3. INBETRIEBNAHME
NUR FÜR DEN PRIVATEN GEBRAUCH!
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Dies ist ein Gasgrill, der nur für den Gebrauch im Freien bestimmt ist. Er ist ausschließlich für die Verwendung gemäß dieser
Anleitung zur Zubereitung von Grillgut bestimmt und diese Anleitung muss jederzeit beachtet werden.
Unsachgemäße Verwendung
Jede andere oder über den angegebenen Zweck hinausgehende Verwendung ist nicht zulässig. Dies gilt insbesondere für die
folgenden Arten des Missbrauchs:
• Betreiben Sie den Grill nicht mit Kohle oder anderen Brennstoffen als Flüssiggas (Propan/Butan).
• Betreiben Sie den Grill nicht als Herd mit Töpfen und Pfannen.
• Betreiben Sie den Grill nicht als Heizgerät.
Verwenden Sie den Grill nicht zum Erhitzen von Materialien und Stoffen, die nicht für das Grillen geeignet sind.
4. GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
Der Gewährleistungszeitraum beträgt 36 Monate. Reimo behält sich das Recht vor, mögliche Fehler zu beseitigen. Die Garantie
wird für alle Schäden ausgeschlossen, die durch fehlerhafte Verwendung oder unsachgemäße Handhabung entstanden sind.
Haftungsbeschränkungen:
Reimo ist in keinem Fall für Begleitschäden, Folgeschäden oder indirekte Schäden, Kosten, Ausgaben, Nutzungsausfall oder
Gewinnausfall haftbar. Der angegebene Verkaufspreis des Produkts stellt den entsprechenden Betrag der Haftungsbeschränkung
von Reimo dar.
DIE GARANTIE ERLISCHT UND DIE VERANTWORTUNG GEHT AUF DEN ANWENDER/AUSFÜHRENDE PERSON ÜBER:
• Wenn der Grill nicht richtig benutzt wird.

5. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Gefahr "Heiße Oberflächen und Teile"
Während des Betriebs können einige zugängliche Teile des Grills sehr heiß werden, insbesondere
diejenigen, die sich in der Nähe der Feuerschale befinden.
Mögliche Folgen:
• Schwere Verbrennungen durch Berühren von Teilen in der Nähe der Feuerschale.
• Feuer oder Schwelbrand brennbare Materialien oder Stoffe befinden sich in der Nähe des Grills
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vor der Benutzung des Grills:
• Achten Sie beim Einstellen des Grills darauf, dass:
- Es werden sich niemals brennbare Materialien oder Stoffe in der Nähe des Grills befinden.
Mindestabstand zu brennbaren Materialien oder Stoffen, z. B. Wänden: min. 0,25 m
- Der Grill steht fest auf einer ausreichend großen Fläche. Er darf während des Betriebs nicht
bewegt werden.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen beim Grillen:
• Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe zum Grillen.
• Lassen Sie den Grill niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Achten Sie besonders darauf, dass Kinder und
Haustiere vom Grill ferngehalten werden.
Gefahr "Gas ist leicht entzündlich"
Flüssiggas ist leicht entzündlich und explosiv.
Mögliche Folgen:
• Schwere Personen- oder Sachschäden, wenn sich austretendes Gas in einer Umgebung entzün-
det, in der es nicht kontrolliert wird.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen:
• Benutzen Sie den Grill nur im Freien und achten Sie auf eine gute Belüftung des Raumes.
• Schützen Sie die Gasflasche und den Gasschlauch vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung und ande-
ren Wärmequellen über 50 K. Achten Sie besonders darauf, dass der Gasschlauch kein Teil des
heißen Grills berührt.
• Stellen Sie die Gasflasche nicht auf die untere Ablage, da sie sich zu nahe am Brenner
befindet.
• Beugen Sie sich beim Anzünden der Gasflamme nicht über den Grill.
• Schließen Sie das Ventil der Gasflasche sofort nach jedem Gebrauch (drehen Sie das Ventil im
Uhrzeigersinn).
• Lassen Sie den Grill niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Wenn die Flamme erloschen ist, zünden Sie sie
sofort wieder an oder unterbrechen Sie die Gaszufuhr.
• Achten Sie beim Anschluss der Gasflasche darauf, dass sich im Umkreis von 5 m keine Zündquel-
len befinden.
Achten Sie besonders darauf, keine offenen Flammen zu entzünden, nicht zu rauchen und keine
elektrischen Geräte (Apparate, Licht, Türklingel) usw. einzuschalten (Funkenüberschlag möglich)
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor jedem Gebrauch, dass alle Gasanschlüsse dicht und unversehrt sind.
Ersetzen Sie gegebenenfalls den Schlauch, um die entsprechenden nationalen Anforderungen zu
erfüllen.
Der Grill darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn die Anschlüsse für die Gaszufuhr porös oder defekt
sind. Dies gilt z. B. auch für durch Insekten verstopfte Schläuche oder Armaturen, da dies zu
einem gefährlichen Flammenrückschlag führen kann.
• Achten Sie darauf, dass die Position des Verbindungsschlauches nicht verdreht werden kann.
• Bewegen Sie das Gerät während des Gebrauchs nicht.
• Nach Gebrauch die Gaszufuhr am Behälter abstellen.
• Jede Veränderung am Gerät kann gefährlich sein.

