WASHABLE HAIR CLIPPER
INTENDED USE:
This hair trimmer is designed to shorten and trim hair and beards.
CHILD SAFETY HAZARDS:
Keep children away from this product.
Small parts can be highly dangerous if swallowed, therefore, keep the hair trimmer and ac-
cessories out of the reach of children.
ELECTRICAL HAZARDS:
Clean the shaving head by rinsing it o under tap water. However the hair trimmer itself
must not be immersed in water. The power cord and mains adaptor must not come into
contact with either water or other liquids; as there is risk of electric shock.
Never use the hair trimmer over a lled sink or while taking a shower.
If the trimmer or charging staon should fall into the water, immediately pull the mains
adaptor out of the socket.
Unplug the trimmer if it malfuncons; during thunderstorms and when cleaning it.
Do not use if power cord or mains adaptor show any signs of damage.
Do not aempt to open the appliance.
Only have repairs made by an authorized Campomac dealer.
Only use the main adaptor supplied with the trimmer or an adaptor with the same technical
features, otherwise the appliance could be damaged.
Only plug the mains adaptor into a properly installed socket.
OTHER CAUSES OF INJURY:
The appliance includes a double rechargeable baery pack. It must not be dismantled, ex-
posed to an open ame or short-circuited.
Risk of injury! Cauon-damage to the hair trimmer:
Only use original accessories. Never aempt to sharpen the cung head.
Only cut natural hair with the trimmer.
Do not expose the trimmer to temperatures below -10c or higher than +40c for long periods
of me.

FEATURES AT A GLANCE
LOADING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
Before using your hair clipper for the rst me, the baery must be fully
charged.
1. Slide the On/O switch downwards.
2. Insert the plug of the mains adaptor into the power jack of the hair
trimmer.
3. Plug the mains adaptor into a power socket outlet. The indicator
light will not go out when the rechargeable baery is loaded.
NOTE ABOUT THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
The rechargeable baery does not have its full capacity from the start. To obtain the
maximum charge capacity, the baery should be fully charged prior to being used for
the rst me and then the hair trimmer should be used unl the baeries are com-
pletely at. The baeries should then be fully recharged. To increase the life of the
rechargeable baeries, repeat this charging and discharging procedure.
You can also directly start using the hair clipper by plugging it into an electrical socket.
Unplug the adaptor aer use.

TIPS AND HINTS CONCERNING USE
The hair must be clean and dry.
Only cut small amounts of hair progressively unl you reach the desired length. The cung
head will jam if you try to work too quickly or try to cut too much hair at once. Let the appli-
ance run for a short me before starng to use it.
The cung head allows you to nely trim your beard even in the hard to reach places
around your chin and neck.
THINNING OUT FUNCTION
This funcon evens out randomly distributed hairs
GUIDE COMB
Use the guide comb to shorten hair evenly to a length Of 3-15
mm . To set the desired length, press the closure latch of the
guide comb and slide it either upwards or downwardsThe set
length is indicated on the hair clipper.
SHAPING THE BEARD AND SHAVING THE BACK OF THE NECK CAN BE DONE
WITHOUT ATTACHMENTS.

2. Draw the cung head at a low angle along your skin without applying pres-
sure.

CLEANING AND CARE
1. Remove the comb aachment
2. Press the shaving head towards the back and remove it.
3. Brush out the shaving head insert (it is the area behind the
shaving head when it has been removed)
4. Reinsert the shaving head by inserng the head latch into
the groove of the casing.
5. Press the shaving head back into the casing unl it locks.
OILING THE SHAVING HEAD
Oil the shaving head from me to me if you use the trimmer
regularly. Use non-corroding oil.
1. Remove the comb aachment.
2. Apply one to two drops of oil between the cung teeth.
3. Turn the trimmer briey on and then o again to spread
out the oil.
4. Remove any excess oil by wiping with a cloth.
REPLACING THE SHAVING HEAD
Only use original accessories such as the shaving head, mains adaptor and comb
aachments. They are available at specialist shops. Never aempt to sharpen the
shaving head yourself.
DISPOSAL
Disposal of the packaging in the proper manner:
If you wish to dispose of the appliance, turn out the screws and remove the double
rechargeable baery pack. Special containers are provided for the disposal of re-
chargeable baeries at public collecon points. The other parts of the appliance can
be disposed of according to your local regulaons.
