστικών, τοιχοποιίας ή μη ξύλινων δομικών υλικών. Η χρήση του αλυσοπρίονου για εργασίες διαφορετικές από τις
προβλεπόμενες μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε δυνητικά επικίνδυνη κατάσταση.
13. Αιτίες και πρόληψη της ανάκρουσης (κλώτσημα) από τον χειριστή: Η ανάκρουση (κλώτσημα) μπορεί να συμβεί όταν η μύτη ή το άκρο της λάμας
ακουμπήσει ένα αντικείμενο ή όταν το ξύλο εμπλακεί και κολλήσει την αλυσίδα του πριονιού στην κοπή. Η επαφή της μύτης σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις
μπορεί να προκαλέσει μια ξαφνική αντίστροφη αντίδραση, κλωτσώντας τη λάμα προς τα πάνω και προς τα πίσω προς τον χειριστή. Η εμπλοκή της αλυσίδας
του πριονιού κατά μήκος της κορυφής της λάμας μπορεί να σπρώξει τη λάμα γρήγορα προς τα πίσω προς το χειριστή. Οποιαδήποτε από αυτές τις αντιδράσεις
μπορεί να προκαλέσει απώλεια του ελέγχου του αλυσοπρίονου, η οποία μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε σοβαρό τραυματισμό. Μην βασίζεστε αποκλειστικά στις
διατάξεις ασφαλείας που είναι ενσωματωμένες στο αλυσοπρίονό σας. Ως χρήστης αλυσοπρίονου, θα πρέπει να λαμβάνετε διάφορα μέτρα προκειμένου
οι εργασίες κοπής να διεξάγονται χωρίς ατυχήματα ή τραυματισμούς. Η ανάκρουση (κλώτσημα) είναι αποτέλεσμα κακής χρήσης του εργαλείου και/ή
λανθασμένων διαδικασιών ή συνθηκών λειτουργίας και μπορεί να αποφευχθεί με τη λήψη των κατάλληλων προφυλάξεων που αναφέρονται ως
παρακάτω:
-Διατηρήστε σταθερή λαβή, με τους αντίχειρες και τα δάχτυλα να
περικλείουν τις χειρολαβές του αλυσοπρίονου, με τα δύο χέρια στο
αλυσοπρίονο και τοποθετήστε το σώμα και το χέρι σας έτσι ώστε να
μπορείτε να αντισταθείτε στις δυνάμεις ανάκρουσης. Οι δυνάμεις
ανάκρουσης μπορούν να ελεγχθούν από τον χειριστή, εάν λαμβάνονται
οι κατάλληλες προφυλάξεις. Μην αφήνετε το αλυσοπρίονο εκτός
πλήρους ελέγχου.
-Μην τεντώνεστε και μην κόβετε πάνω από το ύψος των ώμων. Αυτό
συμβάλλει στην αποφυγή μη επιδιωκόμενης επαφής του άκρου λάμας
και επιτρέπει τον καλύτερο έλεγχο του αλυσοπρίονου σε απρόβλεπτες
καταστάσεις.
- Χρησιμοποιείτε ανταλλακτικά λάμας και αλυσίδων που καθορίζονται
από τον κατασκευαστή. Αντικατάσταση με μη εγκεκριμένες λάμες και
αλυσίδες μπορεί να προκαλέσει θραύση της αλυσίδας ή/και ανάκρουση.
- Ακολουθήστε τις οδηγίες ακονίσματος και συντήρησης του
κατασκευαστή για την αλυσίδα του αλυσοπρίονου. Η μείωση του οδηγού
βάθους μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε αυξημένη ανάκρουση.

14. Πριν από την έναρξη των εργασιών, ελέγξτε ότι το αλυσοπρίονο βρίσκεται σε καλή κατάσταση λειτουργίας και ότι η κατάστασή του πληροί τους
κανονισμούς ασφαλείας. Ελέγξτε ειδικότερα ότι:
- Το φρένο της αλυσίδας λειτουργεί σωστά,
- Το πρόσθετο φρένο αλυσίδας (run down brake) λειτουργεί σωστά,
- Η λάμα και το κάλυμμα του γραναζιού είναι σωστά τοποθετημένα,
- Η αλυσίδα έχει ακονιστεί και τανυστεί σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς.