Gefahr "Gas verdrängt Sauerstoff"
Flüssiggas ist schwerer als Sauerstoff. Deshalb setzt es sich am Boden ab und verdrängt den Sauer-
stoff in der Höhe.
Mögliche Folgen:
• Erstickung infolge von Sauerstoffmangel, wenn die Gaskonzentration ausreichend ansteigt.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen:
• Benutzen Sie den Grill nur im Freien in einem gut belüfteten Bereich und oberirdisch (d.h. nicht in
Bereichen, die unter dem Boden liegen).
• Schließen Sie das Ventil der Gasflasche nach jedem Gebrauch.
• Lassen Sie den Grill niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Wenn die Flamme erloschen ist, zünden Sie sie
sofort wieder an oder unterbrechen Sie die Gaszufuhr.
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor jedem Gebrauch, dass alle Gasanschlüsse dicht und unversehrt sind .
Ersetzen Sie gegebenenfalls den Schlauch, um die entsprechenden nationalen Anforderungen zu
erfüllen.
Der Grill darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn der Anschluss für die Gaszufuhr porös oder defekt ist.
• Wenn der Grill längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird, unterbrechen Sie die Gaszufuhr zur Gasflasche und
lagern Sie ihn ordnungsgemäß:
- Montieren Sie das Gasflaschenventil mit einer Überwurfmutter und einer Sicherheitskappe-
- Lagern Sie die Gasflasche nicht in Räumen unterhalb des Erdgeschosses, in oder in der Nähe
von Treppen, Fluren oder Durchgängen zwischen Gebäuden.
- Lagern Sie Gasflaschen immer aufrecht, auch wenn sie leer sind.
• Die vom Hersteller oder seinem Vertreter versiegelten Teile dürfen vom Benutzer nicht verändert
werden
6. MONTAGE
Vor dem Start
Hier ein paar Tipps, wie Sie Ihren Grill schnell und erfolgreich aufbauen können:
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass keine Teile fehlen, indem Sie alle Einzelteile auf eine leere Fläche legen.
Sollte trotz sorgfältiger Werkskontrolle ein Bauteil fehlen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundendienst. Wir werden uns
umgehend um Ihr Anliegen kümmern.
• Sortieren Sie die Kleinteile aus, denn einige der Schrauben und Bolzen sind sich sehr ähnlich und können leicht verwechselt
werden.
• Für die Montage benötigen Sie einen mittelgroßen Schraubendreher und einen geeigneten Schraubenschlüssel (Flach- oder
Steckschlüssel).
Für den Anschluss der Gasflasche benötigen Sie einen Gabelschlüssel.
Verwenden Sie nur intakte und für die jeweilige Aufgabe geeignete Werkzeuge. Mit abgenutzten oder ungeeigneten Werkzeugen
können Sie die Schrauben nicht ausreichend anziehen, sondern beschädigen sie so stark, dass sie sich nicht mehr drehen
lassen.
• Montieren Sie immer alle Verbindungselemente (Schrauben, Bolzen, Muttern usw.) wie in den folgenden Abbildungen gezeigt.
Wenn Sie ein Verbindungselement verlegen, ersetzen Sie es durch ein entsprechendes Teil. Nur so können Sie sicherstellen,
dass die Konstruktion stabil und sicher ist.
• Es ist wichtig, dass Sie die Anweisungen in der angegebenen Reihenfolge befolgen!
• Lesen Sie den Text zu jedem Schritt, bevor Sie ihn ausführen, da nützliche Informationen manchmal erst am Ende des
Abschnitts gegeben werden.

