IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surface. The surface is liable to get hot during use. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, Plugs or (state specific part or parts in question) in water or

9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place a hot gas or electric burner on or near or a heat oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
12. If the supply cord is damaged , it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
13. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
14. Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a steam oven as may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
15. A fire may occur if the steam oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and
the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on top of the appliance when in operation.
16. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts involving a risk of
electric shock.
17. Do not store any materials, other than manufacturers recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
18. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven:(List all materials-that is, paper, cardboard, plastic, and the like.)
19. Do not cover baking tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

BEFORE USING YOUR OVEN
before using your oven for the first time, be sure to:
• Wash the handle, toasting rack, the water tank with soapy water.
• Use a damp cloth to wipe the inner walls of the oven lightly. Use a small amount of detergent, but don’t use a spray or
abrasive or polishing agent. Don’t touch the electric heating tubes, and don’t soak the inside of the oven with water.
• Place toasting rack into the oven.
• Close the oven door and then preheat the oven at the highest temperature with ® function for 5 minutes. This process is
designed to remove the coating on heating elements, afterwards, preheating will not be necessary.
• Turn off the heating elements. Turn on the motor fan, remove any smoke residue inside the oven.
USING YOUR OVEN
Please familiarize yourself with the following oven functions and accessories prior to the first use:
TEMPERATURE
• You can get the difference temperature if you turn the temp. Control from 50°c to 200°c
• It is responsible for maintaining the selected temperature throughout the cooking process.
• When the temp. Control is turned to ”OFF” position, the oven did not working.
FUNCTION
The oven has four type of function (look for symbols around knob)
When this setting is selected. the over is not working.
When this setting is selected, the sharp heating element will operate in convec-
tion with the fan.
This setting is ideal for defrosting, The heating elements are rot in use. The fan
Is operating only.
When this setting is selected the all heating element and the fan will work and
will bake with the steam.
When this setting Is selected. the oven will bake only with the steam.
TIMER
• The range of timer is 0-120 min. If turned to the “OFF” position, the power will be out of!, and the
oven will stop operation.
• The timer can be adjusted to the required setting in accordance with the temperature setting.
• If a baking time is required, turn the timer directly to the desired time.
• During the baking process, the timer can be turned to a new position in order to reset the time ac-
cording to the revised requirement.
• When the set time has reached, a chime will be heard and the electricity supply will shut off
automatically.
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR OVEN
DEFROSTING
1. Put the frozen food on the toasting rack, and place the rack on the middle shelf position.
Place the baking tray at the lowest level and close the oven door.

RAKING
1. Place the toasting rack or baking tray into the desired rack level. Top and central position in the oven will provide best
results.
2. Turn the function knob to the position.
3. Select the required temperature.
4. To switch the oven ON, turn the timer control to the required time. It is not necessary to preheat the oven.
5. The function can be used to bake bread, potato, pies, pastries, meat and so on.
6. Please wear oven gloves or use tongs to remove food from the oven.
STEAMING
1. When use the steam to bake food, please fill the water tank with water, and place it in the cistern.
2. Please use the position to preheat the oven to 130°C before use the Steam.
3. Place the toasting rack into the desired rack level. The central position in the oven will provide best results.
4. Turn the function knob to the position.
5. Select the required temperature.
6. Turn the timer knob to the required time, the oven begins to work.
7. Set the steam quantity according to adjust the steam knob. When the thermostat is pulled on, the temperature indicator
light illuminates.
8. The function can be used to reheat meals on dishes or plates without loss of quality.
9. When in the steaming you can turn the time, temperature or steam temperature knob to change the process.
Opmerking: Met een volle watertank is de werking ongeveer 100 minuten.
BAKING WITH STEAM
1. When use the function, filled water into water tank first.
2. Please use the position to preheat the oven to the required Temperature.
3. Use steam pan or baking tray to bake foods. The central position in the oven will provide best results.
4. Turn the function knob to the .position.
5. Select the required temperature.
6. Turn the timer knob to the required time, the oven begins to work.
7. Set the steam temperature according to adjust the steam knob. when the thermostat is pulled on, the temperature indica-
tor light illuminates.
8. The function can be used to steam chicken, fork, fish, shrimp, poultry and so on.
9. When in the steaming you can turn the time, temperature or steam temperature knob to change the process.
Note: Danger of scalding by escaping steam, please be careful if you open the door when the oven is working.
It can be used about 110 min. if the water tank is full of water
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
First remove the plug from the wall outlet.
After the oven cools below 60°C, use a damp cloth or sponge to clean. Don’t soak the inside of the oven or wash it in run-
ning water , as it will cause serious damage to the appliance.
Don’ t use any sharp or hard kitchen tools to clean the oven. This will damage the coatings on the oven.
Covering the food with aluminium of oil before cooking should make the clean-up easier.
The toasting rack, water tank and waste water tray can be removed and washed with running water or in a dish washing
machine. Please put the water out the water tank after using.