15. Μην ξεκινάτε το αλυσοπρίονο με το κάλυμμα της αλυσίδας τοποθετημένο πάνω του. Η εκκίνηση του αλυσοπρίονου με το κάλυμμα της αλυσίδας
τοποθετημένο πάνω του μπορεί να προκαλέσει την εκτίναξη του καλύμματος της αλυσίδας προς τα εμπρός με αποτέλεσμα τον τραυματισμό ατόμων και τη
καταστροφή αντικειμένων στην περιοχή του χειριστή.
16. Αποφύγετε το επικίνδυνο περιβάλλον. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε το εργαλείο σε υγρές ή βρεγμένες τοποθεσίες και μην το εκθέτετε στη βροχή. Η είσοδος νερού
στο εργαλείο θα αυξήσει τον κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας.
17. Μην πετάτε την μπαταρία (ή τις μπαταρίες) σε φωτιά. Η κυψέλη μπορεί να εκραγεί. Ελέγξτε τους τοπικούς κώδικες για πιθανές ειδικές οδηγίες απόρριψης.
18. Μην ανοίγετε και μην ακρωτηριάζετε την (τις) μπαταρία (ες). Ο ηλεκτρολύτης που απελευθερώνεται είναι διαβρωτικός και μπορεί να προκαλέσει βλάβη
στα μάτια ή στο δέρμα. Μπορεί να είναι τοξικός σε περίπτωση κατάποσης.
19. Μην φορτίζετε την μπαταρία σε βροχή ή σε υγρές τοποθεσίες.
20.
Αποθηκεύστε αυτές τις οδηγίες για μελλοντική αναφορά.
ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: ΜΗΝ αφήνετε τυχόν άνεση ή εξοικείωση με το αλυσοπρίονο (που αποκτήθηκε μετά από επανειλημμένη χρήση) να αντικαταστήσει την
αυστηρή τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας. Η λανθασμένη χρήση ή η μη τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας που αναφέρονται στο παρόν εγχειρίδιο οδηγιών
μπορεί να προκαλέσει σοβαρό προσωπικό τραυματισμό.
Οδηγίες ασφαλείας για τις μπαταρίες
1. Πριν από τη χρήση των μπαταριών, διαβάστε όλες τις οδηγίες και τις προειδοποιητικές επισημάνσεις (1) στον φορτιστή μπαταρίας, (2) στην μπαταρία και
(3) στο προϊόν που χρησιμοποιεί την μπαταρία.
2. Μην αποσυναρμολογείτε το φυσίγγιο της μπαταρίας.
3. Εάν ο χρόνος λειτουργίας έχει μειωθεί υπερβολικά, σταματήστε αμέσως τη λειτουργία. Αυτό μπορεί να έχει ως αποτέλεσμα τον κίνδυνο υπερθέρμανσης,
πιθανών εγκαυμάτων ή ακόμα και έκρηξης.
4. Εάν ηλεκτρολύτης εισέλθει στα μάτια σας, ξεπλύνετέ τα με καθαρό νερό και αναζητήστε αμέσως ιατρική βοήθεια. Αμέλεια μπορεί να έχει ως αποτέλεσμα
την απώλεια της όρασής σας.
5. Μην βραχυκυκλώνετε το φυσίγγιο μπαταρίας:
(1) Μην αγγίζετε τους ακροδέκτες με οποιοδήποτε αγώγιμο υλικό.
(2) Αποφύγετε την αποθήκευση του/των φυσιγγίου/ίων μπαταρίας/ιών σε δοχείο με άλλα μεταλλικά αντικείμενα, όπως καρφιά, κέρματα κ.λπ.
(3) Μην εκθέτετε το φυσίγγιο της μπαταρίας σε νερό ή βροχή.
'Ενα βραχυκύκλωμα της μπαταρίας μπορεί να προκαλέσει μεγάλη ροή ρεύματος, υπερθέρμανση, πιθανά εγκαύματα, ακόμη και βλάβη.
6. Μην αποθηκεύετε το εργαλείο και τα φυσίγγια μπαταρίας σε μέρη όπου η θερμοκρασία μπορεί να φτάσει ή να ξεπεράσει τους 50 °C (122 °F).