7. ANSCHLIESSEN UND ABKLEMMEN DER GASFLASCHE
Benötigte Teile und Werkzeuge
• 17-mm-Schlüssel (Maulschlüssel SW 17)
• Gasflasche
Eine handelsübliche Campinggasflasche mit einem Füllgewicht von 3, 5 oder 11 kg (z. B. graue Camping-Propangasflasche).
Diese sind in Baumärkten oder bei Flüssiggaslieferanten erhältlich.
• Druckregler (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
Voreingestellter und geprüfter Druckregler, max. 1.5 kg/h, geeignet für die verwendete Gasflasche. Diese Art von Druckmin-
derer ist auch bei Ihrem Fachhändler erhältlich.
• Leckdetektor
Eventuelle Lecks in der Gasanlage können Sie mit einem Lecksuchgerät aufspüren. Dieser kann in Baumärkten oder bei
Flüssiggaslieferanten erworben werden. Bitte beachten Sie die Bedienungsanleitung des Lecksuchgeräts.
• Gasschlauch (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten)
-Zugelassener Schlauch von ausreichender Länge, nicht länger als 1,5 m, der eine knickfreie Installation ermöglicht.
Gefahr "Entzündung von austretendem Gas"
Flüssiggas ist leicht entzündlich und explosiv.
Mögliche Folgen:
• Ersetzen Sie gegebenenfalls den Schlauch, um die entsprechenden nationalen Anforderungen
zu erfüllen.
• Schwere Personen- oder Sachschäden, wenn sich austretendes Gas in einer Umgebung entzün-
det, in der es nicht kontrolliert wird.
Sicherheitsvorkehrungen
• Achten Sie beim Anschluss der Gasflasche darauf, dass sich im Umkreis von 5 m keine
Zündquellen befinden.
• Achten Sie besonders darauf, keine offenen Flammen zu entzünden, nicht zu rauchen und keine
elektrischen Geräte (Apparate, Licht, Türklingel) usw. einzuschalten (Funkenüberschlag möglich).
1. Wählen Sie einen geeigneten Platz zum Aufstellen des Grills. Stellen Sie sicher, dass ...
– Sich keine brennbaren Materialien oder Stoffe in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grills befinden. Mindestabstand zu brennbaren
Materialien oder Stoffen: 2 m nach oben und 1 m zur Seite; Abstand zu schwer entflammbaren Materialien oder Stoffen
- mindestens 0,25 m.
– Der Grill steht fest auf einer ebenen, ausreichend großen Fläche. Er darf während des Betriebs nicht bewegt werden.
Alle Betriebsanweisungen werden gemäß den Anweisungen des Reglers ausgeführt.
2. Falls der Gasfluss die Kapazität des Reglers übersteigt, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Gaslieferanten.
Um ein korrektes Funktionieren des Durchflussbegrenzers während der Gaszufuhr zu gewährleisten, sollte die Schlauch-
länge des Geräts maximal 1,5 m betragen.
Unter normalen Einsatzbedingungen wird empfohlen, den Regler innerhalb von 10 Jahren nach dem Herstellungsdatum
auszutauschen, um die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Anlage zu gewährleisten.
WICHTIG: LASSEN SIE DEN REGLER NIEMALS AM FLASCHENVENTIL ANGESCHLOSSEN, WENN SICH DER GUMMI-
SCHLAUCH NICHT KORREKT IN SEINEM GEHÄUSE BEFINDET, DA DIE DURCHFLUSSBEGRENZUNGSVORRICHTUNG
NICHT DAFÜR AUSGELEGT IST, DIE FUNKTION DES ABSPERRENS DER GASZUFUHR ZU GEWÄHRLEISTEN.
8. ANWEISUNGEN ZUR VERWENDUNG VON FLÜSSIGGASFLASCHEN
Betriebsanleitung für Flüssiggasflaschensysteme
(ausgenommen Treibgasflaschen und Treibgasflaschensysteme)
8.1. Eigenschaften von Flüssiggas
Flüssiggas (Propan, Butan und deren Gemische) ist ein leicht entzündliches, farbloses Gas mit einem wahrnehmbaren
Geruch. Es ist schwerer als Sauerstoff und entflammbar mit geringen Mischungen von Umgebungsluft.
Vorsicht: Unkontrolliertes Gas kann verpuffen oder explodieren.
Das Flüssiggas steht in der Flasche unter Druck. Schützen Sie sie vor Temperaturen über 40°C! Bei höheren Temperaturen,
insbesondere bei Brandeinwirkung, besteht die Gefahr eines unkontrollierten Gasaustritts bis hin zum Bersten der Flasche.

