QUICK SETUP GUIDE
READING STOCK VEHICLE CALIBRATIONS: DOWNLOADING CUSTOM TUNES FROM THE CLOUD:
MyCalibrator
1.
Connect MyCalibrator to supplied OBDII cord
with CAT 5 plug end plugged into rear of the
de ice.

Download and install the PC based Application
from BPT Motorsport.com DOWNLOADS page
or from product description pages.
“MyCalibra or Ins aller”
2.
Connect MyCalibrator OBDII cord into ehicle
OBDII port. BPT Motorsport flash screen will
appear at e ery single plugin.

Once Unzipped, Click on setup.exe to install the
User software on your computer
3.
Select “PROGRAMMING” option by touching
the screen.
3.
Once installed plug MyCalibrator de ice into PC
USB port. The software will auto detect the
de ice and display “Connected” at the bottom
of the App screen.
4.
Turn ignition switch to ON position but DO NOT
CRANK START, Press “CONTINUE”.

The customer software will automatically Look
for Updates and any “Custom Tunes” for your
ehicle based on the Software Part Number
le el found in your cars ECU and TCM.
5.
MyCalibrator will lock to the ECU and sa e the
stock Engine and transmission file data. DO
NOT disconnect or switch ignition off at any
time during this process.

MyCalibrator will download any “Custom
Tunes” for your ehicle. Be aware that there
may be multiple downloads to process.
6.
When prompted, turn OFF ignition switch and
disconnect MyCalibrator from CAT 5 plug on
back of de ice.

Wait until ALL calibrations ha e been
downloaded by the de ice.
Once all Firmware and Software updates ha e
completed disconnect MyCalibrator from PC
and return to ehicle for Calibration upload.

7.
Proceed to “DOWNLOADING CUSTOM TUNES
FROM CLOUD” or if optioned by customer to
ha e Tunes preloaded proceed to “LOADING
CUSTOM TUNES INTO VEHICLE”
NOTE: There might be times when a customer
has requested Custom Calibrations to be pre-
loaded into the de ice, in this case
downloading from the Cloud Ser er will not be
necessary.
Steps 1. to 6. As abo e can be ignored.

LOADING CUSTOM TUNES INTO VEHICLE:
1.
Connect MyCalibrator to supplied OBDII cord
with CAT 5 plug end plugged into rear of the
de ice.

MyCalibrator will Check for ehicle ECU unlock
and apply Operating System patch for first
install Only. DO NOT disconnect or switch
ignition off at any time.
2.
Connect MyCalibrator to supplied OBDII cord
and plug into ehicle OBDII port. BPT
Motorsport flash screen will appear at e ery
single plugin.
9.
MyCalibrator will now open up Custom Tune
file and send to ECU, This may take up to 7
minutes to complete. DO NOT disconnect or
switch ignition off at any time.

Use of this product is at the entire risk of the original purchaser.
BPT Motorsport guarantees that e ery MyCalibrator is free from physical defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. If the product pro es defecti e
during this warranty period, contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization. When returning a
product, mark the Return clearly with your details outside of the package and include a copy of your
original proof of purchase.

Select “PROGRAMMING” option by touching
the screen.

Once Performance file has been loaded It is
safe to turn the key OFF, Select the “BACK”
button and disconnect the de ice from the
OBDII port. Alternati ely if the MyCalibrator is
permanently mounted it does not ha e to be
disconnected.

re ise or update its products, software, or documentation without obligation to notify any indi idual or

4.
Turn ON ignition switch but DO NOT START,
Press “CONTINUE”.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BPT MOTORSPORT LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT FROM
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF
THE PRODUCT, ITS ACCOMPANYING SOFTWARE, OR ITS DOCUMENTATION.
Warranty is void if device is used in a manner not consistent with
reasonable care.
5.
Select “PERFORMANCE CALS” to upload
performance tunes onto ehicle ECU or TCM.
DO NOT disconnect or switch ignition off at any
time.
MyCalibrator by BPT Motorsport and its pre-loaded calibrations are designed for standard ehicles that
ha e NOT had any harware, control systems or dri etrain modifications.
The owner of ehicle being flashed accepts full responsibilty for any damages to engine and dri etrain
through modifications installed by them.NOTICE: Ford Motor Company reser es the right to refuse any
warranty claim by the owner if it is deemed by its dealers that the ehicle has been modified in any shape
form or way.
Warranty is void if the device case is opened.
6.
Select the calibration you wish to load to the
ehicle ECU or TCM. DO NOT disconnect or
switch ignition off at any time.

Press “CONTINUE” to confirm your selection.
