Pour liquid detergent in to corresponding dispenser and place in drum.
Caution when opening the dete rgent drawer while the appliance i s running!

Eco+Extension of th e washing time for a more intensiv e washing of highly
soiled washing.
Prewash For heavily soiled wash ing. Prewash at 30 °C.
SReduced Ironing Special spin sequence with subsequent fluffin g. Gentle final spin
at reduced spin speed . Residual moisture of the washing slightly
increased.
Aqua Plus Increased water level. Additiona l rinse cycle. Longer programm e
duration. For areas with very soft wate r or for further improvement
of the rinsing result.

Important information
Before using your washing machine for the first time
Do not put an y washing in th e washing machine ! Turn the ta p on. Pour into dispenser II:
– appro x. 1 litre of water,
– d etergent (dosage acco rding to manufacture r’s instructions for lig ht soiling and accordin g to
degree of wate r hardness).
– Set pr ogramme selector t o Easy-Care 60 ° C and sele ct Start/Pause.
At the end of the programme set the programme selector to Off.
Protecting the washing and the machine
– When dosing al l detergents, cleaning aids and cleani ng agents, always follow
the manufacturer's instruct ions.
– Empty pockets. Remove m etal parts (paper clip s, etc.).
– Wash delicates in the net/ bag (tights, curtains, underwired bras).
– Close zips, button up c overs.
– Brush sand out of pocke ts and collars.
– Remove curtain fittings o r include in the ne t/bag.
Insert laundry
Insert large and sma ll items of washing !
Do not jam item s of washing bet ween the washing machine door and rubber seal.
Washing with different degrees of soiling
Wash new items separat ely.
Light Do not prewash.
If required, pretreat stains. Select Eco+additional function.
Heavy Load less washing. Prew ash.
If required, pretreat stains. Select Eco+additional function.
Soaking Load washing of the same colour.
Pour soaking agent/d etergent into dispenser II according to the manufac turer’s instructions. Set
programme selector to Cottons 3 0 °C and select Start/Pause. Aft er approx. 10 m inutes
select Start/Pause to stop the programme. Afte r the required soaking time reselect
Start/Pause if the pr ogramme is to be co ntinued or change th e programme.
Starching Washing should not be treated with fabric softener.
Liquid starch can be used in all wash progra mmes. Pour starch into the fabric softener
dispenser ~according to manufacturer’s specif ications (if required cl ean beforehand).
Dyeing/Bleaching
Dye in household quanti ties only. Salt may attack stainless steel! Observe spe cifications of the
dye manufacturer! D o not bleach washing i n the washing m achine!
Refreshing Program me Rinse/Freshen Up.
For items of washing which were stored awa y or not used for a prolonged period, to remove
odours and crea ses which were c aused by folding a nd storage.
Use finishing agent for a “fresh” fragrance .
Emergency re lease e.g. if powe r failure occurs
The programme continues running when the power supply is restored.
If the washing is still to be remo ved, the door can b e opened as described below:
Risk of scalding!
Detergent solution and wa shing may be hot. If required, leave to
cool down.
Do not reach into the drum in case it is still rotating.
Do not open the door if yo u can still see water thro ugh the glass.