8.3. Betrieb von Flüssiggasflaschensystemen
• Flüssiggasflaschenanlagen sollten nur von Fachbetrieben installiert, in Betrieb genommen, geändert und überprüft werden.
• Flüssiggas-Flaschensysteme sollten im gewerblichen Bereich nur von geschultem Personal installiert und von einer ent-
sprechend qualifizierten Person oder bei bestimmten Flaschensystemen von einer vom Unternehmer beauftragten Person
überprüft werden.
• Die Flasche muss in aufrechter Position aufgestellt werden. Bei Flaschen, die auf der Seite liegen, besteht die Gefahr einer
Verpuffung.
• Die vom Hersteller des Flüssiggasgerätes zur Verfügung gestellte Betriebsanleitung ist vom Anwender für den Betrieb und ggf.
für Maßnahmen zur Störungsbeseitigung sorgfältig zu beachten. Der Betreiber einer Flüssiggas-Flaschenanlage muss sich
vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme oder nach einer Änderung durch eine Prüfung und Bescheinigung eines Fachbetriebes vom
ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Anlage überzeugen (gewerbliche Anlagen sind durch einen für den jeweiligen gewerblichen
Bereich zuständigen Fachmann zu behandeln). Die Bescheinigungen über die Prüfungen sind vom Betreiber aufzubewahren.
• Wird die Anlage über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt, sind die Ventile zu schließen; dabei vom Geräteabsperrventil in
Richtung Flaschenventil beginnen. Bei Wiederinbetriebnahme der Anlage sind die Ventile zu öffnen; dabei ist vom Flaschenven-
til in Richtung Geräteabsperrventil zu beginnen.
• Offenes Feuer und Rauchen sind in Bereichen, in denen Großflaschen gelagert werden, und in unmittelbarer Nähe von Groß-
flaschensystemen verboten. Die Lüftungsöffnungen des Aufstellungsraums und/oder des Flaschenschranks müssen freigehal-
ten werden. Es müssen Warnschilder angebracht werden.
• Das Abzapfen von Flüssiggas ist dem Bediener untersagt!
8.4. Auswechseln des Zylinders
• Lösen Sie beim Flaschenwechsel den Regleranschluss erst, wenn das Flaschenventil vollständig geschlossen ist. Der Druckreg-
ler muss angeschlossen und gut abgedichtet sein. Bei jedem Flaschenwechsel muss die Dichtheit des Regleranschlusses mit
schäumenden Mitteln (z. B. Seifenwasser) geprüft werden.
• Bei Mehrflaschenanlagen: Absperrventil der Behälteranschlussleitung schließen; Schalter auf volle Flaschen stellen.

8.5. Transport und Lagerung
• Um Beschädigungen des Ventils und Gasaustritt zu vermeiden, sollten volle und leere Flüssiggasflaschen nur mit geschlosse-
nem und geschütztem Ventil (Überwurfmutter und Kappe) transportiert und gelagert werden.
• Beim Transport in Fahrzeugen ist auf eine ausreichende Belüftung des Lagerraumes zu achten. Die Flaschen müssen während
des Transports gegen Verrutschen gesichert werden.
• Die Flaschen, auch wenn sie leer sind, sollten nur aufrecht in gut belüfteten Räumen gelagert werden; sie sollten nicht unter
der Erde (z. B. in Kellern, Schächten usw.), in Treppenhäusern, Fluren, Durchgängen, in der Nähe von Notausgängen, Flucht-
wegen und Durchgängen zwischen Gebäuden oder in deren unmittelbarer Nähe gelagert werden. In einer Wohnung sollten
nicht mehr als zwei kleine Gasflaschen gelagert werden - und auch nur dann in getrennten Räumen (nicht in Schlafzimmern).

Damit Sie lange Freude an Ihrem Grill haben, sollten Sie ihn nach jedem Gebrauch mit Spülmittel, einer Bürste und einem
Tuch reinigen - achten Sie darauf, dass alle Teile abgekühlt sind. Das ist viel einfacher, als ihn später zu reinigen, wenn der
Schmutz getrocknet ist.
Gasanlage
Bei Bedarf kann die Gasaustrittsdüse am Verstellelement (unterhalb der Frontplatte) mit einer Nadel gereinigt werden. Alle
anderen Teile, durch die Gas geleitet wird, dürfen nur von einem Fachmann gereinigt werden.
Demontieren Sie niemals das Verstellelement!
10. WARTUNG
Der Grill ist wartungsfrei. Dennoch sollten Sie ihn in regelmäßigen Abständen überprüfen. Die Intervalle hängen davon ab,
wie oft der Grill benutzt wird und welchen Umweltbedingungen er ausgesetzt ist.