7. Μην αποτεφρώνετε την μπαταρία, ακόμη και αν έχει υποστεί σοβαρή ζημιά ή έχει φθαρεί εντελώς. Η μπαταρία μπορεί να εκραγεί σε περίπτωση πυρκαγιάς.
8. Προσέξτε να μην πέσει ή να μην κτυπήσετε την μπαταρία.
9. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε μια κατεστραμμένη μπαταρία.
10. Οι περιεχόμενες μπαταρίες ιόντων λιθίου υπόκεινται στις απαιτήσεις της νομοθεσίας για τα επικίνδυνα εμπορεύματα. Για εμπορικές μεταφορές π.χ.
από τρίτους, μεταφορείς, πρέπει να τηρούνται ειδικές απαιτήσεις σχετικά με τη συσκευασία και την επισήμανση. Για την προετοιμασία του αντικειμένου
που μεταφέρεται, απαιτείται η συμβουλή ειδικού για επικίνδυνα υλικά. Παρακαλείσθε επίσης να τηρείτε ενδεχομένως λεπτομερέστερους εθνικούς
κανονισμούς. Κολλήστε με ταινία ή καλύψτε τις ανοιχτές επαφές και συσκευάστε την μπαταρία με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να μην μπορεί να μετακινηθεί μέσα
στη συσκευασία.
11. Ακολουθήστε τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς σχετικά με την διάθεση/απόρριψη των μπαταριών.
12. Χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο τις αντίστοιχες για το συγκεκριμένο εργαλείο μπαταρίες BORMANN. Η τοποθέτηση μπαταριών σε μη συμβατά προϊόντα μπορεί να
οδηγήσει σε πυρκαγιά, υπερθέρμανση, έκρηξη, ή και διαρροή ηλεκτρολύτη.
13. Αποθηκεύστε αυτές τις οδηγίες για μελλοντική αναφορά.

να οδηγήσει σε έκρηξη της μπαταρίας προκαλώντας πυρκαγιά, τραυματισμό και ζημιές. Θα ακυρώσει επίσης την εγγύηση για το εργαλείο και τον φορτιστή.
Συμβουλές για τη διατήρηση της μέγιστης διάρκειας ζωής της μπαταρίας
1. Φορτίστε την/τις μπαταρία/ίες πριν αποφορτιστεί/ούν εντελώς. Σταματάτε πάντα τη λειτουργία του εργαλείου και φορτίζετε την μπαταρία όταν παρατηρείτε
μειωμένη ισχύ του εργαλείου.
2. Ποτέ μην επαναφορτίζετε μια πλήρως φορτισμένη μπαταρία. Η υπερφόρτιση μειώνει τη διάρκεια ζωής της μπαταρίας.
3. Φορτίζετε τις μπαταρίες με θερμοκρασία δωματίου από 5 °C έως 45 °C. Αφήστε μια εξαιρετικά θερμή μπαταρία να κρυώσει πριν τη φορτίσετε.
4. Φορτίστε την μπαταρία εάν δεν τη χρησιμοποιείτε για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα (περισσότερο από έξι μήνες).
Περιγραφή Λειτουργίας
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ Το εργαλείο να είναι πάντα απενεργοποιημένο και η μπαταρία να έχει έχει αφαιρεθεί πριν ρυθμίσετε ή να ελέγξετε τη λειτουργία του εργαλείου.
Εγκατάσταση ή αφαίρεση μπαταρίας
Να απενεργοποιείτε το αλυσοπρίονο
πριν τοποθετήσετε ή αφαιρέσετε τις μπαταρίες.
Κρατήστε σταθερά το αλυσοπρίονο και την μπαταρία κατά την τοποθέτηση
ή την αφαίρεση εκάστης μπαταρίας. Εάν δεν κρατάτε σταθερά το αλυσοπρίονο και την
μπαταρία, μπορεί να γλιστρήσουν από τα χέρια σας και να προκληθεί ζημιά στο είτε
στο εργαλείο είτε στην μπαταρία ή ακόμη και να λάβει χώρα τραυματισμός.
