スタンドの組み立てかた

＊ 最初に A〜Iの部品がそろっていることをご確認ください（図１）。
ネジ類はビニール袋にまとめて、ダンボール緩衝材の中にあります。
スタンドを組み立てる前に

ピアノ本体を柔らかいもの（毛布、座布団など）の上に置いて、本体の左右側面に付いているサイドカバー
を取り外します（図 2）。
●左側（端子部側）から取り外した黒色のネジ 2 本（쏆）は、スタンドを組み立てるときに使います。右
側のネジ 2 本は使用しませんので、保管しておいてください。

ピアノ本体を裏返しに置いて、本体底面の溝（図 3 の 앲部分）へ補強金具 Aをはめ込み、ネジ Bで2箇
所留めておきます（図 3）。

発泡スチロール緩衝材を 6 つに分割しておきます（図 4）。
スタンドを組み立てるには
組み立ては、ピアノの背面を下にして、全体を横にした状態で行ってください。
準備
●
6 つに割った発泡スチロール緩衝材を使って、側板 C、D、背板 Eを固定します。地面と側板の間にすき間
ができ、組み立て易くなります（図 5）。
●
緩衝材がない場合は、雑誌など平らで厚みのあるものを使用してください。
以下の手順で行ってください。

側板Cをピアノ本体に取り付けます。取り付けには、本体端子部側のサイドカバーから取り外した黒色のネ
ジ2本（
쏆）を使用します（図 6）。
●ネジでしっかり固定してください。

側板 Dをピアノ本体のもう一方へ仮留めします。取り付けには、ネジ Fを 2 本使用します（図 6）。
●ここでネジをしっかり留めてしまうと、次で取り付けする背板 Eが入らなくなりますので、ご注意ください。

背板 Eを側板 C、Dに取り付けます。取り付けには、ネジ G、ジョイントコネクタ Hをそれぞれ 4 本使
用します（図 6）。
●背板 Eの 4 箇所にジョイントコネクタ Hを入れます。ジョイントコネクタのネジ穴をそれぞれ側板側のネジ穴に合わ
せるように入れます。
●背板 Eを持ち上げてネジの穴を側板の穴に合わせてネジ Gを取り付けます。
●ネジ Gがジョイントコネクタ Hのネジ穴に入りにくい場合は、ドライバーを使用してジョイントコネクタを回転させ、
調節してください（図 6 中の 앲）。
●背板 Eの片側を仮留めして、もう一方をしっかり留めます。
●ここで、手順 2 で仮留めした側板 Dをしっかり留めます。
●次に、仮留めしてある背板 Eの片側をしっかり留めます。

すべてのネジをしっかりと固定したら、緩衝材を取り除き、ピアノをおこします（図 7）。
●ピアノをおこすときは、ピアノ本体の背面側と前面側を持ち、二人でおこしてください。
●
ネジキャップ I を取り付けたネジ 6 箇所に装着します（図 7） 。
壁から離れた場所に本機を設置するには
壁から離れた場所に本機を設置する場合は、本体が転倒しないように、以下の処置を行ってください。

側板 C、Dの底面に付いている金具を一度取り外し、外側に向けて再度取り付けします（図 8）。
●側板にあらかじめ付いているボルトがジョイントコネクタのネジ穴に入りにくい場合は、ドライバーを使用して
ジョイントコネクタを回転させ、調節してください（図 8 中の 앲）。
WARNING
Do not place the piano or stand in a location that is unstable.

• Properly place the piano on the stand after securely assembling the stand in accordance with the instruction
manual. If the screws are not securely tightened at their correct locations, or if the piano itself is out of position,
the stand may tip over or the piano may fall off resulting in injury.
• During assembly, be sure to exercise sufficient caution to avoid personal injury.
• Since the piano is quite heavy, movement and installation should be performed by at least two people.
• Periodically inspect the stand screws to check for looseness caused by changes in temperature or humidity and
vibrations and so on. If a screw has become loose, retighten it securely. If screws are not retightened when
necessary, the piano may fall off the stand resulting in injury.
Do not place heavy objects on the piano.