• Überprüfen Sie, ob alle Teile des Grills vorhanden und montiert sind (Sichtkontrolle).

3. UTILISATION

Intended use
This is a gas barbecue intended for outdoor use only. It is designed to be used exclusively in accordance with these instructions
for preparing food that is suitable for barbecuing and these instructions must be observed at all times.
Improper use
Any other application or applications extending beyond the stated purpose are not authorised. This applies to the following types
of misuse in particular:
• Do not operate the barbecue with coal or fuel other than liquid gas (propane/butane).
• Do not operate the barbecue as a stove with pots and pans.
• Do not operate the barbecue as a heater.
Do not use the barbecue to heat materials and substances other than food that is suitable for barbecuing.
4. WARRANTY
The warranty period is 36 months. Reimo reserves the right to rectify eventual defaults. Theguarantee is excluded for all damag-
es caused by faulty use or improper handling.
Liability limitations:
In no case Reimo will be reliable for collateral-, secondary- or indirect damages, costs, expenditure, missed benefits or missed

Danger "Hot surfaces and parts"
During operation some accessible parts of the barbecue can become very hot, particularly those that
are close the fire bowl.
Possible consequences:
• Severe burns from touching parts near the fire bowl.
• Fire or smouldering fire flammable materials or substances are near the barbecue.
Safety measures prior to using barbecue:
• When setting the barbecue, make sure that:
- Never place any flammable materials or substances nearby. Minimum distance of flammable
materials or substances, e.g. walls: min. 0,25 m
- The barbecue is positioned firmly on a sufficiently large surface area. It must not be moved
during operation.
Safety measures while barbecueing:
• Wear protective barbecue gloves.
• Never leave the barbecue unattended. Take particular care to ensure that children and pets are
kept away from the barbecue.
Danger "Gas is highly flammable"
Liquid gas is highly flammable and explosive.
• Possible consequences:
• Serious personal injury or damage to property if escaping gas ignites in an environment in which
it is not controlled.
Safety measures:
• Only use the barbecue outdoors and ensure that the area is well-ventilated.
• Protect the gas cylinder and the and the gas hose from direct sunlight and other sources of heat
above 50 K. Take particular care to ensure that the gas hose does not touch any part of the hot
barbecue.
• Do not place the gas cylinder on the lower shelf, as it is too near the burner.
• Do not lean over the barbecue when igniting the gas flame.
• Close the Valve on the gas cylinder immediately after each use (turn the valve clockwise)
• Never leave the barbecue unattended. If the flame extinguished, relight immediately or cut off the
gas supply.
• When connecting the gas cylinder make sure that there are no sources of ignition within a 5 m
radius.
Take special care not to light any naked flames, do not smoke or switch on electric appliances
(devices, lights, door bells), etc. (sparkover possible).
• Before each use, make sure that all gas connections are sealed and intact.
If necessary, replace the hose in order to comply with the corresponding national requirements.
The barbecue must not be used if the connection for the gas supply are porous or faulty. This
also applies, for example, to hoses or fittings blocked by insects, as this can produce a dangerous
flashback.
• Ensure the position of the connection flexible tube is not subject of twisting.
• Do not move the appliance during use.
• Turn off the gas supply at the container after use.
• Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous.

