コントロールボックスのカバーを開ける時は必ず電源スイッチを切り、電源プラグを抜いて、その後 5 分間
待ってからカバーを開けてください。高電圧部分にふれると、大けがをすることがあります。
Wait at least 5 minutes after turning off the power switch and disconnecting the power cord from the wall
outlet before opening the cover of the control box. Touching areas where high voltages are present can result
in severe injury.
在关闭电源开关并将电源插头从插座上拔下后,至少等待 5 分钟,再打开控制箱盖。
触摸带有高电压的区域将会造成人员伤亡。
Después de desconectar el interruptor principal y desenchufar el cable de alimentación del tomacorriente en
la pared esperar al menos 5 minutos antes de abrir la cubierta de la caja de controles. El tocar las áreas
donde exista alto voltaje puede ocasionar heridas graves.

エアー供給源のエアーコックを閉じ、ドレインコックよりエアーを抜き、圧力計の指針を「０」にしてくだ
さい。
Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power cord before installing any optional parts.
The machine may operate if the foot switch is depressed by mistake, which could result in injury.
Close the air cock of the air supply source, and then open the drain cock to bleed the air until the needle of the
pressure gauge points to “0”.
作业前请先关闭电源开关，并将电源插头从插座上拔下。
当误踩下脚开关时，缝纫机动作会导致人员受伤。
请先关闭气源开关,然后从排放栓中将余气排放出，并等压力表指针下降到 「０」为止。
Desconectar el interrouptor principal y desconectar el cable de alimentación antes de cambiar las piezas
opcionales. La maquina podria comenzar a funcionar si por descuido se presionara el interruptor de pie de
comienzo de costura, lo que podría resultar en heridas.
Cierre el grifo de aire de la alimentación de aire, y luego abra el grifo de drenaje para purgar el aire hasta que
la aguja del indicador de presión apunte a “0”.

2. ファイバー(3)をセンサ取付板(4)と締ねじ(5)でアームに仮
締めします。
3. アーム糸掛け(6)と針棒糸案内(7)に糸を通したとき、糸とフ
ァイバー(3)先端のすき間が 4mm になるように、締ねじ(5)
を締め付けます。
4. 2 本のファイバー(3)をナイロンクランプ(8)にはさみ込み、
締ねじ(9)でアームの裏側に取り付けます。
2. Provisionally install the fibers (3) to the arm with the sensor
setting plate (4) and the screw (5).
3. Tighten the screw (5) so that there is a clearance of 4 mm
between the thread and the fiber (3) when the thread is
passed through the arm thread guide (6) and the needle bar
thread guide (7).
4. Clamp the two fibers (3) with nylon clamp (8), and install the
nylon clamp (8) to the underside of the arm with the screw
(9).

2. Instale provisoriamente las fibras (3) en el brazo con la placa de ajuste de sensor (4) y el tornillo (5).
3. Apriete el tornillo (5) de manera que haya una separación de 4 mm entre el hilo y la fibra (3) cuando se pasa el hilo por la guía
de hilo del brazo (6) y la guía de hilo de barra de agujas (7).
4. Apriete las dos fibras (3) con la prensa de nailón (8), e instale la prensa de nailón (8) en la parte de abajo del brazo con el
tornillo (9).

5. Pass the two fibers (3) through the cord bushing (10) into
the arm.
NOTE:
Pass the fibers into the arm so that they do not touch the
moving parts inside the arm when the sewing machine is
running.
5. 二根光导纤维传感器(3)从电线套(10)中穿过机壳内。
注意：
缝纫机启动时，穿过的光导纤维传感器不可与机壳中的机械
运动部分接触。
5. Pase las dos fibras (3) a través del buje de cable (10) en el
brazo.
NOTA:
Pase las fibras dentro del brazo de manera que no
toquen las partes en movimiento dentro del brazo cuando
la máquina de coser está funcionando.

