01. Introduction
Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the New Forge Engineering DC100 Internal
Debeader Camera system. Please study this documentation including
assembly images prior to the usage of the tool.
The DC100 is a first of its kind wireless internal debeading monitoring
system. No longer do operators have to blindly debead by feel. With this
night vision camera system, operators can now see their tool working
up to 20m within the pipe. The DC100 allows a significantly greater level
of control and monitoring to internal debeading applications.
Warning!
Both the camera and monitor with this unit contain lithium ion batteries.
Do not expose either camera or monitor to temperatures greater than
60°C.
Please Note:
• This tool is designed for use with the New Forge Engineering
560-900mm Internal Debeader. Its use may be suited to other
internal debeaders, however performance cannot be guaranteed.
• Only use supplied charger to charge both monitor and camera.
• For best performance, try to maintain a line of sight between
camera and monitor. Keep monitor stationary during use. Large
obstructions and monitor movement can cause unwanted signal
interference.
Safety Instructions
1. Read and understand the whole instruction booklet before using
the tool.
2. It is imperative that all possible precautions are made to avoid
unexpected pipe movement when the tool is being used.
