When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should al-
ways be followed, including the following.
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not use the toaster oven for other than intended use.
3. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after
the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
Return the appliance to an authorised service facility for examina-
tion, repair, or adjustment.
4. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or
oven toaster in water or any other liquid.
5. Do not leave the appliance switched on unattended. Close supervi-
sion is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
6. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot
surfaces.
7. Unplug from outlet when the appliance is not in use and before
cleaning it.
8. The use of an accessory not evaluated for use with this oven toast-
er may cause hazards.
9. Do not use outdoors.
VOLTAGE
Make sure the voltage on the specication plate of the oven toast-
er corresponds to the voltage in your house before plugging in the
oven toaster.
WARNINGS
• Never immerse the appliance in water
• Do not lay the supply cord on the hot surface of the appliance.
• When in operation the oven surface become extremely hot. Cau-
tion should be used to place the oven on at, heatproof surfaces,
touching only the knobs and the plastic handles. Close supervi-
sion is necessary when used by or near children.
• When in operation do not move the unit.
• Connect the appliance to an earthed mains outlet.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Selector dial
0 - Both the two heating elements are switched off.
I - Only the upper heating element is switched on.
II - Only the lower heating element is switched on.
III - Both the upper and lower heating elements are switched on.
Main switch with timer
To switch on; turn clockwise until it clicks. By turning further
clockwise the timer is set (maximum 60 minutes).
The toast oven will switch off automatically when the set time has
been reached. When the appliance switches itself off, a bell sound
is audible.
Whenever you wish to interrupt the operation, you can turn the
knob anti-clockwise back into “V” position.

In general, you should begin cooking with the selector dial in po-
sition II. During cooking you may wish to switch over to position
I or III: This depends mainly on the shape of food. For pizza, toast
and other at products you select position I. For French loaves,
sausage rolls and other high shaped products you select position
III. After you have set the selector dial, you set the mains switch
with timer to the required cooking time. The heating elements are
not switched on until the timer has been set.