Για να αφαιρέσετε την μπαταρία, σύρετέ την ενώ ταυτόχρονα
πατάτε το κουμπί στο μπροστινό μέρος της μπαταρίας. Για να
τοποθετήσετε την μπαταρία, ευθυγραμμίστε τη "γλώσσα" στην
μπαταρία με την εγκοπή στο περίβλημα και σύρετέ την στη θέση
της. Εισαγάγετέ έως ότου ασφαλίσει στη θέση της, όταν ακούσετε,
ένα μικρό κλικ.
Τοποθετείτε πάντα την μπαταρία πλήρως ειδάλλως
μπορεί να πέσει κατά λάθος έξω από το εργαλείο, προκαλώντας
τραυματισμό σε εσάς ή σε κάποιον άλλον.
Μην τοποθετείτε την μπαταρία απότομα. Εάν η μπαταρία
δεν ολισθαίνει εύκολα, αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν τοποθετείται σωστά.
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ Το αλυσοπρίονο δεν λειτουργεί με μία μόνο μπαταρία.

Σύστημα προστασίας
εργαλείου/μπαταρίας
Το εργαλείο είναι εξοπλισμένο με σύστημα προστασίας εργαλείου/μπαταρίας. Αυτό το σύστημα διακόπτει αυτόματα την τροφοδοσία του κινητήρα
προκειμένου να παρατείνει τη διάρκεια ζωής του εργαλείου και της μπαταρίας. Το εργαλείο θα σταματήσει αυτόματα κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας, εάν
το εργαλείο ή η μπαταρία βρεθεί σε μία από τις ακόλουθες συνθήκες:
Προστασία υπερφόρτωσης : όταν η μπαταρία λειτουργεί με τρόπο που την αναγκάζει να τραβήξει ασυνήθιστα υψηλό ρεύμα, το εργαλείο σταματά αυτόματα
χωρίς καμία ένδειξη. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, απενεργοποιήστε το εργαλείο και σταματήστε την εφαρμογή που προκάλεσε την υπερφόρτωση του εργαλείου.
Στη συνέχεια, ενεργοποιήστε το εργαλείο για να επανεκκινήσετε.
Προστασία από υπερθέρμανση: 'Οταν το εργαλείο ή η μπαταρία υπερθερμανθεί, το εργαλείο σταματά αυτόματα. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση, αφήστε το εργαλείο/
μπαταρία να κρυώσει πριν ενεργοποιήσετε ξανά το εργαλείο.
Προστασία υπερεκφόρτισης: 'Οταν η χωρητικότητα της μπαταρίας μειωθεί ιδιαιτέρως, το εργαλείο σταματά αυτόματα. Εάν το προϊόν δεν λειτουργεί ακόμη
και όταν λειτουργούν οι διακόπτες, αφαιρέστε τις μπαταρίες από το εργαλείο και φορτίστε τις μπαταρίες.

Για την ασφάλειά σας, αυτό το εργαλείο είναι εξοπλισμένο με μοχλό κλειδώματος που αποτρέπει την ακούσια εκκίνηση του εργαλείου. ΠΟΤΕ μην

τρόπο την λειτουργία του μοχλού ασφάλισης. Πριν από την τοποθέτηση της μπαταρίας στο εργαλείο, να ελέγχετε πάντα ότι η σκανδάλη του διακόπτη
ενεργοποιείται σωστά και επιστρέφει στη θέση "OFF" όταν απελευθερώνεται. ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Μην τραβάτε δυνατά τη σκανδάλη του διακόπτη χωρίς να πιέσετε
το μοχλό κλειδώματος. Αυτό μπορεί να προκαλέσει θραύση του διακόπτη.
Για να αποφευχθεί το τυχαίο τράβηγμα της σκανδάλης του διακόπτη, παρέχεται ένας μοχλός ασφάλισης. Για να εκκινήσετε το εργαλείο, πατήστε το μοχλό
ασφάλισης και τραβήξτε τη σκανδάλη του διακόπτη, σπρώξτε ταυτόχρονα το μπροστινό προστατευτικό χειρός προς τα πίσω με το δάχτυλό σας. Η ταχύτητα
του εργαλείου αυξάνεται αυξάνοντας την πίεση στη σκανδάλη του διακόπτη. Αφήστε τη σκανδάλη του διακόπτη για να σταματήσετε.
