white indicator lights turn on; Note: Headband cannot be used if the battery

Battery Checking
While not charging, quickly press the power button and release, the side indicators

When in use, press and hold the power button until all of the 5 white indicator
lights turn OFF and turn ON AGAIN;

Notice: If the Headband does not work properly, remove the charging
cable, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds, then release

PUTTING ON
To charge the Headband, plug the charging
cable into the USB port on your computer or
other power source. The LED indicator lights
will progressively illuminate on your Focus1
as it charges. Each steady light represents
20% of the maximus charge. Once all ve
lights glow solid white light, the Headband will
be fully charged.
Notice: Please use the USB cable included in
the package to avoid any charging problems.
CHARGING
Put the Focus 1 on your head and adjust the
Headband to ensure the correct orientation
for proper t and correct electrode
placement.

Notice: Make sure that both electrodes and
your skin are clean and have direct contact with
each other.

Please wipe your electrodes weekly with the
sterile saline wipe included to keep the
electrodes clean and extend their lifetime.

开始使用后，请每周用附带的生理盐水试纸

Replace the hydrogel electrodes when necessary
to ensure signal quality. The recommended time
is 6 months.
1. While replacing the electrodes, please pay
attention to the groove on the bottom of the
electrode that shows the proper placement
direction. Please contact the agency to purchase
more.
2. Do not put the used electrodes into water
or re.

Before using your Focus 1 headband, please read the following safety instructions. This will
ensure correct usage. After reading this manual, store it in a safe place for future reference.

IMPORTANT:
Please use the accessories included in your purchase. Due to voltage and current
requirements (5V,200mA), please use the USB cable that was included in your Product
Pouch.
WARNING：
1. Focus 1 headband contains hydrogel electrodes. Please see a doctor if swallowed.
2. Please store your Focus 1 headband in the Product Pouch when it is not in use. Keep
children and pets away from the product.
3.Please follow the instructions below before using your Focus 1 headband:
- Before using, please read the User Manual carefully.
- Watch your child when she/he is using this product.
- Do not expose this product to water, rain, or any liquid.
- Use of a power supply or charger not recommended or sold by an authorized manufac-
turer may result in a risk of re or injury.
- Do not attempt to use a damaged or modied Focus 1 headband. A damaged or modied
Focus 1 headband may cause a re or unknown danger.
- Do not dispose of your Focus 1 headband in a re or heat. The product could explode in
a re or high temperatures over 100℃.
- Servicing can only be performed by a qualied repair person using identical replace-
ment parts.
4. This product contains small parts which may be a choking hazard. Not suitable for
children under age 6.
5. Do not tamper with your Focus 1 headband without authorization.
6. Use this product only with an agency approved power supply which meets local
regulatory requirements (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC).
7. Do not expose this product, which contains batteries, to excessive heat (e.g. storage in
direct sunlight, re or any similar environment).
8. If you are under 18 years old, please read this document with your guardians and pay
attention to all warnings.
