Safety Notice
Before operating or installing the
appliance, please read thoroughly
through this manual and retain for
future reference.
●Ensure that the product is placed on a
flat, stable surface before operating.
●Any repairs should they be required,
should be carried out by a qualified
technician - Do not remove any
components or service panels from this
product.
●Do not use jet/pressure washers to
clean the appliance as this could result in
damage to components.
●This refrigerator is intended for indoor
use only - do not use outdoors.
●Do not use this refrigerator to store
medical supplies.
●Do not use electrical appliances inside
this refrigerator (e.g. heaters, ice-cream
makers etc.)
●Do not stand/support yourself on the
base, drawers or doors of the appliance
as this could result in damage.
●Do not allow fats or oils to come into
contact with the plastic components or
door seal. If contact does occur, clean
immediately to prevent damage.
●Bottles that contain a high percentage of
alcohol must be sealed and placed
vertically in the refrigerator.
●Always switch off and disconnect the
appliance from the power supply before
cleaning.
●Ensure that the refrigerator is always
kept in the vertical position, including
when manoeuvring. Handling should be
done by two people, using appropriate
safe manual handling techniques and
precautions.
●Keep all packaging away from children.
Dispose of all packaging in accordance
with the regulations of local authorities.
●If the power cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by a recommended qualified
technician.
●Do not store explosive substances such
as aerosol cans with a flammable
propellant in this appliance.
●This appliance can be used by children
from 8 years & above, and people with
reduced physical sensory or metal
capabilities, lack of experience and
knowledge if they are supervised or have
been given instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children without supervision.

Setting Up Your Refrigerator
Pack Contents
Setting up your refrigerator
Note: If the appliance has not been
stored or moved in an upright
position, let it stand in the upright
position for approximately 12 hours
before operation.
Note: Before using the appliance
for the first time, clean the shelves
and interior of the product with
soapy water.
Note: The refrigerator should be
placed on a flat and stable surface.
1. Remove the appliance from the
packaging making sure to
thoroughly remove all protective
plastic film and coatings from all
surfaces.
2. Ensure that a distance of at least
200mm (7”) is left between the
back of the unit and the wall or
other objects to allow for
ventilation. Increase this distance
if the refrigerator is being placed
against a heat source.
3. Once in the desired position,
apply the brakes on the castors
to keep in place or level the
appliance by adjusting the
threaded feet on the bottom.

Fitting the Condenser Tray
The condenser tray comes ready to
fit to the underside of the appliance.
Slide the tray into the runners that
at situated on the underside of the
refrigerator.
1. Place one set of shelf guides on
either side of the cabinet at the
desired height.
2. Slide the shelf into place on the
guides.
3. Repeat for remaining shelves.
Note: Each shelf should not be
loaded with more than 40kg to
ensure that space is allowed for air
flow and condensation.

Features & Operation
Removable Gaskets
The function of the door gaskets is
to keep the refrigerator sealed in
order to keep the cold air in for
maximum efficiency.
Regular maintenance and cleaning
of the door gaskets is highly
recommended.
The door gaskets
can be easily
removed without
the use of tools to
allow for simple
and hygienic
cleaning.
Lockable Doors
A lock is fitted to the door to allow
you to keep goods stored securely
at all times.
Two keys are provided, ensure that
the keys are kept in a safe and
secure place.
Operation
Turning On-
1. Ensure the door of the appliance
is closed.
2. Ensure the power switch on the
appliance is set to “off” and
turn on at the wall socket.
3. Switch the power to “on” on
the appliance. The current
internal temperature of the
refrigerator will show on the
display.
Storing Food
●Only store goods in the appliance
when it has reached the correct
operating temperature.
●Do not place uncovered, hot
foods or liquids inside the
appliance.
●Wrap or cover food whenever
possible.
●Do not obstruct the fans inside
the appliance.
●Avoid leaving the door open for
extended periods of time.

Manual Defrost & Maintenance
Manual Defrost
The appliance will automatically
run a defrost cycle every six
hours.
To manually defrost the
appliance:
1. Press & hold the defrost
button for five seconds.
2. The defrost cycle will start
automatically and the defrost LED
will illuminate. The manual defrost
cycle will last a maximum duration
of 30 minutes.
3. Waste water is collected in the
waste water tray. Empty this once
the cycle has ended.
Note: Starting the manual defrost
also resets the automatic defrost.
Cleaning the Condenser
Periodically cleaning the condenser
can considerably increase the life of
the appliance.
We recommend that a qualified
technician is hired to clean the
condenser to prevent damage to
the components.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
●Switch off the appliance and
disconnect from the power
supply before beginning
cleaning.
●Clean the interior of the
appliance as often as possible.
●Do not use abrasive cleaning
agents. These can leave harmful
residues that can damage both
the unit and goods stored in the
unit.
●Clean the door seal with water
only.
●Always wipe dry after cleaning.
●Do not allow water used in
cleaning to run through the drain
hole into the evaporator pan.
●Take care when cleaning the
rear of the appliance. Any sharp
edges should be cleaned with
caution to avoid injury.
●An agent or qualified technician
must carry out any repairs if
required.

Trouble Shooting
Fault Probable Cause Action
The appliance
is not working.
The unit is not switched on. Check the unit is plugged in correctly an

Plug and lead are damaged. Call your agent or qualified technician.
Fuse in the plug has blown. Replace the fuse.
Power supply. Check the power supply.
Internal wiring fault. Call your agent or qualified technician.
The appliance
turns on, but
the temperature
is too high/low.
Too much ice on the evaporator. Manually defrost the appliance.
Condenser is blocked with dust. Call your agent or qualified technician.
Doors are not shut properly. Check that the doors are shut properly
and that the seals are not damaged.
Appliance is located near a heat source or air Move the refrigerator to a more suitable

Ambient temperature is too high. Increase ventilation or move appliance
to a cooler position.
Unsuitable goods are being stored in the
appliance.
Remove any excessive hot goods or
blockages to the fan.
Appliance is overloaded. Reduce the amount of goods stored in
the appliance.

is leaking
water.
The appliance is not properly levelled. Adjust the screw feet to level the
appliance.
The discharge outlet is blocked. Clear the discharge outlet.
Movement of water to the drain is obstructed. Clear the floor of the appliance.
The water container is damaged. Call your agent or qualified technician.
The drip tray is overflowing. Check the drip tray.
The appliance
is unusually
loud.
Loose nut/screw. Check and tighten all nuts & screws.
The appliance has not been installed in a
level or stable position.
Check installation position and change if
necessary.

Electrical Wiring Disposal
EU regulations require
refrigeration products to be
disposed of by specialist
companies who remove or recycle
all gasses, metal and plastic
components.
Consult your local waste collection
authority regarding disposal of
your appliance. Local authorities
are not obliged to dispose of your
commercial refrigeration
equipment but may be able to
advise you on how to dispose of
the equipment locally.
Compliance
Appliances are supplies with a 3
pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and
lead with a 13 amp fuse as
standard. The plug is to be
connected to a suitable mains
socket. Appliances are wired as
follows:
•Live wire (colours brown) to
terminal marked “L”.
•Neutral wire (coloured blue) to
terminal marked “N”.
•Earth wire (coloured green/yellow)
to terminal marked “E”.
All appliances must be earthed
using a dedicated earthing circuit.
If in doubt consult a qualified
technician.
Electrical isolation points must be
kept clear of any obstructions. In
the event of any emergency