6. 2 本のファイバー(3)を図のように、ミシン後部まで通します。
[ご注意]
このとき、ファイバーが折れ曲がったり、コードホルダーでつぶれたりしないように注意してください。正常に糸切れを
検出できなくなる恐れがあります。
7. アンプ取付金具(11)を締ねじ(12)［2本］でミシン後部に取り付けます。
8. アンプの爪(13)をアンプ取付金具(11)に引っ掛け、アンプ(14)を取り付けます。
6. Pass the two fibers (3) through to the back of the sewing machine as shown in the illustration.
NOTE:
Be careful not to bend or break the fibers or damage them with the cord holder at this time. If this is not observed, thread
breakages may not be detected correctly.
7. Install the metal fitting (11) to the back of the sewing machine with the two screws (12).
8. Hook the tabs (13) of the amplifier onto the metal fitting (11) to install the amplifier (14).
6. 将2根光导纤维传感器(3)如图所示，一直通到缝纫机后部为止。
注意：
此时，请注意不可使光导纤维传感器弯曲，或是因电线夹使其破损，如此有可能会没法正常检出断线。
7. 使用螺钉(12)［2个］将放大器安装支架(11)安装在缝纫机后部上。
8. 将信号放大器下方的插钩(13)勾挂到放大器安装支架(11)上，安装信号放大器(14)。
6. Pase las dos fibras (3) por la parte de atrás de la máquina de coser tal como se indica en la figura.
NOTA:
En este momento tenga cuidado de no doblar o romper las fibras o dañarlas con el soporte de cable. Si no tiene en cuenta
lo anterior, las roturas de hilo no serán detectadas correctamente.
7. Instale la pieza metálica (11) en la parte de atrás de la máquina de coser con los dos tornillos (12).
8. Enganche las lengüetas (13) del amplificador en la pieza metálica (11) para instalar el amplificador (14).

ファイバーをアンプに無理なく挿入できる長さに切断します。
Cut the fibers to a length so that they can be easily inserted into the amplifier.
将光导纤维传感器在正好能插入信号放大器的长度处切断。
Corte las fibras al largo que permita insertarlas fácilmente en el amplificador.
ファイバーカッターのレバー(1)を上げた状態で、ファイバー(2)
をφ2.2 用穴に挿入し、一気に刃を押し下げて希望の長さに切断
します。
[ご注意]
一度切断に使用した穴は使用しないでください。切断面が悪
くなり、検出距離が低下することがあります。
With the lever (1) of the fiber cutter raised, insert the fiber (2) into
the 2.2 mm diameter hole, and push down the knife in one
movement to cut the fiber (2) to the desired length.
NOTE:
Do not use holes that have already been used for cutting. If
they are used, cutting performance will worsen and the
sensing distance will become less.
光导纤维传感器铡刀的控制杆(1)在提起的状态下，将光导纤维传
感器(2)插入φ2.2 的孔中，一下子按下铡刀，切到希望的长度。
注意：
切断过一次的孔,请不要再使用。有可能造成切断面不好，检出
距离能力变低。
Con la palanca (1) del cortador de fibra levantada, inserte la fibra (2) en el agujero de diámetro 2,2 mm, y empuje la cuchilla en un
movimiento para cortar la fibra (2) al largo deseado.
NOTA:
No use los agujeros que han sido usados para cortar. Si se usan, el rendimiento de corte se dificultará y la distancia de
sensibilidad será menor.

1. アンプのカバーを開け、ファイバーロックレバー(1)をAの
方向に倒します。
2. 投光（単芯）ファイバー(2)を「OUT」側、受光（複芯）フ
ァイバー(3)を「IN」側の挿入口より、ゆっくりと止まると
ころまで挿入します。
[ご注意]
ファイバーを止まるところまで挿入しないと検出距離
が低下し、正常に糸切れを検出できないことがあります。
3. ファイバーロックレバー(1)をBの方向に止まるところまで
戻します。
1. Open the cover of the amplifier and tilt the fiber lock lever
(1) in the direction of A.
2. Insert the light emitting fiber (single-core) (2) into the “OUT”
side and the light receiving fiber (multi-core) (3) into the “IN”
side. Insert both fibers gently as far as they will go.
NOTE:
If you do not insert the fibers until they stop, the sensing
distance will become less and thread breakages may
not be detected correctly.
3. Return the fiber lock lever (1) in the direction of B until it
stops.
1. 打开信号放大器盖，将光导纤维传感器锁住杆(1) 推向 A的方向。
2. 将泛光(单芯) 光导纤维传感器 (2)插入「OUT」侧插入口，受光(多芯) 光导纤维传感器 (3)插入「IN」侧插入口，慢慢将其插到
底为止。
注意：
如果不插到底的话，有可能造成检出距离能力变低，会没法正常检出断线。
3. 将光导纤维传感器锁住杆(1) 向B的方向推回到原来位置。
1. Abra la cubierta del amplificador e incline la palanca de bloqueo de fibra (1) en la dirección de A.
2. Inserte la fibra emisora de luz (núcleo único) (2) del lado "OUT" y la fibra receptora de luz (núcleos múltiples) (3) del lado "IN".
Inserte ambas fibras suavemente tanto como sea posible.
NOTA:
Si no inserta las fibras todo lo posible, la distancia del sensibilidad será menor y las roturas de hilo no serán detectadas
correctamente.
3. Vuelva la palanca de bloqueo de fibra (1) en la dirección de B hasta que se detenga.