Assembly Instructions
Caution
• This stand should be assembled by two people working together.
• When assembling the stand, you should have the piano standing up with its back facing downwards, as shown in Figure 5.
IMPORTANT!
• Be sure to assemble the stand on a flat surface.
• This stand does not include any of the tools required to assemble it. You should have a large Phillips head (+) screwdriver
on hand for assembly.
• The polystyrene foam packing material of the stand is required for assembly. Do not throw away the packing material
and keep it on hand for assembly.
•Check the items that come with the unit to make sure that everything shown in Figure 1 (Athrough I) is included.
All screws are in a plastic bag inside of the packing cardboard.
Before Assembling the Stand

Place the piano onto a blanket, pillow, or other soft object, and then remove the left and right end covers from the
piano (Figure 2).
• Keep the two black screws (쏆) from the left end cover on hand. You will need them when assembling the stand. Store the
two screws from the right end cover in a safe place.

Turn over the piano, insert the support piece Ainto the groove along the bottom (앲in Figure 3), and secure it in
place with two Bscrews (Figure 3).

Break the polystyrene packing material into six pieces as shown in Figure 4.
Assembling the Stand
When assembling the stand, you should have the piano standing up with its back facing downwards.
PREPARATION
• Use the six pieces of polystyrene foam to secure side panels C, Dand back panel Ein place. There should be some
space between the edges of the side panels and the floor as shown in Figure 5.
• If you do not have any packing material available, use a magazine or some other thick item.
Perform the following steps.

Attach side panel Cto the piano. Secure the side panel in place using the two black screws (쏆) that you removed
from the right side cover (Figure 6).
• Be sure to tighten the screws securely.

Attach side panel Dto the other side of the piano. Partially tighten the two screws F(Figure 6).
• In this case, do not tighten the screws all the way. If you do, you will not be able to insert the back panel Ein the following
step.

Attach back panel Eto sides Cand D. Use the four screws Gand four joint connectors H(Figure 6).
• Insert the four joint connectors at the four locations on back panel E. The holes in the joint connectors should be aligned
with the holes in the back panel.
• Lift up back panel Eso its screw holes align with the screw holes in the side panels, and then tighten the screws G.
• If you have trouble inserting the screws Ginto the joint connector Hholes, use a screwdriver to rotate the joint connector
(앲in Figure 6).
• Partially tighten the screws on one side of the back panel Eand then tighten the screws on the other side completely.
• Fully tighten the screws you partially tightened in step 2, above.
• Next, fully tighten the screws that you partially tightened on one side of the back panel E.

After ensuring that all of the screws are fully tightened, remove the packing material and stand up the piano
(Figure 7).
• Two people, one at either end, should hold the front and back of the piano when standing it up.
• Install the screw caps Ion each of the six screws (Figure 7).
Protecting the Piano Against Tipping Over
Locating the piano against a wall is normally enough to protect it against tipping over. If you need to locate it away from a
wall, be sure to perform the following steps in order to ensure that it is secure.

Remove the metal pieces at the bottom of side panels Cand D.

Repositioning the metal pieces so they are facing outwards reinstall them onto the side panels (Figure 8).
• If you have trouble inserting the bolts that come pre-installed in the side panels into the joint connector screw holes,
use a screwdriver to rotate the joint connector so the bolts can enter the holes (앲in Figure 8).

Instrucciones de armado

y téngalo a mano para el armado.
• Verifique los ítemes que vienen con la unidad para asegurarse de que todo lo mostrado en la Figura 1 (Aa I) se encuentra
incluído.

Antes del armado del soporte

Rompa el material de empaque de poliestireno en seis piezas como se muestra en la Figura 4.
Armando el soporte
Cuando arme el soporte, deberá tener el piano parado con su parte trasera hacia abajo.

Fije el panel trasero Ea los lados Cy D. Utilice los cuatro tornillos Gy cuatro conectores de unión H(Figura 6).
• Inserte los cuatro conectores de unión en las cuatro ubicaciones en el panel trasero E. Los orificios en los conectores de
unión deben estar alineados con los orificios en el panel trasero.
• Eleve el panel trasero Ede manera que sus orificios de tornillo se alineen con los orificios de tornillo en los paneles

y pare el piano (Figura 7).

Antes de montar o suporte

Vire o piano, insira a peça de suporte Ana ranhura ao longo da parte inferior (na Figura 3), e fixe-a em posição
com os dois parafusos B(Figura 3).