• Danger "Gas displaces oxygen"
Liquid gas is heavier than oxygen. Therefore it settles on the ground and displaces the oxygen at the
level.
Possible consequences:
• Suffocation resulting from a lack of oxygen if the gas concentration is allowed to rise sufficiently.
Safety measures:
• Only use the barbecue outdoors in a well ventilated area and above ground (i.e. not in areas that
are below ground level).
• Close the valve on the gas cylinder after each use.
• Never leave the barbecue unattended. If the flame extinguished, relight immediately or cut off the
gas supply.
• Before each use, make sure that all gas connections are sealed and intact .
If necessary, replace the hose in order to comply with the corresponding national requirements.
The barbecue must not be used if the connection for the gas supply are porous or faulty.
• If the barbecue is not being used for a prolonged period, cut off the gas supply and store properly:
- Fit the gas cylinder valve with a cap nut and safety cap-
- Do not store the gas cylinder in rooms below ground level, in or near stairways, hallways or
passages and thoroughfares between buildings.
- Always store gas cylinder upright, even if they are empty.
• The parts sealed by the manufacturer or his agent must not be altered by the user.
6. ASSEMBLY
Before starting
Here are a few tips to help you assemble your barbecue quickly and successfully:
• Check that no parts are missing by placing all of the individual parts on an empty surface.
If, despite careful factory checks, a component is missing, please contact our customer service department (see the last
page). We will immediately attend to your request.
• Sort out the small parts, as some of the screws and bolts, for example, are very similar and can be easily confused.
• For assembly you will need a medium size screwdriver and a suitable spanner (flat spanner or box spanner).
You will need a flat spanner to connect the gas cylinder.
Only use tools that are intact and suitable for the job at hand. Worn or unsuitable tools will not allow you to tighten the bolts
sufficiently, but will damage them to the extent that they can no longer be turned.
• Always fit all connecting elements (screws, bolts, nuts, etc.) as shown in the following illustrations. If you misplace a connect-
ing element, replace this with an appropriate part. Only by doing this can you ensure that the construction is strong and safe.
• It is essential that you follow the instructions in the order they are specified!
• Read the text for each step before carrying it out, as useful information is sometimes only provided at the end of the section.

7. CONNECTING AND DISCONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER
Parts and tools needed
• 17 mm spanner (open-ended spanner SW 17)
• Gas cylinder
A common camping gas cylinder with a fill weight of 3, 5 or 11 kg (e.g. grey camping propane gas cylinder). These are avail-
able at DIY shops or liquid gas suppliers.
• Pressure regulator (not included in delivery)
Preset and -approved pressure regulator, max. 1.5 kg/h, suitable for the gas cylinder used. This type of pressure reducer is
also available from your local dealer.
• Leak detector
You can locate any leaks in the gas system using a leak detector. This can be purchased at DIY shops or liquid gas suppliers.
Please follow the operating instructions of the leak detector.
• Gas hose (not included in delivery)
-Approved hose of sufficient length; not exceeding 1.5m, allowing installation without any kinks.
Danger "Ignition of escaping gas"
Liquid gas is highly flammable and explosive.
Possible consequences:
• If necessary, replace the hose in order to comply with the corresponding national requirements.
• Serious personal injury or damage to property if escaping gas ignites in an environment in which
it is not controlled.
Safety precautions
• When connecting the gas cylinder ensure that there are no sources of ignition within 5 m radius.
• Take special care not to light any naked flames, do not smoke or switch on electric appliances
(devices, lights, door bells), etc. (sparkover possible).
1. Select a suitable place to set up the gas grill. Make sure that ...
– No flammable materials or substances are in close proximity to the cooker. Minimum distance to flammable materials
or substances: 2m above and 1m to the side; distance to flame resistant materials or substances – min. 0.25 m.
– The cooker is positioned firmly on a flat, sufficiently large surface area. It must not be moved during operation.
All the operation instructions will be according to the instruction of regulator.
2. In case of the flow of gas being higher than the capacity of the regulator, contact your gas supplier.
To ensure correct operation of the flow limiting device during gas supply, the appliances hose length should be 1.5m at
maximum.
In normal conditions of use, in order to ensure the correct operation of the of installation, it is recommended that regulator
is changed within 10 years of the date of manufacture.
IMPORTANT: NEVER LEAVE THE REGULATOR CONNECTED TO THE CYLINDER VALVE WHEN THE RUBBER HOSE IS
NOT CORRECTLY IN ITS HOUSING AS THE FLOW LIMITING DEVICE HAS NOT BEEN DESIGNED TO GUARANTEE THE
GAS SUPPLY SHUT OFF FUNCTION.
8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING LIQUID GAS CYLINDERS
Operating instructions for liquid gas cylinder systems
(other than propellant gas cylinders and propellant gas cylinder systems)
8.1. Properties of liquid gas
Liquid gas (propane, butane and mixtures thereof) is a highly flammable, colourless gas with a perceptible odour. It is heavi-
er than oxygen and is flammable with low mixtures of ambient air.
Caution: uncontrolled gas can deflagrate or explode.
Liquid gas is pressurised in the cylinder. Protect it from temperatures above 40°C! At higher temperatures, especially when
exposed to fire, there is a risk of an uncontrolled gas leak and even to the cylinder bursting.