1. アンプケーブル組(1)のコネクタ部を持ち、アンプの溝(2)と
コネクタの爪(3)を合わせて「カチッ」と音がするまでコネ
クタを差し込みます。
1. Hold the connector of the amplifier cable assembly (1),
align the groove in the amplifier (2) with the tab of the
connector (3), and then insert the connector until it clicks
into place.
1. 拿着电缆线组件(1)的插头，将插头上的插钩(3)对准信号放大
器槽(2)插入，直到听到「咔嚓」声为止。
1. Sostenga el conector del conjunto del cable del
amplificador (1), alinee la ranura en el amplificador (2) con
la lengüeta del conector (3), y luego inserte el conector
hasta que haga clic en su lugar.

2. 締ねじ［8本］を外し、コントロールボックスの蓋を取り外します。
3. 締ねじ(4)［2本］をゆるめ、コード押え板(5)を右方向に開き、アンプケーブル組(1)を通します。
4. メイン基板の P8 よりコネクタを取り外し、アンプケーブル組(1)のワイヤーマークとコネクタの番号を確認しながらピンを差
し込みます。（10 番：茶、11 番：黒、12 番：青）
5. コネクタをメイン基板の P8 に差し込みます。
6. コントロールボックスの蓋を締ねじ［8本］で締め付けます。
※このときコード類が蓋にはさまっていないことを確認してください。
2. Remove the eight screws, and then remove the cover of the control box.
3. Loosen the two screws (4), and then open the cord presser plate (5) to the right and pass the amplifier cable assembly (1)
through the opening.
4. Disconnect the connector from P8 on the main P.C. board, and insert the pins while checking that the wire marks on the
amplifier cable assembly (1) match the connector numbers. (No. 10: Brown; No. 11: Black; No. 12: Blue)
5. Insert the connector into P8 on the main P.C. board.
6. Tighten the control box cover with the eight screws.
* Check that the cords are not clamped by the cover at this time.
2. 拧下固定螺钉［8个］，拆下控制箱的盖子。
3. 松开螺钉(4)［2个］，将电线压板(5)向右拉开，使电缆线组件(1)通过。
4. 从主基板的 P8 处取出插头，一边确认电缆线组件(1)上的电线记号和插头上的号码，一边将插针插入。(10 号为茶色、11 号为黑
色、12 号为兰色)
5. 将插头插入主基板的 P8 处。
6. 用固定螺钉［8个］拧紧控制箱的盖子。
※此时请确认电线等应没有被盖子夹住。
2. Retire los ocho tornillos, y luego quite la cubierta de la caja de control.
3. Afloje los dos tornillos (4), y luego abra la placa prensora de cables (5) hacia la derecha y pase el conjunto de cable de
amplificador (1) por la abertura.
4. Desconecte el conector desde P8 en el tablero P.C. principal, e inserte las clavijas mientras verifica que las marcas de los
cables en el conjunto de cable de amplificador (1) estén de acuerdo con los números de conectores. (No. 10: Marrón; No. 11:
Negro; No. 12: Azul)
5. Inserte el conector en P8 en el tablero P.C. principal.
6. Apriete la cubierta de la caja de controles con los ocho tornillos.
* Verifique que los cables no son apretados por la cubierta.

1. ミシンの電源スイッチを入れます。
2. ファイバー(1)先端の中心から赤い光が出ていることを確認
します。
3. アンプのカバー(2)を開けます。
4. モード切替スイッチ(3)を「STD」にセットします。
5. 動作切換スイッチ(4)を「L」にセットします。
6. タイマ動作切換スイッチ(5)を「OFF」にセットします。
1. Turn on the power switch of the sewing machine.
2. Check that a red light is coming out from the center of the
tip of the fiber (1).
3. Open the cover (2) of the amplifier.
4. Move the mode select switch (3) to “STD”.
5. Move the operation select switch (4) to “L”.
6. Move the timer operation select switch (5) to “OFF”.
1. 按入电源开关，接通电源。
2. 确认有从光导纤维传感器(1)尖端的中心处发出的红色光。
3. 打开信号放大器的盖(2)。
4. 将模式变换开关(3)设定在「STD」上。
5. 将动作变换开关(4)设定在「L」上。
6. 再将时间动作变换开关(5)设定在「OFF」上。

fibra (1).
3. Abra la cubierta (2) del amplificador.
4. Mueva el interruptor de selección de modo (3) a "STD".

6. Mueva el interruptor de selección de operación del
temporizador (5) a "OFF".