Quebre o material de embalagem de poliestireno em seis pedaços como mostrado na Figura 4.
Montagem do suporte
Ao montar o suporte, você deve ter o piano em pé com sua parte posterior virada para baixo.
PREPARAÇÃO
•Utilize os seis pedaços da espuma de poliestireno para fixar os painéis laterais Ce D, e o painel posterior Eem posição.
Deve haver algum espaço entre as bordas dos painéis laterais e o chão como mostrado na Figura 5.
• Se você não tiver nenhum material de embalagem disponível, utilize uma revista ou outra coisa grossa.
Realize os seguintes passos.

Instale o painel lateral Cno piano. Fixe o painel lateral em posição usando os dois parafusos pretos (쏆) que
retirou na tampa do lado direito (Figura 6).
• Certifique-se de apertar os parafusos firmemente.

Instale o painel lateral Dno outro lado do piano. Aperte parcialmente os dois parafusos F(Figura 6).
•Neste caso, não aperte os parafusos completamente. Se fizer isso, você não poderá inserir o painel posterior Eno passo
seguinte.

Instale o painel posterior Enos lados Ce D. Utilize os quatro parafusos Ge os quatro conectores de união H
(Figura 6).
•Insira os quatro conectores de união nos quatro lugares no painel posterior E. Os orifícios nos conectores de união devem
ser alinhados com os orifícios no painel posterior.

組裝指南
注意
•本支架必須由兩人以上共同進行組裝。
•組裝支架時﹐應將鋼琴背面朝下地立起﹐如圖 5 所示。
重要！
•一定要在平整的表面上安裝支架。
•本支架配件中不含任何組裝時需要的工具﹐組裝前請准備一個大號（＋）字頭螺絲刀。
•鋼琴架的泡沫塑料包裝材料在組裝時需要。請不要丟掉包裝材料﹐而要將其放在手邊以在組裝時使用。
•請檢查隨機附帶的配件﹐確認圖 1 所示各配件（A至I）都有。
所有螺釘都裝在一個塑料袋里﹐塑料袋在紙板箱內。
在組裝支架之前

將鋼琴放置在毯子､枕墊或其他柔軟物品上﹐然后從鋼琴取下左右兩側的覆蓋（圖 2）。
•從右側覆蓋取下的兩個黑色螺絲（쏆）不要扔掉。組裝支架時需要使用這兩個螺絲。請將其存放在安全的地方。

前后翻轉鋼琴﹐將支撐杆 A插入底部的凹槽（圖 3 中標記為 的地方）﹐然后用兩個 B螺絲將其固定到位（圖 3）。

將包裝用的泡沫塑料裁成六片﹐如圖 4 所示。
支架的組裝
組裝支架時﹐鋼琴必須背面朝下地豎立起來。
事前准備
•請用六片泡沫塑料將側板 C､D及背板 E固定到位。如圖 5 所示﹐側板的邊緣與地面之前應留有空間。
•如果手邊沒有任何包裝材料可以使用﹐則請用雜志或其他較厚的物品。
操作步驟。

把側板C安裝在鋼琴上。用從右側覆蓋取下的兩個黑色螺絲（쏆）將側板固定到位（圖 6）。
•必須擰緊螺絲。

在鋼琴的另一側安裝側板 D。用兩個螺絲 F將其半固定（圖 6）。
•此時請不要把螺絲完全擰緊。否則會無法在下一步插入背板 E。

把背板 E固定在側板 C和D上。用四個螺絲 G和四個接合器 H（圖 6）。
•四個接合器要插在背板 E上的四個地方。接合器中的孔應對准背板上的孔。
•垂直提起背板 E使其螺絲孔對准側板上的螺絲孔﹐然后擰緊螺絲 G。
•如果無法在接合器 H的孔中插入螺絲 G﹐則請用螺絲刀旋轉接合器（圖 6 中的 )。
•半固定背板 E一個側邊的螺絲后﹐完全擰緊另一個側邊上的螺絲。
•完全擰緊在上述第 2 步半固定的螺絲。
•然后完全擰緊您在背板 E上半固定的螺絲。

確認已完全擰緊所有螺絲后﹐移去包裝材料并立起鋼琴（圖 7）。
•立起鋼琴時﹐應有兩個人分別站在鋼琴的兩端﹐各自把穩鋼琴的前部和后部。
•在六個螺絲上分別擰上螺帽 I（圖 7）。
如何防止鋼琴翻倒
將鋼琴背靠牆擺放通常可以防止其翻倒。如果必須遠離牆壁擺放。則為了確保安全必須采取以下措施。

取下側板 C和D底部的金屬片。

面朝外重新將金屬片安裝在側板上（圖 8）。