8.3. Operation of liquid gas cylinder systems
• Liquid gas cylinder systems should only be installed, commissioned, modified and checked by specialised companies.
• Liquid gas cylinder systems should only be installed in the commercial sector by trained personnel and checked by an appro-
priately qualified person or, when dealing with certain cylinder systems, by a person assigned by the contractor.
• The cylinder must be set in an upright position. Cylinders positioned on their side pose a threat of deflagration.
• The operating instructions provided by the manufacturer of the liquid gas appliance are to be observed carefully by the user
for operation and, if necessary, for troubleshooting measures. Prior to the initial operation, or after making a modification, the
operator of a liquid gas cylinder system must be assured of its orderly condition through examination and certification by a
specialised company (commercial systems are to be addressed by a special person responsible for the respective commercial
sector). The certificates from the examinations are to be kept by the operator.
• If the system is not going to be used for a prolonged period the valves are to be closed; when doing this start from the device
shut-off valve towards the cylinder valve. When starting up the system again the valves are to be opened; when doing this start
from the cylinder valve towards the device shut-off valve.
• Naked flames and smoking are prohibited in areas where large cylinders are stored and in close proximity to large cylinder
systems. The ventilation openings of the installation area and/or the cylinder cabinet must be kept free. Warning signs must
be applied.
• The operator is prohibited from siphoning liquid gas!
8.4. Changing the cylinder
• When changing the cylinder only loosen the regulator connection after the cylinder valve has been fully closed. The pressure
regulator must be connected and well sealed. Every time the cylinder is changed the seal of the regulator connection must be
tested using foaming agents (e.g. soapy water).
• For multi-cylinder systems: Close the shut-off valve of the container connecting line; set switch to full cylinders.

8.5. Transport and storage
• To avoid damaging the valve and to prevent gas leaks full and empty liquid gas cylinders should only be transported and
stored with a closed and protected valve (wear nut and cap).
• When transporting in vehicles it must be ensured that there is adequate ventilation in the storage area. The cylinders must be
secured from shifting during transport.
• The cylinders, even if they are empty, should only be stored upright in well-ventilated areas; they should not be stored below
ground level (e.g. basements, shafts, etc.), in stairwells, corridors, passageways, near emergency exits, escape routes and
passages between buildings or in their immediate vicinity. No more than two small cylinders should be stored in a home - and
only then in separate rooms (not bedrooms).

9. CLEANING
Gas grill
To ensure your gas grill serves you well for many years to come, it should be cleaned after each use with washing-up liquid, a
brush and a cloth - ensure that all parts have cooled down first. This is much easier than cleaning it at a later stage when the
dirt has dried.
Gas system
If necessary, the gas outlet nozzle on the adjusting element (underneath the front panel) can be cleaned with a needle. All
other parts through which gas is passed may only be cleaned by an expert.
Never dismantle the adjusting element!
10. MAINTENANCE
The gas grill is maintenance free. Nevertheless, you should check it at regular intervals. The intervals depend on how often
the grill is used and the environmental conditions to which it is exposed.
Gas grill
• Check to ensure that all parts of the barbecue are present and assembled (visual check).
• Check to ensure that all connections are present and are securely fastened. Tighten if necessary.
Gas system
The gas system needs to be checked every time a gas cylinder is connected (see chapter "Connecting and disconnecting the
gas cylinder").
11. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION AND DISPOSAL MEASURES
Residual substances
DANGER: Risk of fire when disposing of the hot residual substance
Only dispose of the residual substances when they have fully cooled down and only then in the
designated metal containers. Observe the local regulations.
Gas grill
Pay attention to cleanliness when handling the gas grill.
To dispose of the barbecue properly, disassemble it into its individual parts. Recycle the metal and plastic components. Observe
the local regulations.

3. UTILIZZO
SOLO PER USO PRIVATO!
Uso previsto
Questo è un barbecue a gas destinato esclusivamente all'uso esterno. È stato progettato per essere utilizzato esclusivamente in
conformità alle presenti istruzioni per la preparazione di cibi adatti alla cottura alla griglia e tali istruzioni devono essere sempre
rispettate.
Uso improprio
Qualsiasi altra applicazione o applicazione che vada oltre lo scopo dichiarato non è autorizzata. Ciò vale in particolare per i
seguenti tipi di abuso:
• Non utilizzare il barbecue con carbone o combustibile diverso dal gas liquido (propano/butano).
• Non utilizzare il barbecue come un fornello con pentole e padelle.
• Non utilizzare il barbecue come riscaldamento.
Non utilizzare il barbecue per riscaldare materiali e sostanze diverse dai cibi adatti alla cottura alla brace.
4. GARANZIA
Il periodo di garanzia è di 36 mesi. Reimo si riserva il diritto di correggere eventuali difetti. La garanzia è esclusa per tutti i danni
causati da un uso errato o da una manipolazione impropria.
Limitazioni di responsabilità:
In nessun caso Reimo sarà responsabile per danni collaterali, secondari o indiretti, costi, spese, mancati benefici o mancati gua-
dagni. Il prezzo di vendita del prodotto indicato rappresenta il valore equivalente delle limitazioni di responsabilità di Reimo.
LA GARANZIA DECADE E OGNI RESPONSABILITÀ PASSA AL SOGGETTO ESECUTORE:
• Se il barbecue non viene utilizzato correttamente.
• Se il barbecue viene utilizzato nonostante i danni visibili o se non è completamente assemblato.
• Se sono state apportate modifiche tecniche al barbecue.
• Se si utilizzano accessori non espressamente autorizzati per questo barbecue (in caso di dubbio, contattare il
nostro servizio clienti).

Pericolo "Superfici e parti calde"
Durante il funzionamento, alcune parti accessibili del barbecue possono diventare molto calde, in
particolare quelle vicine al focolare.
Possibili conseguenze:
• Gravi ustioni dovute al contatto con le parti vicine al focolare.
• In prossimità del barbecue sono presenti materiali o sostanze infiammabili.
Misure di sicurezza prima dell'uso del barbecue:
• Quando si imposta il barbecue, assicurarsi che:
- Non collocare mai materiali o sostanze infiammabili nelle vicinanze. Distanza minima da materi-
ali o sostanze infiammabili, ad es. pareti: min. 0,25 m
- Il barbecue va posizionato saldamente su una superficie sufficientemente ampia. Non deve
essere spostato durante il funzionamento.
Misure di sicurezza durante il barbecue:
• Indossare guanti protettivi per il barbecue.
• Non lasciare mai il barbecue incustodito. Prestare particolare attenzione affinché i bambini e gli
animali domestici siano tenuti lontani dal barbecue.
Pericolo "Il gas è altamente infiammabile"
Il gas liquido è altamente infiammabile ed esplosivo.
• Possibili conseguenze:
• Gravi lesioni personali o danni alle cose se il gas che fuoriesce si incendia in un ambiente in cui
non è controllato.
Misure di sicurezza:
• Utilizzare il barbecue solo all'aperto e assicurarsi che l'area sia ben ventilata.
• Proteggere la bombola del gas e il tubo flessibile del gas dalla luce solare diretta e da altre fonti
di calore superiori a 50 K. Prestare particolare attenzione affinché il tubo flessibile del gas non
tocchi alcuna parte del barbecue caldo.
• Non collocare la bombola del gas sul ripiano inferiore, perché è troppo vicina al brucia-
tore.
• Non sporgersi dal barbecue quando si accende la fiamma del gas.
• Chiudere la valvola della bombola del gas subito dopo ogni utilizzo (girare la valvola in senso
orario)
• Non lasciare mai il barbecue incustodito. Se la fiamma si spegne, riaccendere immediatamente o
interrompere l'alimentazione del gas.
• Quando si collega la bombola del gas, assicurarsi che non vi siano fonti di accensione nel raggio
di 5 metri.
Fare particolare attenzione a non accendere fiamme libere, a non fumare e a non accendere appar-
ecchi elettrici (dispositivi, luci, campanelli), ecc.
• Prima di ogni utilizzo, accertarsi che tutti i collegamenti del gas siano sigillati e integri.
Se necessario, sostituire il tubo flessibile per soddisfare i requisiti nazionali corrispondenti.
Il barbecue non deve essere utilizzato se i collegamenti per l'alimentazione del gas sono porosi o
difettosi. Ciò vale anche, ad esempio, per i tubi o i raccordi bloccati da insetti, in quanto ciò può
provocare un pericoloso ritorno di fiamma.
• Assicurarsi che la posizione del tubo flessibile di collegamento non sia soggetta a torsione.
• Non spostare l'apparecchio durante l'uso.
• Chiudere l'alimentazione del gas al contenitore dopo l'uso.
• Qualsiasi modifica dell'apparecchio può essere pericolosa.
